I bought Ticket to fly this Airline to Tbilisi. Payment went successfully. However on the day I was scheduled to fly I was refused on the account that Im unvaccinated even though I showed them my Negative PCR Test result. The worst part is that they refused to refund my 1,000 Dirhams. Worst Airline ever.

Really the customer service in Dubai is great , the company is a scam. Won’t provide refund if flight was cancelled during covid. They will provide you a voucher and then those flights were cancelled 2 weeks before the holiday we were supposed to take. Don’t book, not worth it you’ll lose your money.

Bad customer service, still cannot make a refund for one year, only giving promises to send my money back... will never use it again and do not recommend it to anyone

The office staff is not good, The lady ask me to book my flight through private office. I traveled via AZL and its a round trip , its a good airline. The meal is really good as usual compare to other airlines. Azerbhijan airport is quite amazing and its a fine piece of architecture.
