The villa is spacious with a nice pool. However, the service of handling the luggage is terrible unprofessional, the furniture is dusty and a bit outdated.Restaurants are normal and overpriced.

The island doesn’t deserve the ratings that I read before I came here. The only thing helps us to stay for 2 nights is the weather that was cloudy otherwise check out was my choice from first day. Cooking is not allowed so you order from their restaurants which is too expensive, the view of the villa supposed to be sea view but punch of trees and cabins are blocking the view!! Some of the staff are unprofessional especially in restaurants. They are rude and need more training. Dubai hotels similar to this one are much better and prices are much better. For me I’ll not come back her again. Ratings you see here are fake from experience and mostly requested by staff

We generally love this place and have given it 5 stars before BUT this time we stayed in a 2 bedroom beach house and the villa was old, cracks in furniture, damage everywhere and looked dirty. I dont recommend this category of room unless you get a refurbished one.

Since we arrived this afternoon we had hassles (luggage was left in the car, arrived later), Tesla is yet (hours and x calls later still not charging). The charger for our parking is used for the Tesla next to, guess that‘s why we got the one not working. So far so good. Annoying but solvable.My husband was ready to help them out with a normal charging cable - so a hassle to take the boat over again and back. Buggy was late (he called them up again as he was worried that they will be late) and yes - the boat was gone.Quite an interrupted journey so far. The call to the hotel manager Nazik Amrani so far explains everything. Next to that she was not listening and is interrupting a guest ongoing without listening and explaining that it‘s the problem of the car and not her problem - such a rude and unprofessional behaviour we have not seen once and we are frequent travellers! Btw the Tesla charged perfectly anywhere else..Villa could definitely be in a better state and view - in ours there was not much to see. For almost 2000 dollar a night… there are by far better places..Spa was excellent. For this kind of service with such an attitude - I would never come back!

We visited with day pass on 24/04/21. Welcome center and settings at the location were excellent. First half of the day at SMOKIN’ PINEAPPLE was also excellent. However, the second half at GINGER MERMAID was very bad. The service at the poolside and the staff of GINGER MERMAID restaurant were poor and not credible. That ruined the spirit of the visit. An apology was made on the following day as a response to our complaint but the explanation did not reflect the class and credibility of such a place. Future visitors are advised to keep a track of their orders by requesting the balance sheet after orders at every location/restaurant.

The service was exquisite and the Island itself was outstanding. It really is the Maldives of Dubai. The staff were very accommodating and responsive. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommended.

I can’t wait to go back. The resort is incredible, the private pool beach villa is beautiful, and spacious. The fact that you can WhatsApp a number and get whatever is needed was truly amazing and a big highlight. Anything that we needed was provided for rather quickly. The internet is very much reliable. The restaurants are all good and it has a true island vibe. We stayed 2 nights. Next time I’d like to stay 4+ nights as 2 wasn’t enough. One of my favorite things was biking around the island.

I enjoy my stay since arriving and ride the boat until I left the island. The trip excced my expectation and the staff make it out standing. I recommend to use the spa and enjoy their services. I like the view of the villa, pool, villa size, bath room and the seating outside the villa. Feel the freedom once you are on the beach. Quick responding once I call operator to request something. The best place for relaxation and recreation.

We got the day pass celebrating my partners 50th, the day was magical, everything about our stay was amazing, I think the staff is the most welcoming and professional team weve ever delt with in the UAE, we stayed at many fancy and 5stars resorts in UAE and the GCC, this one by far is the best, my partner had a brilliant 50th birthday. Special thanks to: Grets, Gamu (sorry if I misspelled the name), Abbas, Nasr, Khaled, Adel, and Krishna. Id like to make one suggestion, I think it will be good if the boats have life jackets, we left late evening time, the boat had kids, I am sure the drivers are well selected but safety would give the island a greater plus. We enjoyed every minute spent here. It was a great escapade from the city noise. Great value for money. The drinks and food are hugh quality and exceptional. We felt as if we were on vacation somewhere in South-East Asia.

