NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE . It was my first and last experience with Air Arabia. It was worst experience.A person can run a grocery better then this company. I booked a flight then they canceled that flight and made to book and an emergency flight ticket with most expensive fares. When I ask them for refund, they said they will not refund but will issue voucher :( . Means I have to book their expensive flight ticket. Most disgusting thing is that they will charge you 2% extra if you pay using card :) .

Its outside Al ghurair mall. You can check in and drop your luggage with additional of 16aed. We took the air Arabia coach to Sharjah airport with additional 20aed.

This is my first experience with Air Arabia for recent visa and itinerary before, I must say that, I am amazed with their professionalism and support and good customer service. They are ready to help you over phone also. Ms. Mona is so professional and she helped me in such a great way that now I am big fan of Air Arabia for all future travel transaction. Now Everything opened in dubai expect this office and this office is really convenient for us.We have done so many visas from this office only.now we want to extend our visas, we keep on trying to call center but no response. It has done from Mukutar and parveen, they were best and very helpful.everyday we are going to check but no use only.

Not sure why they have phones. The phone is either busy or they never answer. How busy do you have to be to not answer the phone for an entire day!!?

Such a low standard of customer service. Always a wait with a token number and the staff hardly realize that they have people waiting I queue to be served. Must improve customer service through staff training.

No place for drop off luggage.Always there is extra as a surprise at airport..charges even for handicapped wheel chair. Total is competitive to regular airlines and can’t be considered as economical one.Customer service could be much better.

Customer service is very poor. staff is very rude even they dont have smile on there face when I reach office in diera near clock tower the lady catherine was already shouting with the customers after when I ask her this not away to talk with your customer then she said sorry please improve your service.

Worst experience with the lady named Carol ( God knows if that’s her real name) who was in your Deira branch office this Saturday. She was very rude and wasn’t willing to listen to what the customer has to say. She was busy talking to her colleague though she saw us waiting. There wasn’t a single customer in that branch that day & we assumed she would help us with our request but alas she seemed frustrated with her job and didn’t care to help. Their manager Amit was the worst, he calls to brag about his employee’s attitude and didn’t even apologise once about the treatment we received at their branch.Kindly don’t waste our time by employing such cheap labour who lack customer service experience. Won’t be dealing with Air Arabia in the future.

Al arabia offers one of the best services, checking in one day in advance is very very helpful idea and saves a lot of time.i wonder why the other airlines are not offering it.

Shop was closed once I visit but theirs idea surprised me because of their leaving note to contact right person for details.

Poor customer services , Imagine Im already there in front of booking office officer giving the exact date for my trip. But she failed to get the exact date of my travel. I gave my complete trip dates plus emirates ID, emails and other informations. Later when I pay the full price the date want on my scheduled date. She even called me by other name to follow up, worst additional charge! I freak out and shouted at her error and I dont want to pay extra again.

Contrary to the information on the web no public bus departs from here to Sharjah airport. Only if you are Air Arabia customer.Waste of time. Better take taxi.

They are offering many type of tour packages and visit visa, all type of ticketing services for Air Arabia, and the best option available to do the city check-in as you can drop your language here 24 hours prior to air Arabia flight time and get your boarding pass right away.

Everything is fine, except that they dont have even one Loading/Unloading parking where you can drop off your luggage before hand. No staff to help you with your luggage or even get you a trolley.

This is city checkin office of air arabia and also provides host of services like Ok to board, luggage drop, bus to sharjah airport, ticket booking etc. Helpful staff there at your service. I had been here to do OTB for my friend and his family

You can buy your ticket, arrange even dropping your baggage by paying and receiving your boarding pass or get a special bus to the airport instead of paying huge taxi charges. You have to be there half an hour before bus departure and just pay Aed 20 for transportation.

I chose Air Arabia over Pegasus because they promoted that they were providing more baggage allowance. When I called the call centre they said they I could purchase extra 20 kgs for 20 AED. And I canceled my Pegasus flight, then booked a flight from Air Arabia.When I went for check-in (at the sales branch at Al Ghurair Centre) the employee there (Mohamed) said I have 8 kgs excess baggage and I should pay 366 AED. I was shocked. I told him what I talked with the call center guy. But he insisted on the payment. Then I asked for a discount at least. He said ok lets consider it as 7 kgs and your payment is 310 AED). I said This is not fair, you can be flexible about it. Other airlines are so. And also I was misinformed by your call center. And he invited his manager. The manager (Anna) was very rude and grumpy. She grumbled You have 8 kgs excess and you have to pay. I said What? A couple of minutes ago your personnel made a discount and now youre even ignoring that?She said Im his manager and it doesnt matter what he says. Its my word which is valid. I gave up and said ok, I will pay. I gave them my debit card and she grumbled with a very rude face and tone of voice We dont accept card, pay in cash.And I paid in cash.1.) Air Arabia call centre does misinform2.) The personnel at the check-in are rude.Thank you Air Arabia, you showed me all the reasons why I shouldnt fly with you.

Worst airline of all time , took my very first flight on feb 26 flight G9627 that faced “a technical problem” while it was actually already on the runway with all the passengers me included , got us all trapped inside for 4 hours till it was resolved and we waited inside the plane not even off it,till they fixed it and arrived extremely late... and now tonight on flight G9621, supposed to fly an hour ago and we are all still at the gate 🤦🏻‍♂️ last time to ever fly with them, avoid by all means
