Not recommended if you travel on a economy class as they differentiate between the classes once I said I’m travelling on business class they were more helpful than what I see with other people traveling on economy class
I would give them 0 stars if it is even an option, I have been calling for 3 days straight and no one is answering I have been on hold each and every call for over 30 mins and i live extremely far from there office and even when u go to the office there is disorganization along with a long line
It’s good to have the airlines office here in Dubai. However the location tho along a major road in Dubai, still is difficult to find especially when driving.I think a much bigger billboard or something of that sort would do. And the entrance is at a corner. That being said, the services are great and most remarkably the guy who works at the finance office upstairs. He is so professional and customer friendly. The rest of the staff especially those at ticketing downstairs should follow his customer friendliness skills
Useless customer service number since no one answer the calls, and online check in is a waste of time as the airline unfortunately we dont have online checkin counters. Then why the hell do you provide this as a service and ask travellers to waste their time sticking luggage codes?Anyway thats an Egyptian business so they also tend to ignore users reviews assuming that no one reads it
The worst call center, I tried to call more than once and they but me on hold for a long time and no response.. and also I sent an email and there was no response either.. I booked a ticket from the online and the amount was deducted no confirmation email or reference sent.. am recommended any one to deal with them

The customer service given is beyond compare. My agent went out of his way to make sure I left completely satisfied and my issue corrected in a very timely manner. Love Egyptair

They offer one of the best and cheapest service. They are very understandable. Rescheduling of tickets was never a problem with them.
They never answer the phone and no idea what their working hours are. The location has 5 office with only one working and is quite unhelpful.

The Arabic Lady on the last counter was so helpful....the airline itself is not okay. The lady guided us on what to do regarding our missed flight and explained thoroughly....others were not so helpful as they are impatient and don’t listen to the issue