Zaya Nurai is the perfect vacation hotspot, there is nowhere else in the world quite like it. It is the definition of pure luxury and you are treated like royalty from start to finish.You arrive at the welcome centre which is based on land in Abu Dhabi, here is where you check in and get your first taste of luxury as you are welcomed by a Verve Clicquot champagne bar as you wait for your speed boat to take you to the private island. You are then whizzed off to the island without a worry in the world (your bags are taken care of from start to finish and you literally do not lift a finger for the rest of your stay).There are no bad rooms at Zaya Nurai, each one comes equipped with its own private pool (and most with their own section of private beach – unless you have a water villa with its own private boating dock). The bathrooms are amazing and have their own walk in power/rainfall shower, toilet & stand alone bath tub (that is easily big enough for two). In the two person villas the doors beside the bath tub open so you can bath with a view of the sea/beach from the comfort of your own room. The beds are super comfy, there are two wardrobes (with robes), a living space and lots of room to move around.There are a number of different restaurants on the island, our personal favourite was the Smokin Pineapple – it was perfect for people around our age (30s) as it had cool music and lots of Instagram opportunities (it is based on the beach and has its own pool – its a very chilled out vibe).At Zaya Nurai, no request is too much and everything is catered and assisted for. It was my husbands birthday when we visited and the hotel have different welcome packages to choose from. We had a fabulous day on the island. We took a day pass and were celebrating the wifes bday. The welcome center was quick to have us checked in and we were on the first boat out that left 10 minutes early which was great!Once we were on the island we were welcomed and shown around, its a big place so definitely do your research and see where you want to be to avoid wasting any time.A few mentions:Majid at the welcome center: we needed to charge our electric car and the charger was under maintenance, Majid went out of his way to get it sorted, told me to enjoy my day and not worry. About an hour after we got to the island, he managed to get the car sorted at a nearby property, 4 hours later fully charged and ready for us when we got back to the welcome center!Gomo at the pool bar was our server all day, she was wonderful and really cheerful. Had us constantly hydrated and always willing to make the extra run for our requests.

Never thought of having such a great experiance in UAE Zaya Nurai. It is a Maldives concept in the UAE. Great place for families, couples and friends. Many amazing activities to enjoy a full stay at the island. For me i am looking to go back sometime in the future. All villas are amazing with private pool.

Villa with private pool opposite beach is amazing to relax. You indeed need full pocket. Spa cost me AED750 and food around AED300 per head. I had an amazing time. I got my bicycle to ride around the Island. Very classic furniture. Bed is cozy. Will love to come back.

Absolutely amazing place! We stayed for about a week and it was fantastic. The hospitality is some of the best weve encountered in the UAE. The island is very peaceful and easy to get around whether it be walking, cycling or by buggy. The restaurants serve great varieties of food and drinks. Hearing the waves crashing in the morning from your villa is second to none.We would recommend Zaya Nurai to anyone, and when people say its the Maldives of the Middle East, they are not wrong.Wouldnt hesitate to go back in a heartbeat.There are so many people we would like to mention who made our stay so good, but a special mention to Joash, Ram and Naser.Again thank you to Zaya Nurai, and all of the staff there. Pros: location, architecture, and fast buggy service, spa was amazing in terms of service and facilities.Cons: furniture not well maintained and is worn out, furniture cleanliness was abysmal, food was way too overpriced for the quantity and quality, we weren’t allowed to bring in our own beverages and ice cream, management is horrible; they do not care of you have an infant, or a big family, and the boat service was not first come first served.

Everything about the place is perfect, every little detail is well done. All the choices there were great. The food was satisfying but not really the best, but overall the trip there was great.

Visited recently for the day pass to the island which feels like a tropical overseas getaway. The island is so lush and green with multiple pools and restraints and full of games and activities to keep you entertained all day long. They also have a spa and a brunch on Fridays. The boats to and from the island run every hour. I’d highly recommend visiting for a nice weekend escape with your loved ones.

First of all: yes it is expensive, BUT what you get is a supernice beach villa with minimalistic interiour design, heated private pool & own beach. When you go to bed you can leave the doors open and listen to the ocean. In the morning you have a beautiful pool-beach-ocean view. So gor me it was worth every penny 🤷🏻‍♂️Yes, all of this you can have on the Maledives cheaper, but its Abu Dhabi with more attractions and experiences than just a beach holiday. So would always visit again!Of course restaurants and drinks are also expensive, but that wasnt really a surprise.The Spa was amazing, one of the best deep tissue massages yi ever had!All in all: take your credit card, pay, forget the amount and enjoy it - and dibt chrck your bill weeks later.

