In Google maps it shows that the office is open in Saturdays, but when I reached there, the office is closed & the building reception told that they are closed during weekends. This should be updated on Google.Its also hard to catch up with them over phone.

Disappointed at fall off in service. This used to be a solid, good quality airline. Last flight to Amman in-cabin service and food was substandard and staff didnt seem to care. Hope they take customer feedback seriously and get back to their former level of service

It is good, but they have one think it is stumped, one of the security guard on board they are doing the final checkup!!!! So you must pass 4 checkup till you can get your seat.

Worst company ever. Took them twice and had delay for each trip, first 1h30 delay and +5h for the second!!!! They didn’t answer to my calls during transit and even hang up on me!!!! This company is a shame.. haram aleykom

Royal Jordanian airlines is very bedmy flit was on (12-8-2018) and today i receive my bag ( 18-8-2018 ) and all of my staff is damage, 6 days no one he call me from the company to inform me about the status of the bagall the inside things and the bag is damage with my clothes also and no one he call even to say sorry for that this my last time i will travel with them and my advice to all the people dont travel with royal Jordanian airlines because they have very bed customer service and they dont care about the passengers

The worst office that a person can deal with, and there is an old female employee with red hair who refused to book me a flight, and she was a designer who was selling me a stone package in Jordan in agreement with an external tourist office, and I walked without booking the ticket and traveled to another company without any problems. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I do not advise anyone to deal with the office

The Flying Prison Award for the Royal Jordanian !!(This is a complaint that I submitted to Jordan Airlines. And because they overlooked it, I loved to share it with you, readers and travelers, so that you can communicate with the esteemed Royal staff. It is written in the tale to illustrate it more clearly.)To the text of the complaint:Because of the warmth and height of my anger at the misery of your employees style, I chose to write to you in Arabic.I boarded Flight 183, which is coming from Bangkok, on Sunday 19 August 2018.I confronted two of your employees who were not of a decent level, functionally or even humanely.When I got on the plane, I was very thirsty and tired to come on a continuation flight from Jakarta ... so I went to the service area at the back, and asked the host / Abdullah a cup of water ... and he gave me lukewarm, not cold water .. I told him that there is no cold water .. so he said so far Ourselves .. I told him it is okay that there is no snowHe said: Yes. Just go back to your seat and Ill get it for you ..In fact, I like to stand on the plane sometimes in order to overcome my phobia of narrow and closed areas for long periods.Then I went to the bathroom, and after I left, I asked an employee in the central region, Muhammad, if he had cold water. He told me you will find it in the back.After I sat, Abdullah came from behind with a cup of cold water.Frankly, I did not expect him to present it to me .. His body language and facial features did not suggest that he was hospitable or happy with your request ..In other words, you feel as if you are dealing with any jailer.Then I came to my seat, and while I was asleep. Host Muhammad quickly passed by my side on the corridor, violently hitting my knee ... so I was terrified!Shortly thereafter, he passed again, so I took his hand to ask him why he did so? He immediately asked me to let go of his hand ..!So I said, I caught you because I want to know why I hit my knee so violently while I was sleeping, so it was strange that he denied the incident !!Frankly, its amazing! This most likely indicates that he did it intentionally!And a fruitless conversation took place between us .. and I told him, when I hold your hand, my goal is nothing but to inquire about you, and we are not in an equitable or physical confrontation. He gave a cold, faint apology, not out of the heart, and left quickly .. But, to be honest, I was angry. Either it felt completely intended.Then I fell asleep because of my anger and my frustration .. By chance, before reaching Amman, I spoke to a Jordanian young man next to me, so he was from the security of the planes and he told me that he would talk to him so that he apologized to me ..Of course, Your Majesty, the space host Abdullah, did not come to me.I told him, and here I am telling you, it is not my goal to harm anyone or attack anyone, but there are important principles and public morals.Even more than that, he passed by me before landing, and to remind me to fasten the seat belt, he told me, Best and did not bother to speak until I put on the seat belt.Look how the lack of manners of bullies !!This is evidence that he was intentional in what he did to me.Here, I want to provide you with notes and suggestions that may be useful to you:1. Train your employees not to make your guests feel like they are begging on your lines. The body language, manner of speaking, and facial features predict what is inside them .. It is strange that I have noticed some who seem happy while offering service to the blonde !! I mean, they do not have big but camel .. !! This is really funny.2. Some of your employees need courses to overcome the (panic) inside them.! It is a psychological condition, unfortunately, that has become abundant ..! I mean, what harms the happiness of the pilot, Abdullah or Muhammed, the space pilot, to come to the poor servant and say to him, “You honor your eyes!” I put it on my head !!3. With this crew, I imagine the property is able to compete in the Best Flying Prison. !! Hospitality is not a show of muscles or good looks, but rather morals in the first place .. And whoever is not able to smile and be gentle, there are coffee shops on the roads! He can take the best tray and wave it on the road, and no one will ask him about any morals.4. If someone who knew air hospitality or any hospitality said to me, I would not find better than the Qur’an expression: “And tell my servant, he says, which is better, that the Devil dawns among them.” I would have expected the best response from them, not the dispute and the desire in the hadith ..!5. If you cannot establish a good air hospitality culture .. then consider making self-service or employing automated robots .. it will definitely be better than a mug that has no solution apparently.!6. Of course, I am sure if you ask the Bashawas: Abdullah and Muhammad about this incident, they will deny it and even insult me. This is nothing new about it .. This is the morals of bullies!I inform you that I will download this experience with you on some Internet sites so that people are aware and in order to share the experience with others who have experienced the same thing with your esteemed flight.AdvisorBadr bin Ibrahim Al-Balawi
