Was trying to reach your office number in Business Bay but seems like its not working. Tried calling some other number showing in google but just getting an automatic recording of advisories.I sent couple of emails in your wecare email and myPALrequest hub but still didnt get any response and Im just automated replies from your side.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I needed some assistance regarding my travel voucher and information about my request.Would be g;ad to receive a prompt action regarding my concern.YOUR AIRLINE HAD BUILT A GREAT IMAGE THROUGH THE YEARS, PROVE IT by providing good customer service to your fellow countrymen.

Very very bad service and they make alot of problem to get money.Alot of people stuke there and they let them buy extra money and in the end they fly cancel by the philipin airlines. And if theres travel they create any problem to not let the customer take the fly to buy again.they cancel the flight and cancel the ticket and not giving the money back.And after customer buy extra charge.

It’s quite good but the journey of 9hrs without any entertainment of board. They will keep serving the food and you will feel bored by eating 😉.

Wonderful customer service, friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The customer will always notice when the staff sounds like they are smiling than the staff who sounds like they are just going through the motions. Ms. Janice speaks with a smile and really sees it from the customers perspective. Thank you Ms. Janice! =)

I just booked my flight a week ago, then suddenly it was cancelled by the airline for some reason.People are booking their flights simply because we want to go home.But upon visiting your office to get an assistance with rebooking my ticket, not just me but some other customers, went to your office in Deira, however, your pathetic office was been closed according to one of DNATAs staff. You are posting your office hours online but in reality you are really not there to assist your customers. LOL.You are giving us the chance to book a ticket in your website, but receiving an assistance from your team seems to be hopeless for all of us who chose to book thru you.This is just really a frustrating and disappointing service from PAL. They cannot be relied on and no credibility to help their customers nowadays. What are you people thinking? Make us suffer more. If you cant rebook our tickets ASAP, then refund then refund the money ASAP so we can find another airline where we can book a new flight for us!!!

I just wanna say thank you for accommodating my concerns with regards to flight status.for how many days and weeks that I think everyday of my flight😄🥺. Thank you to Ms. Lori for being so nice and helpful, she even fixed my other flight schedules which only one flight that I am so worried about but then she made it all and as well as giving me a nice seat (view) which is free. Thank you mam for having such a great heart and mind and giving a very good service to us customers.. Hoping for my next transaction with you. May God bless you always. Keep up the good work mam. (For other customers, dont be so rude in dealing with your concerns to them, promise they will help you and even fix your problems, lets be nice to them and treat them nicely as they treat us also nicely) Mabuhay! 😁😊

***Not worthy to claim 4* and say “The heart of the Filipino”, they don’t have a heart. They are the most inconsiderate airline to families with Infants. They don’t give priority to your infant child, no infant food, no priority for infant seat. And also no Entertainment system whatsoever. Their tickets are overpriced for no value in return.

I spoke to the staff named Lorie thru phone(im not sure if i spelled it correctly), very unprofessional. Ms, dont treat your customer as if they dont have CASH to make the payment. Being arrogant doesnt make you rich. Among all PR staff that I spoke to, youre the only arrogant. If you are not happy on your job, quit. Youre damaging the good image of PR.

This air line office there tickets prices you dont believe it some times high for nothing others they will tell you no business seats available but you can buy from the tickets that staff selling with half the price when you gein the plane just few passengers in business class and most seats empty no passengers.