For the price of a day pass, I expected better service. I recently visited and though the island is beautiful and worth seeing at least once, the staff did very little to make me feel welcomed and like I belonged in that space. What frustrated me more was the inequalities I observed between how various guests were being treated. Perhaps these are rare instances but I can only speak from what I observed and felt. At the welcome center, the first staffmember dismissively sent me to the next who took a good amount of time asking to see my confirmation, booking and ID. This itself isnt a problem but the gentleman after me was only asked to show his ID. I was thus left feeling slightly interrogated. At the island itself, I twice asked for a buggie, only to have the staff tell me to wait for 2-3 mins for one to arrive. When others around me did the same, the staff members would either text or call for the service to be facilitated. The beach chairs and tables seemed quite unkempt too. When I inquired about my remaining balance and where else it could be used, I was often met with hesitation and an unwillingness to disclose further which I found puzzling. Lastly, when trying to head back from the Island, I was met with mixed information. I was told to take a buggie though there were a bunch of people who were asked to head to a separate location on Pineapple beach to catch the next boat which I found to be unfair. People have paid a great deal to head to the island and the service and its people should maintain a certain level of human decency and respect, not just to a handful of its guests but to everyone. I will not be heading back and will share my experience with others.

For the amount I paid 5000 for one night. I didn’t get the service I thought I will get. The transportation was in open boat with public.We waited for 25 min to get to our room.The private pool was cold I couldn’t use it. After I called they told me after 6 hours the temperature will be 33c . So that mean at 10 PM. Since the check in at 3PM and check out at 12 noon. The bathroom water it’s cold as well. After 1 hour the phone was not working. The room setup not nice for a villa. There was a cockroach in the room. The trees around the pool were neither trimmed nor tidy. I asked to talk to the manger he called me at 9 pm. Everything It’s over priced .

We greatly enjoyed our stay on the island. The beach villa is wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with a great private pool and semi-private beach, both of which we spent most of our time at. The service was top notch and made for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Peaceful, quiet, neat and clean. Beautiful island with pretty views and warm pool. I went in February so the sea is a little bit cold. The restaurants prices are in the high side. So a pizza could cost you 100 AED with taxes. But it was an escape for just a day so I handled myself. The kids club is a free heaven for kids from 9am to 8pm. Thanks for making my vacation so awesome.

I could have gone to the four seasons and received better service and treatment than this. The villas are beautiful but the staff are undertrained and the food is terrible. They need to upgrade themselves for the money that people pay to stay here. Such a shame.

This is heaven! I entirely love this place with great facilities and most friendly personnel and most outstanding service. We keep heading back regularly for retreat or simply for family occasions.

The experience for sea activities is fantastic. However, if you are a family witch children, the kids water park opens only on weekends. At night time the outdoor activities are limited.The restaurants are great and the in room dining as well.But, as I experienced, the two bedrooms villas are over used and really need to be re-innovated.I highly recommend to stay not more than two nights in this hotel.

The boat ride to Zara Norah Island is around 10 minutes which is great. Not too long of a ride to get sea sick. The staff on land and on the island are friendly and very helpful. The island has beautiful and clean sandy Beaches. We had a great time on the island and the sea food we ordered at the Lebanese restaurant was just delicious. Excellent quit place for one day hideaway.

We enjoyed our family trip to the island. Thank you Janet for the nice surprise for my daughters special birthday. The Phillipino staff are very helpful in the bars. Is it worth a minimum of £110 p/p only you can decide. You get £100 back in drinks and food. The fish and chips are £20 it is quite easy to spend your cash throughout the day. Its a 6-8 minute boat ride on a pleasant day.

Nice island, but nothing even close to worth the astronomic prices. Feels a bit like Thailand. The usual pick-up services, amenities and restaurants.

The ambience is quiet, good for relaxation. However, follow on requests is very poor. The services where not provided. When I followed up with them they requested additional feed because of short notice! When asked to see the manager, someone claimed to be the manager when hes not, who responded to me theres nothing I can do for you! I found out from the housing staff whos the actual manager. I really hope something can be done, it is a shame to have such experience in such a place!

Nurai Island feels like a piece of heaven on earth!! The serenity that you get from there is unbelievable. It is definitely worth a visit for a two day weekend, yes it is a bit pricy on the pocket but it’s an unforgettable experience!!

Spectacular island resort off Abu Dhabi. Its a wonderful place, an escape from the ordinary. They will take you there by boat. These are several dining options with the resort too.

The resort was stunning and the service was amazing.We were unfortunately extremely disappointed on our second visit this month and would certainly not return or recommend the resort as a result.- The resort now charges 250dhs for the boat transfer when it is a transfer provided by the resort and the only way to get onto the island. When you are already paying 4k plus for one nights stay is this really appropriate?- When reaching the island we were sad to see that things have not been well maintained, especially for a five star resort.”

