It says closes at 7 but it closes at 6pm. Another thing they never answer i have been calling their number for 6 days in a row they never respond. Seems like they don’t have any customer service this is not okay. If I could get help from someplace else I would but I cannot at this time especially with COVID. Please have somebody there to help once someone calls this is not acceptable their office is about 50 mins away from were I live. THEY NEVER ANSWER JUST PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR HOURS PLEASE FIX THIS.
When the airline Gulf Air flight I broke my luggage. Completely torn off one of the wheels. On the day of arrival, I turned to the Airline describing what happened and enclosing photographs of damage, baggage tag and boarding pass. From the day of my conversion has been more than 3 weeks. I simply ignore its only one letter in which I require what that number PIR which I have not.I have yet to six flights before I return home, I have a faulty suitcase and airline completely ignores my emails and does not respond to my inquiries.Gulf Air - this is a terrible airline. They are responsible for any damage to luggage and ignore the treatment of their clients. Avoid them if possible.
Please dont book any tickets with gulf airways they got very worst customer service.I booked a ticket in gulf airways and I want to do date change.There is a guy name faisal in dubai office gulf airways.He is literally not helping in doing date change and telling to contact the third party when I told him Im unable to reach out he is saying thats is the procedure only.I want to tell that airline itself cannot assist for changing dates..Emirates is far better please book with emirates.Im regretting now after this experience.

Over years have had many bad experiences of delay or overbooking or unfriendly staffWhat happened today I would call it a tragedy where we had to suffer for 9 hours on our eid night which destroyed our different commitments due to Dnata gate staff mistake which was performed by gulf air staff who offloaded us and our bags from the flight while we were sitting there n waiting for their instruction to get on the planeIn addition to that they called us liers n disrespected us including Dubai airport civil aviation staff who decided to support their wrong statement in spite of the evidences to end up covering each otherFinally they refused to correct their mistakes or compensate us and we ended up changing the airline and buying expensive tickets at the earliest flight with a high rate to arrive at the next airport having our bags still missing with gulf air n dnataI wouldn’t wish such an experience to anyone..

The service in the office is not as expected from a well-established airline.. It seems that the employees or some of them are in the process of training. Even the employee I met felt that he did not want to work and sell tickets and wanted to get rid of you in any way.. There is no electronic payment device and it is not accepted by them.
