Best for kitchen item shopping

This place has absolutely no safety standards. None of the employees wear masks no matter what time of the day. When I asked one of the employees why he refused to wear a mask his retort was how can I wear a mask 24 hours a day. Well buddy we are in the midst of a global pandemic, if you cant wear a mask STAY AT HOME. I will be reporting this supermarket to the authorities and I hope they will be held for violating and floating all safety standards.Also they charge more than a regular supermarket?? Why is that? They certainly have no premium services and no etiquette. This needs to be addressed asap.

Staff seems to be on salary and not commission linked to sale. They show attitude, disinterested to sell, least bothered about customer queries and preferences or to help customers.Movable staff is always busy in home deliveries so you are totally left to yourself on self service.Items are priced higher than other similar smaller supermarkets in nearby area.Franchisee owner doesnt have a grip on his business and cannot manage the operations well.

Great location for the people living in Al Nahda 2 and near Al Nahda Park. Its also a less crowded versus other West Zone branches and recently theyve added a pork section to get your meat needs! Small grocery but they got all the essentials.

A relief from going to lulu supermarket which is always crowded. Good for quick pick stuffs needed for immediate purpose. A life saver sometimes.

Westzone supermarket has many branches all around Dubai. here we are discussing about one of the branch just backside of Dubai Zulekha hospital. Westzone supermarket is famous for philipine local stuffs and non halal items (pork) are also available.