One of its kind in UAE complete isolation from busy life a piece of heaven. The view is absolutely stunning. The hole island is full of activities. The private pool villa is a masterpiece, the view from the bed is all what you need. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You will find all what you need to eat and everything is delicious. I need to come here at least twice a year. The only improvement I which is to find a solution for slippery floor in the room and toilet due to humidity when the AC is turned off.

Is a very nice island and the rooms are super comfortable and nice. But the service was a bit slow. You should know that the common areas will be shared with people who pay to go there just for the day so the time I went was kind of busy... I recommend to stay in your room as much as you can :) Really relaxing place.

Very calm and peaceful family escape from city life. Such a beautiful island with amazing beach and view. The villa pool is not private as anyone can pass by but the view and design is great. The resort was calm and not many guests around which made the service good. Lovely kids club, small but entertaining with indoor and nice outdoor activities.

One of the most romantic palces to visit in Abu Dhabi. I would truly love to recommend it for couples and those who wants to do a special event for their loved ones. I went there with my 15 year old daughter Dana. Our host was Janet from Food and Beverage Dept. She had done an outstanding job taking care of every details I wanted. She received my daughter with flowers and Balloons which made my daughter feels the most special person on the island. We enjoyed Spa, jet skie, Mexican restaurant Dusk and also loved the whole experience. Thank you very much Janet for your wonderful hospitality and support. You truly made our experience a special one.

The welcoming area before to take the trip was very bad without AC and with an employee that was grumpy and just asked us to pay the 150 aed to join the hotel.We booked a villa to have a private swiming pool but ending not using it as the pool was hot and not cool.The Ac was barely working and couldn’t go down 25 degrees so we couldn’t sleep properly specially that we turned off the bathroom AC which was too noisy and the temperature jumped to 30 degrees.We ordered food and half of it came, same for breakfast, they forgot the tea.Overall the location of the villa is great but we were very disapointed by the service that was really not worth the price and really disapointed of not having a cool swimming pool dor such a price.The cleaning of the room was also quite bad and made up worried specially in the middle of a worlwide pandemia.

AMAZING HOTEL We had a great time at this hotel. The people there try to do their best but sadly its not their job. The hotel staff are always friendly and eager to please. The food served at the Frangipani restaurant is out of this world. We did have a personal trainer come to see us to see if we wanted to do some exercise on the beach.

Our beach villa was stunning. Waiters served us all day and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Advice would be to take care of your own transport from the airport. Can do attitude was something w experienced throughout our stay and hopefully we will return with all our friends and family.

Awful customer service. Probably the worst. Bad enough for me to leave a review and I dont bother with reviews. They cant provide simple information. No assistance with booking, constant chasing up and calling and emailing. Exhausting.

The staff- especially MICHAEL at Smoking Pineapple- made it a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. Michael was super attentive, friendly and very professional. He even brought me a birthday cake, played a birthday song and danced! Thank you Michael!

Amazing Resort in Abu Dhabi, you will enjoy a great weekend with friends. Very modern design. Accommodation This is a very beautiful place with beach aces from every bungalow and quit a bit of privacy. Having your own private beach area and pool is not even half of what this great island offers.

We have been staying in this Resort now for the 2nd time after 2018, spending now 7 days in this resort. Again having this wonderful and outstanding Villa for us as a family with 2 adults and a 12 yr old child with a calm, in all directions well treating team has been again an experience for relaxing, which I don’t want to miss. Management always present, taking care of the guests, the housekeeping team always around and twice a day preparing and cleaning the villa on a perfect level. The food starting from the breakfast with all variations and treatment from the guys there was fantastic, dinner no matter if in house dining or spending the time at the restaurant(s) was simply a benchmark.

Superb island. Everything about this island is absolutely awesome: the greenery, the beaches, the alleyways...Before I went there I heard that it’s expensive the fee is $120 for a day pass. It turns out that the amount you pay is reimbursable. You choose whether you want to spend it on food & beverages, activities on the island or even spa. The experience overall turned out to be really affordable and worth every penny.

Zaya Nurai is the most amazing get away. Best of all is hanging out anywhere on the Island when the best shisha maker in UAE Nabeel hooked us up with a great berry mint mix. A big thank you to the new GM Adib, and the new F&B director Gonzalez.

I want to mention NABIL, the shisha ***, who was an amazing professional and a completely dedicated ***. Quiet location most of the time. We then were taken over on the boat that takes about 15 minutes to get to Nurai Island and were welcomed again by very attentitive staff on the island. Midweek stays are perfect before the weekend warriors arrive on Thursday/Fridays.

