My daughter was traveling from a flight from Mumbai to Dubai and she had the consent letter duly signed by me. At the check in counter she was made to wait for more than a hour. Reason the staff were insisting that she had to pay Rs 4000/. The staff at Dubai did not mention this at all. The same can be verified with the various conversations we had in the interim period. Is this the way Jet Aurways treats its vulnerable guests? Today I am ashamed about the ethics of Jet Airways and will not recommend this airlines to anybody. How can a airline staff detain young fliers and ask them for money. It is really sickening and also the staff at Dubai are ill informed about the procedures required from India. I definitely want a refund for the unscrupulous manner which Jet Airways treats its passengers. I do not want any other parent to go through the same predicament if their minor children are traveling unaccompanied by this airline. Although they had all the details nobody bothered to send a email for these charges. It is a shame that such things can happen !!!How can anybody ask a minor to pay the money or denied boarding. Shame on Jet Airways.

Good place to book international air ticket. Customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Its located at deira tower dubai.. the guy was not on the table . I had waited for him for atleast 15 minutes after that he had came. But after waiting for so much of time he was very cooperative. There were lots customer waiting for him . He should write his contact info so that. Peoples waiting there can contact him .

Dont choose this flight. Very Bad service. I have an experience on this flight . I have booked 4 tickets from Sharjah to Cochin Amount AED 1816 on March 2017. But they reschedule this flight to another date. So i requested to full refund . So they refund only AED 1396. So i asked to the team they told me AED 420 ( Arround 7560 Rupees) charged for convenient fee. I think 150 more customers affected the same . I want to refund my full amount otherwise i will post in all social media accounts. Sure.. I have alreday inform to Dubai Jet Airways team. I dont want to Give my money to Jetairways as FREE. Jet airways making Profit without giving any service.
