Professional staff from the gate keepers to the travel officers, and the cabin crew. Slightly more expensive than Saudi airways, Kenya airways and emirates but better punctuality in terms of flight departure times. My only recommendation would be to treat the ethiopian travellers que system as the rest of the international travellers so as to reduce the que time since it happens to be the largest que line in the airport.
We are an international company and always travel Africa. We use to book Ethiopian Airlines. When the sales team is back they will share to me there horrible experienced in this Airlines.Just today our Sales Director landed from Africa for a 4 days business trip also experienced how horrible it is!Airlines seat smells awful plus the passenger who doesnt have a discipline, doesnt have a respect to them co passengers, seats anywhere they wants to seat, scratch them head, blew them nose - and awful smell - no hygiene. Doesnt wait for the plane to fully land they will just stand take them luggage while the plane is still running and the airline crew just screaming sit-down!!!Airlines should and must imposed a rules and regulations for this! The crew should have a proper training on how to deal this kind of passengers were mostly women are a lot more worst than men!
Took twice a flight with Ethiopian airlines and both times the flight was more than 4 hours delayed. In addition, both times the airline managed to lose my luggage and there is no compensation or help from the Call center whatsoever - never will fly again with Ethiopian and I do not recommend it at all

Very bas serviceI went to do booking for a flight.Then one of the staff told me to do booking through the ethiopiqn airlines application and to cone back to him..After i downloaded the application and did the reservation then my cue was to another staff who told me that it ia not allowd to enter Johannesburg with Ethiopian airlines if you dont have approval of south Africa embassy ...And that they cannot allow me to travel with them .... BUT he told me all of this after i had already booked the ticket through the application... which totally unacceptable of such good airlines.. then he said we can do refund for you but 370 AED will be deducted ??????!!!!!!I am asking such reputable airlines why all the staffs dont have the same informations???
Worst experience, I was having a connecting flight via Addis Ababa, since the number of passenger were less then 200 they decided not to fly A350 (which was allocated) and made us all wait for more then 9 hours to arrange a smaller aircraft.

Very bad attitude from their staffs in call center. I havent seen any airline call center staff cutting off the phone on my face. They are not helpful at all and my guests faced problems at Entebbe and the counter staff caused my guests loose their flights.I never recommend ethiopian airlines.
Allowed me to board a flight without a PCR test, which I didn’t know was required (required due to connecting flight, same airline) I was then denied boarding my next flight. Female solo traveller stuck in Ethiopia at 2am in the morning. Suitcase was mot taken off the plane. No one has responded to emails
Worst call center ever on earth waiting for an agent to pick up your call for 10 mins and I have not yet traveled i am thinking of canceling my flight and book Emirates how will africa develop

The worst experience with flyingI booked from Dubai on Ethiopian Airlines and contacted the airport office in Dubai and confirmed that I had a paid hotel because the transit was over. 7 hoursWhen I went to the airport they denied that and the plane delayed an hourIn transit, I sat at the airport for 11 hours and there is no hotel and no one is helpingThey said I can fill a complaint
