Decent hotel, with a spacious gym, spa and private beach access across the street which is accessible with underground tunnel. Front desk staff is friendly and rooms were adequate.However there were several glaring issues over our 1-night stay:1) The elevator was out of order during our stay, leaving only 2 available to cater to ten floors. With such a busy weekend and spring deals, you would think the hotel would be better equipped to handle such demand.2) Room service was extremely late and requests made over the phone were neglected unless followed up. A vegetable samosa that was supposed to take 5-7 minutes arrived 30 minutes later.3) There was no hot water the first day, no toothpaste or toothbrushes. For a 5 star hotel, this is the first time Ive ever seen such a lack of attention to detail.4) The largest issue was the breakfast buffet with no social distancing. Tables were cramped next to other guests and to stop guests from lining up, they were instructed to give plates to staff that were standing in front of the buffet in order to get items. However, this ended up causing lines to the staff, which defeated the purposes. I dont understand why staff were able to bring beverages to the table but could not bring food. The issue could have simply been solved by providing a QR code of the menu of the buffet to each table and have staff bring the requested items. If more is required, the staff can bring it. This has been done in several buffets in Dubai due to the pandemic and has worked very well to reduce food waste and increase social distancing.

All good... I dont have any complain.. Food and service is excellent, even though it was so busy since we checked inn during Eid.

A three star hotel with nice staff and a good management

DO NOT QUARANTINE IN HERE, CHANGE IF POSSIBLE. this is my first time ever writing a review, this is worst hotel I have ever been into. The doctors never answer their phone. The pcr result comes really late. They take hours to discharge you when you have already finished quarantine. The food is absolutely terrible. The mango juice tastes like vomit. I get more sick staying here than in home. Thanks radisson blu for such bad service.

The private beach area and gym is fantastic. Much better than the photos you see online. Also very clean.Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. All inclusive was fair.Lost a star because there is no power outlet in the bathroom, for a woman to dry her hair is uncomfortable, as the hair dryer needs to be connected in an outside plug-in and the cable stretched. When asked front desk and they sent an engineer the excuse was because kids would play inside the bathroom, also it was possible to stretch from the power outlet outside the bathroom (not what I believe woman would want).Also, because not all elevators were working, thus some waiting in order to come and go from the room in peak hours.

Good room and quick check-in, although weve been given a room on corner with a half sea view. Surprisingly we recieved a welcome treat in our room. We enjoyed the beach, good food and the staffs are friendly. Thank you for a memorable stay ☺️

Horrible! Elevators are not working well and if you took the stairs it will lead you to place like the laundry or a dead end! Fire exit should be wide enough with proper signage.The buffet breakfast is not worth it. Better to take breakfast in mcdo.For me this hotel is NOT a 4⭐️ hotel. 100% im not coming back!

I’m member at the gym since long time. I’m always parking my car near to the gym but unfortunately sometimes I couldn’t fix parking there. I visited the hotel one time to ask help fro them and I found unprofessional manger his name is ( Husain ) I explained to him the situation. he told me go there I will ask them to refund your money! And he told to security throw him from here!! The cid person there came out and talk with me in nice way not like the street attitude from this manager. he don’t have patience or even know what is the meaning of hospitality. I think you should put someone who can find solutions for the problem not to fight with customers.

The hotel is separated from the beach by 6 lanes of traffic. The rooms are clean and modern but it is surrounded by road traffic as it is a city location, it can be noisey. The beach area is nice but food and beverages are expensive. Staff were very friendly and professional. The water slides were closed and the property is undergo refurbishment but it didnt really impact our stay.

The hotel is recently refurbished with a neutral colour scheme. Radisson Blu is all about the outdoors; multiple swimming pools for different age groups, a vast beach area, beach games and pool bars.

