Very clean. Produce is very fresh. Wide variety of merchandise. Prices are very good. Staff are very helpful.

First and last time to try this place , there was flies around the onions + they were not fresh.In the cheese section: no prices put, slow service, very small variety of cheeses. The overall experience was bad . Will not be returning there again .

Surprisingly large format supermarket. It appears small from the facade, but the building stretches between two streets. Street 14A side is the back entrance to the building with lots more parking spaces than the front entrance. I would have named it Grandiose Community Mall instead of Grandiose Supermarket, as it really addresses most community needs for Jumeriah 2 residents.With a Spinneys style large supermarket on the second floor, the building also includes a trendy and spacious café, Laundry/ Cleaners, a lovely pet store, as yet unopened Gym, and even a Noon.com collection box! (Will update with more facility related info as they open up).The Organic food and vegetables assortment is great. I found most of my regular organic produce. The cheese counter is just awesome with every possible Swiss and French cheese anyone from a home cook to a Micheline star chef could ask for. Edgar the deli section staff was pleasant, helpful, informative, and active during my very 1st visit today morning. He helped me with some lovely stuffed green olives, grilled peppers in olive oil and artichokes -- all ready to eat.I was shocked (pleasantly) to discover my favorite snack brand Irvins from Singapore at my doorstep in Dubai! Irvins chips are a craze in Singapore with a cult following, and for good reason too, as its a fantastic brand of chips. Outside of a certain exclusive neighbourhood (BGC) in Manila and Singapore, I havent been able to find it elsewhere in all my global travels -- pre-pandemic ofcourse. Thank you Team Grandiose for including Irvins chips in your assortment.Im very happy and excited for this mini community mall and wish it success, plus its only a couple of minutes walk from my home!

I am vist 2nd time . Staff is very slow very very slow . Only 10 items they give me after 30 minutes.

Newly opened Grandiose Supermarket in Jumeira 2.Wide choice of fresh vegetables and Fruits.They are well stocked up with all daily needs.Friendly staff .They have other services like Laundry, Salon Pet store and Grandiose Cafe.They have a covered free car parking in the building basement.Currently have opening offer of 20% on all items

THE RUDE MANIPULATING WORKER FOR DELIVERY FOR THE 3RTH TIME THEY DELIVER WRONG ITEM THEY DUBBLE SOME ITEMS THEY BRING ORGANIC ITEMS JUST TO CHARGE US MORE .EVEN WE SEND PICTURE OF EACH ITEM WE ASK FOR EACH ITEM PRICE BUT STILL THEY MANAGED TO PLAY THEIR GAME FOR 5 only item we were engaged with this worker for about 4 hours.why the owner doesnt control the service why driver was so disrespectful ???? Where is the head office number is not illegal in UAE without office number for business ???

Its a newly opened branch near my house. In general its ok but I wasnt impressed with the variety of products plus veggies were not really fresh in the beginning but now its improving. I was shocked today when I went to buy Manakeesh which is a famous food in Syria and Lebanon, the Baker was although very polite and helpful but he is using COOKING OIL TO MAKE Zaatar Manakeesh. Its by all measures, a very disappointing incident. No one on earth can use cooking oil to make this kind of food. It MUST COOKED BY AND STRICTLY WITH OLIVE OIL AND A GOOD OLIVE OIL ALSO. Plus, the cheese they are using to make Cheese Manakeesh is either white cheese or Mozzarella cheese. Both are not really acceptable options. It has to be prepared with either Kashkaval Cheese or Hungarian or at top Bulgarian cheese. I talked to the manager in charge who was helpful and promised not to use cooking oil. However, its not a good sign to me though especially for a newly opened branch in our area.
