The store design is convenient and it’s location is perfect for people staying in this locality… specially if staying in DEC tower… as it has access from within the compound !

Local supermarket with a very extensive range of products from fresh fruit and vegetables to internationally imported items (including some items not available in the mainstream hypermarkets so its worth a look). Its larger than many local supermarkets but not as big as a hypermarket, and its grocery range is good if not a little on the pricier side. Theres also a good, well priced and popular separate pork section to round out its diverse offerings.Parking is available in its adjacent car park, service is ok, theres sanitiser and temperature checks at the entrances and youre better off if you BYO shopping bag.

Nice supermarket in Marina.It is very large and has a lot of choice.Like the bakery, organic area and the foods of the world section.It is open 24/7.

Cashiers are arrogant to customer..Always...if it is not chit-chatin, system issue, wrong-priced against the barcode, staffs are not enough to cater the customers, staffs are not on their station...and many more....poor customer service at its finest!When in comes to the place itself...they keep changing the places of their goods..when you ask a staff on whereabout of their item/s..staff themselves are not aware where they kept it..😏😳😳Managers/Supervisors are also always missing...hey! Please go around your store so that you could address immediately what are the concerns regarding your staff/store not merely always in the locker room...and expecting a page-call everytime that they need you.Lastly, to the lady cashier and the indian guy at the counter tonight...remember that you are in a customer-service industry..it doesnt cost you anything to apologize for the incovenicence caused, especially if the contributing factor is from your side, letting your customers wait for long, If you are this rude to reason out or response,then probably being in the CSR is not a good place for you to work .

The internal Layout has changed to accomodate a wide range of products. Store now has more promotional items which os great but attention needs to be paid to maintain a clean and tidy store. Good service by the staff but room for improvement. Please make more smaller trolleys available. When i visited there were no shopping trolleys only baskets were available. Asked the staff for the trolley and there was no posotive response.

Not bad but more expensive then others shops...at least they sell pork.. bakery is definitively bad.... fish is good and Mark is a very good attendant...

They have the best collection on current occasions too and loads of offers and promotions everyday!Do visit the store on Tuesdays as they have amazing deals on a lot of products and also a flat 50 percent off on certain products!Ps - They have a small Tim Hortons right inside their store so you can sip on some good coffee while you shop :)

Very bad supermarket. They don’t even have a proper trolley or a clean one. Whenever you ask them they say it’s outside and all two times they never had even one inside and the one inside was in such bad condition that small supermarkets have better trolley than this such a big chain of supermarket. And it’s so dirty, during this covid time supermarket should have at-least taken care of such stuff

Very expensive place. Compared to All Maya almost double rate 🤔🤔I wanted to buy Master Mixer. It was 39.95 in Choithram. In Al Maya it is 22.5. same brand. Same product.Told the Manager. Showed him the pic of the regular rate in La Maya

Really good supermarket as far as choices go, love that they have a good variety of fresh produce. They only reason this isnt a 5 star review is because of the staff... Super unhelpful and unfriendly to the point where you dont even want to ask for assistance. Especially the cashiering department.

Favorite supermarket in the Marina. They have a good range of Western products including a pork section. Staff are quick and responsive. Prices are on the high end, but that is normal since the food is not Arabic or Asian. Their Tesco products (the mother company) are all great. A lot of gluten free and sugar free products. Location is a bit tricky if coming by car since it is ine way street and traffic can become very bad during rush hour. I order from them online and Im very satisfied with their quick delivery.

The selection of items was excellent though the price range is a little high. Wasnt too crowded and easy check out. Love that its attached to DEC making it easier for residents. Needs better directional signage to help guide people to products and special offers. Christmas decorations need an upgrade :)

The cashiers are unaware of bank promotions leaving you standing there as they check with their managers for almost half an hour. Otherwise, it is overpriced compared to Carrefour and similar supermarkets. They do have Tesco products, though, so thats nice.

I am very disappointed today because i am regular customer of choithrams for 2 year ...today evening i went to there for buying rice and i saw there is promotion on Tabassum basmati rice super 5kg at price of 24.95 aed but when i came to bill counter they charge me 39.95aed .I asked to them they told no no its not 24.95 aed that was different 🙄 same outlet same bar code so why did you put tag on promotion on same bar code items. I took picture here i am attaching that picture plz look at and get back to me its not about money its about how you are dealing with your costumer

I do really love the Choithrams Marina supermarket! They have a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, squeezed fruit juices, fresh bread daily baked, good meat (halal) and fish counters, frozen food (I love the frozen cherry pies and cheese cakes available here), homeware and some simple clothing (briefs and T-shirts). Staff is very friendly, helpful, so nice to go there!

You can find pretty much everything there that you need and they hold a range of common items, including Tesco branded items such as soups etc. The store is large, clean, has air-conditioning, and serves with easy access for a number of hotels in the area (and if you stay at Signature / Jannah) it is directly opposite! Walking this direction, you will find a number of different food shops.Inside Choithrams, there is also a Tim Hortons concession.

Its a well stocked - albeit a little expensive - small little store that is located rather conveniently. Parking is a hassle as the spots are limited and if you have no local change, you cannot pay for parking.We were staying across from the market so it was very, very convenient for us as it was open till midnight.The beverage selection is varied for the size of the market. The fresh produce selection was varied and the bakery items were my personal favorite.There is also a laundry for those who are pressed for time.The cherry on top is the Timmys at the location :D put a smile on my face.