This hotel is beautiful 😍 and is located in Abu Dhabi corniche very nice location 👌 it also has good buffet facilities and dining as well. I chose to go for dinner specially in Christmas time its very well decorated. The name has changed now to radisson blue.I enjoyed when ever i visit this place and the food is also tasty in all the dinings😋

What a disaster. We have been members for the past 6 years but problems started only once Radison blu management took over. Impolite staff, unprofessional and not up to the standards. Prices increased dramatically despite the bad service. Over rated and will not renew our membership for next season.

Hotel was fine, noticably old.In the second day of my stay they called me asking to move to different room as they will do some maintenance work for the water pipes, I was planning to stay for a week with my pregnant wife and 2 years old son so I had alot of things already in place.I was very angry as I have to collect everything again and organize it in the other room so I asked for an upgrade they refused and informed me that its ok we will do the maintenance later.Turns out that they wanted to move me because they had a deal to give all the rooms in my side to a big family.I find this unethical to do.Secondly, the Eid vacation started while I am there and it was insanely crowded in the restaurant.There was a line for the tables more than 10 waiting.Why they accept over occupancy specially in this critical covid situation.Over all, staff were good and friendly but I am very unhappy with the decision makers of this hotel

Absolutely the most disappointing experience! The pictures on the website are misleading - the “white beach” is 600AED over and above what you pay for the hotel!And it’s shown as part of the hotel?!Nowhere does it say the beach and pool and not on the property!The breakfast que is ridiculous, what’s the point of protecting people from covid if everyone is on top of each other in the queue for the food?!!Nothing worth coming back!

Hotel good but during our stay We had lot of issues. First problem during check in, We made booking on booking.com and hotel didnt recived information about his and request that we asked for two beds. Another issue when We tried to order some snacks in pool bar, We had all included packet but food could be order after 7 pm. What is the point of order food so late if we can go for dinner and the pool is closed. Outside pool was closed at 18:45. You can drink only at tables, pool bar service is not available becouse of covid. Water slides also closed so I will not recomend this hotel for familly stay. I know many hotels that dont have such restrictions and all inclusive rules are better. One stars for good food and nice beach. I recommend to check all rules before book. Breakfast was huge chaos, 20 minutes waiting to get table another 10 minutes to grab some food, 20 minutes waiting for coffee/ juices. After You finish breakfast nightmare You need to fight for Your sunbed. No towels at pool, staff affirmative that towels should be inside room but there arent another chaos and disinformation.

No. Just one word will summarise my entire trip. The place is quite big. And it has a nice pool, and beach access. That’s all. The rooms are tiny, the loft access is sooooooo bad. They have 5 lifts, and if they have more, they have clearly hidden it where people don’t go.The three lifts from the lobby DONT show the floor number you are on. I mean... it’s a lift... we had to pop out and check the floor number everytime the lift stopped. The lifts are all tiny, outdated and really sad.The place was ridiculously crowded for the Eid weekend and EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED.Example: at the breakfast place, out of 10 people serving a crowd of 100, 3 would be people who have worked there before or atleast trained as to what is where. The it was really a mad rush everyday. The worst part was, the folks who were serving were also not speaking English or Hindi or Arabic. So a major portion of the guests are already left out. Everyone was losing patience coz even to tell person if you wanted butter or ketchup or type of bread it was a long convo. The staff was really at wits end.Though room service was good, and Zaman at breakfast route was great, they were the only saving grace. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

What was bad: The hotel is under renovation and we were not informed about it. There were masks all around on the floor and nobody seemed to be cleaning it. Bedroom views are not as advertised. There was a bad sewage smell around the hotel and inside the bedrooms. Beaches and pools are not in the same place and you have to cross the street through and underpass to reach them.What was good: Staff is extremely friendly, beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. Check in and check out are very fast.

Terrible experience. Booked hotel to appear for my exam. Hotel is under construction. I specifically asked for wired connection and they said they can arrange but they sent a maintenance guy not a IT guy. Lost a couple of hours of my study. On the day of the exam the guys kept of hammering causing a lot of disturbance. Called and complained and they did stop. Only to start during my exam never to stop. Not recommending this and won’t bother going here again.

