Worst delivery service. I placed an order at 5pm, they messaged me at 19.30 to inform me that some items are out of stock. They didnt even bother to apologise!!!!! Will never order from thme again

Very bad response and most the time not answering the phone, bad service with no time respect .... I waited almost two hours and delivery never came. Even though there is a minimum order above 10 Dhs for delivery.

Before the staff was much more professional. After changing the supervisor the quality has dropped. All the time requested items are not available,however the grocery next building has them. The quality of the service decreases.Better to avoid this grocery.

Ignorant staff. They deliver after 2 hours at a minimum. You will get wrong order delivered most of the times.

Quite messy place, I wish they could arrange their items properly and clean the place. Hygiene is definitely not their first priority here.

Pathetic delivery and customer service... never gets the orders right and no courtesy to inform the customer if missing something! Loyal supermarket is recommended to order anytime than this once which is on the very next block...

Always they dont have products.... they are more expensive then others..delivery will be up to them sometimes they have sometimes no..... sometimes they close early sometime whatever.... one of the worth ship grocery I ever see in Dubai.. strange the municipality they dont audit them and see how they store food on the floor...shame

I have been ordering items since two days and they accept it and confirm that they will deliver, but nothing gets delivered, not even an apology note, mind you I am living in the same building.Also, in case they deliver, it takes minimum one hour to reach.Very bad service.NOT RECOMMENDED.

His is the best supermarket in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Good quality items are available in reasonable rate. Wide parking area is available on the cellar floor. Crowd in evening time. Some times offers are available for certain items. Vegetables and fruits are available here. Salesmen are very friendly and helpful and friendly

The staff barely speak English. Are very unhelpful. Hang up on you several times. Do NOT care about you or your order. If they dont want to deliver items they tell you they dont deliver in your area anymore. Shocking shocking service. Absolutely infuriating. Cannot believe this is a business!!!!! Wait 2 hours for a water delivery! Only five minutes drive away but water is too heavy to carry 15 minutes down the road!

Good grocery shop in Arjan area with free delivery service. For me was quick in last few months. They deliver even a small item with value of few AED.
