Centerpoint is very good for shopping

Very bad customer service. Last Friday I went their and during the time of shopping, one makeup item on the shelf was dropped down from our trolley. They have charged us for that item even that item was just placed on the shelf wdout any hangings. I explained the staff but they havent listened and charged us for that. Totally unexpected and bad experience.

I just bought Gosh makeup from centerpoint_ mirdif, the emplyee there was very helpful! She explained about all the products, was patient with me trying many colours , helped me to choose what suits me more , and all with a big smile on her face! her Name is Rehab, very professional and smiley, and made my shopping experience way more fun and easy!

Mercy is very helpful. I usually shop at your store in Mirdiff center, but every time i go with mum she always goes to lifestyle and sometimes ends up buying a lot of accessories. I am from Pakistan and my Mum does not speak english , but they understand each other.

I had a wonderful experience here. The shop was clean and organised with things clearly labelled. Staff were helpful in finding and recommending products. I like the variety and value (especially the sale items).

Variety at its peak. Spot for sales promotions you will get good discounted prices in sales. Massive display, but conjusted. Mothers feeding room is available. Separate exchange counter has made life easy. Some good selection of toys with less rates. New born products wide range variety.

My experience was worst at centrepoint due to the security guy from FARNEK his name is Nishant. This guy has no sense to talk to customer and moreover he is keep asking for the paper receipt for the items bought and I have the items which was ordered online and I have the e receipt which he didnt accept. The long story short is he doesnt know anything and just irritate the people/customers.Its a request to the centrepoint management to keep the literate people to deal with customer because time is precious for everyone.

So bad shop, I bought clothes with more than 3000 AED and based on that I got 7 voucher each one 50AED based on Ramadan offer..And when I come back to spend the vouchers, I shocked on the cashier when the agent told me that you cant mix the vouchers and you have to use separately for each piece..It means that I have to pay extra for some of pieces above 50AED and loss the remaining in the voucher for less than 50AED...THIS IS UNFAIR AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FRAUD..

Big store with great ambiance

Increase no of employees behind cashiers please .assign special counter to collect online purchase .today i came to collect an item bought online before 2 days .i was forced to stand in a queue of purchasers and others how want to refund some items and only one employee was serving at the cashiers for the whole shop .this is not acceptable comparing to the area of retail outlet .beside i am collecting only , so why do i have to wait for 20 minutes to inform your team to request my item !?!?

Today i visited centrepoint mirdiff city center at 8.00pm in males perfume section and a tall slim guy salesman was very rude towards my family. I asked some perfume to smell before I decide to buy but he was quite rude and said this is for sale not for smelling.This was a horrible experience for me and I want the management to be highlighted and escalate this matter.

The lady that works in the makeup section wasn’t respectful and lied since i was asking for a makeup bran and send NO and then on lady heard and told me yes its available in this side it was UN POLITE !!!! I only asked fpr essence brand and she was like go nyx or rimmile buy one the second for free i was like no i want essence she said we don’t have what do you think of the rudness !!! TERRIBLE MARKTING AMD SELLING no coming again to this branch not respect full its a shame to lie in front of ur colleagues just to sell your brand she stands in front of isa dora !

Staffs are missing in toy area. They are all inside the staff room area, you have to knack to ask their assistance...

I am very dissatisfied with the services from Center Point / Splash.  I have registered a complaint about a refund 3 weeks ago and followed up more than 10 times but NO RESPONSE YETA standard response from the customer care agent after speaking 30-50 minutes that It will be sorted out by the technical team within 2-4 days time but nothing happened.Complaint #1502695

You can find everything at Centerpoint, from makeup to shoes, kids clothing, women and men clothing even snacks, toys and stationary.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Extremely unsatisfied with their service and the way they handle their customers. I bought a baby product and upon arriving they installed it at my house without my request.. at that time I didn’t think anything of it! Once I realized that this baby item is unsafe and I explained it to them, they insisted that as per their “policy” upon installation no items will be returned. How about next time you tell your customers “if I install this item that you shoppped online for, then you can’t return it later on”?

Appalling service.. ordered online two months ago and still waiting.. asked to cancel 1 month ago and get my money back. Nothing. Trying to speak to a manager for 2 weeks.

Very friendly staff. Especially shoe mart support staff Dionisio (called Jun) is very professional and supportive.

For Babyshop, ask for Bebin, he takes his job seriously and treats customers with upmost professionalism.