Best place to get most of the things you want on daily basis. Good assortment of indian stuff. Raw and fresh paneer and cheese are also available which is quite hard to find in any nearby store.

Its really awesome because you can get almost all items at one place. Staff is also cooperative and things are fresh. Manager in blue suite (dont know her name) never smiles with staff even though they deserve her smile 😂.

The items which I need like onion, garlic, noodles and snacks are cheaper than I expected. I was thinking that since it is situated in Dubai Marina, items should be expensive. But I was wrong. They offer promos and buy one take one sale on Tuesdays. They have variety of items to choose from. I enjoyed shopping here as they got also Filipino and other Asian sections.

Parking attendant in this supermarket is the WORST! I entered the parking which mentioned For Choitrams customer only and 2 hours parking is free. then upon leaving the supermarket parking I was asked to pay. When I argued that i was a customer, the parking attendant said you should have told me and didn refunded my money . Was the parking sign wrong or the attendant was a thief. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!

Clean, well lit, fresh and friendly service. You can find everything you would in a food store in America, many British and Middle Eastern options as well. Buy local veggies, hummus and rotisserie chicken with fresh baked bread. Prices are reasonable.

Friendly staff, good range of products, shop is surprisingly much bigger than it looks form the outside. Sells Tesco products too, which no one else does. Has a bargain bin, never any big queue at the checkout. Shelves always well stacked and theres always new and interesting products appearing in there. One of Marinas best supermarkets if not THE best when price, location, opening times, service and food quality is taken into account

Worst grocery ever, they dont pick up the phone. Or they close the line in your face after u wait over 5 minutes to be transferred back and forth between each other. And the lady answers their phone is rude when she choses to pick up the phone and closes the line without getting the order and doesnt call back

Don’t buy produce here, last time I spent money on expensive strawberries and mushrooms on two separate incidents - they went bad after one day only... Seems like they receive products at the end of their shelf life.. Strawberries and mushrooms should not rot after one day... I’ve already seen their meat case, and my instincts told me to stay away..Overpriced, only good if your in a pinch and need a dry good with a log shelf life.. Save your money and go to Spinneys...

I always go 🛒 in choithram,my favorite place is Tim Horton coffee shop, all the pork I love it, anything was there. And very near to our building.

Fresh food in a good quality.Pork is available.Deli can be better, not enough varieties.Theres plenty of parking.They have a machine where you can make your own almond and peanut butter -- amazing.Choitrams is comparable in terms of quality to Waitrose and Spinneys in Dubai.Prices are much higher than Union Co-op and Carrefour though.

Situated at the West End of the Marina Dubai, Choithram is a Hypermarket from where you can get your requirements for daily needs fulfilled under the the same roof.Usually there are are promotions running on various products from time to time and weekends are the busiest days here.Keeping in mind the comfort of its customers, Choithram is open till late midnight to serve its customers on daily basis .

I had a very bad experience yesterday I buy 1.5 water 18pcs and I asked them to deliver it to my place Manchester tower I even give my room number. And today I went back asked about my water and they told me that they had delivered it already? How come I’ve been waiting yesterday and today ? Very poor service!!!!!!! I need my water!!!!!

The supermarket is brilliant. I buy fresh vegetables and enjoy my visit daily. The horrid experience with the parking security is one that will keep me away from returning to choithram. He was so disrespectful and nasty and refused to open the barricade upon my exit due to two mins remaining for the expiry of the two hour grace period.His approach was incorrect and threatening. In the event I do consider to return and if the security officer displays the same atrocious attitude I will seek the intervention of the management and authorities.Review profiles before recruiting such security who are aggressive and disrespectful. You just lost customers because of such people !

Be aware of the night time shift manager, Mr.Chean, employee number 15238.He has pushed me to many different queues while I was trying to buy a couple of cigarettes, and at the end, I had to go back to the initial check out line for nothing waisting 5-10 mins. When their system was not working properly, and when I asked him if he is sorry, he absolutely denied and he has nothing to be sorry about.If I am the owner of this business I will definitely fire him for this alone.It was a simple sorry that i would like to hear from him for him to pushing me back and forth for nothing, but he never admitted and he is trying to be not responsible for his system mulfuntiom. This is the worst customer service ever for last 14 years in Dubai.,

The prices are acceptable and the good thing is that the timings are also great. Its opened till 12 am but the bad thing about this shop is that the workers do not even let you 2-3 min before 12 am inside the store because they say that the have to close the store at 12 am.This is a bad rule of this store at this place.I had even a fight with one of them because I urgently needed something and was there at 11.57 pm but the did not let me inside.I asked for the phone number of the incharge but they even did not give me the number.They asked me what I need it for and then they asked me what I need to buy. Is it a small thing or big etc.I just asked them for a Hajmola. The door man told to one of the staff inside and they checked it and did not find Hajmola.I still was not happy because if the times are 12 am then they should leave the doors opened till 12 am and not close earlier.

Produce not fresh on at least two occasions. Bought peaches, next day tried them and they were brown inside. Salmon was off after a day.