The Zaya Nurai Island was quite a disappointment for me. I was expecting a luxury paradise island like the Turks & Caicos islands but this wasn’t like it. The staff was quite rude and on top of all the waiters at the Smokin Pineapple restaurant didin’t know how to speak english properly, NOT 5 STAR HOTEL STANDARD. The beaches were crouded and all around the island was dirty. There was waste everywhere, not big pieces but lots of small waste. There was a gorgeous tennis court at the island. Also the water was very clear around the island. Restaurants served VOSS water...

An amazing relaxing breathtaking place to enjoy with your partner and friends. I must say that the bed decorations were the most beautiful I have ever seen. Absolutely gorgeous beach and crystal clear sea. Would highly recommend this island for a visit with it being a short 10 minute boat ride.

Service is bad on weekends, if your going to relax and chill i recommend to go through the week days. On weekend if you order anything you might not recieve your order as well even if you tell the waitress 7 times.

My wife and I visited Zaya Nurai for our Babymoon for 4 nights. Our Beach Villa had a private pool, beach access, and all the amenities you could ever ask for (huge, comfortable bed, huge modern bathroom, etc...) At anytime you can easily WhatsApp the staff for anything you need (made our life so much easier). The island has plenty to do and see (water sports, biking, yoga, etc..). We could have easily stayed in our villa for the entire trip with our own pool and room service (which was great with many options even late at night). We did explore the island and it was wonderful restaurants, pools and beaches.In terms of restaurants, highly recommend all of them as they offer a wide variety of well prepared and delicious option and wonderful views while you eat (Frangipani for breakfast, Hooked for Lebanese Seafood, Smokin Pineapple for delicious pizzas). The only disappointing restaurant was Dusk (Mexican) as the majority of the food we received was bland.The service was top notch from arrival at the welcome center in Saadiyat Island to the room service team, bartenders, servers, drivers etc...Its also a very family friendly island with many children activities, meals, etc..We highly recommend Zaya Nurai for almost any special occasion.

Save your coin and go to the Maldives because youll have a better experience at a 3 star hotel than youll have here.- No AC or space in the “welcome” centre. They could include more seating but they just had to place a bar there.-I don’t understand why the boats that take you to the island come every hour when its only like 10 minutes away.- No lobby or reception. They made us sit in a wine cellar as we were waiting for our boat to come after we checked out.- No hospitality or welcoming staff. They weren’t informative and didn’t tell us that we could book a private buggy to drive ourselves. The buggy drivers were nice.- They need to include more pictures on their site of the villas because beach villa was misleading we thought wed have access to the beach but we didnt. We just had partial view of the ocean and the roofs of the villas in front of us.- Uneven stairs leading up to the 2 bedroom beach villa on the upper levels, which caused me and several of my family members to trip.- No open stretches of beach.- Placement of the shelves in the villa living room and bathroom are dangerous. There was a long metal piece on the bathroom shelf that fell.- The plants in the bathroom were also inconvenient because crows were nesting there and every time wed enter the bathroom theyd start squawking. The doors to the plants made me paranoid that someone would enter to water the plants while I was in the bathroom.- The roofs of the villas in front of us were an eyesore because the green covers werent cut evenly and just thrown on top it just looks messy.- The only good thing about the villa was the complete privacy, and the cleaners cleaned the rooms well.

The place is amazing, and I would love to go again

Chilly atmosphere! A very nice location to spend a couple of days at. Huge private pool at our Villa and very friendly staff.

Beautiful scenery and a good escape from the hustle and bustle of Abu Dhabi city. I have to admit, it was overrated. The pool was tiny and the service was slow. Our server did a great job but considering they were quite understaffed, our group alone exhausted her. She did her best though. Overpriced for a day pass.

Abu Dhabis one of the best luxurious, fashionable private island resort, beautifully decorated, located just off the Abu Dhabi coast.They have private pool villa with private beach, extremely relaxing.Staffs are friendly and co operative.

Good place but they want money for everything ..

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. We had a beautiful day at Nurai Island today and have recommended it to all our friends in AD who have seen our amazing photos and cant believe this is practically on our doorstep.

Been here with friends for an overnight stay and we definitely had the best time. The staff were extremely helpful and we felt like they were tripping over themselves to make sure our day was extra special. The rooms are so stunning that you feel like you are living in a published article.

Its not bad. But I suppose attention to detail could have been better.