Somehow one of the cheapest hotels in Abu Dhabi, despite it being centrally located, upscale, and historically significant. My family and I will be staying here if we are ever in the area again. The kids loved the pools and the amazing beach. The proximity to the Corniche was a highlight.

Great staff seemed very happy to have customers back, were willing to customize drinks slightly and made it a pleasure to be on the beach. Humidity was mercifully low, and prices were great in happy hour, so we stayed for one more until we were very politely booted out before curfew. Recommended

Spent a weekend with my family taking our winter break. Fantastic atmosphere. The property has a private beach and pool on the opposite side of the road, really well lit up in the night. The buffet breakfast is fantastic with great variety. Loved the decor in the rooms.

It is a shame to give 5 stars to this hotel. Staff is not attentive, when we arrived there was no one at the reception, but when the girl arrived she was polite. Hotel is under renovation and they allowed guests to come so at 10am we were having our poor breakfast with the sounds of construction. Bedding sheets were smelling like sawage so at 1am we called the guy from housekeeping to change the whole bed. Reception answered after we called them 3 times. Service is very slow and the staff is not trained well. Room amenities are so poor. Pool and the beach are on the other side of the street. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars and it destroyed our trip to Abu Dhabi.

Amazing budget hotel for staycation staff is very polite and friendly

This hotel was advertised as 5 star. I found it to be 3 star at best. The first thing I noticed was how small the window was over looking the beach. The carpet and upholstery was highly stained. The carpet in the hallway and in front of the elevator was also highly stained. Very obvious dark stains. There were holes in the lamp shades. As for the bathroom, the tile was a mocha color with brown running through it, when the made repairs, they used bright white caulking. The bathtub was very narrow and was a plastic liner.When the room was repainted, there were white smudges all over from the crown moulding to the walls. The meals were way over priced. The only positive feed back was the pool and beach area were very nice.

Extreme poor service.I met with an accident in my room. Tried to contact the emergency extension number provided on the phone none picked up after two try. Rang the one touch service; picked up and first thing told about the cost for Doctor 😐. Requested for first aid came after half n hour. Met the manager meanwhile I was running down with bleeding head.TV wasn’t working and no hygiene at the restaurant.I got good view room but window wasn’t clean.

Exceptional service. Close to the beach. As usually perfect for a business trip. Breakfast are really testy. 24x7 business center with printers, scanners and faxes. Nice conference room arrangement. The rooms are big and very clean.

The place is great! It has its own private beach and club. Facilities are superb and clean. Breakfast served is also great. Staff is good too, except the check-in process (they made us wait for over an hour), things were superb.

What I liked? The location...a great one. The customer service staff was very friendly and accommodatingWhat I didn’t like? Old and not very clean hotel...the carpet in the room must have been 20 years old....my husband and I spent some time trying to guess the original color. Ordered a cappuccino and a latte to the room, turned out to be freeze dried coffee with milk. Disappointed is the best adjective here!

Maintenance was going on while I was staying. So it was not pleasant experience.

I visited this place as my exam centre was here. Nice ambience and good facilities inside. Across the main road, you can also visit their beach resort. Its located on the corniche so driving is best. Emirates Palace is nearby too. Valet parking is available.

Restaurant staff were so warm and friendly and quickly remembered all our names. Would definitely visit here again.Pros - Food is amazing! Love the breakfast buffet and staff were very accommodating. Good location and taxis are always available. Room was comfortable - large king size bed and small dining area. Very clean. Great beach and pool. Lovely restaurant at the beach. Shuttle bus to the mall.Cons - quite a walk to the mall, especially in the heat, so be prepared (however there is a shuttle bus). Hotel and beach separated by a road, so you take the subway to the beach. The night we arrived, we ordered a burger to our room which wasnt as enjoyable as the rest of the food.

Rooms are very old. I can rate it only 2 star. No doubt they have amazing outdoor facilities, but pools are not fully temperature controlled. Breakfast was good.
