I think it’s one of the laziest carrefour you will find in dubai. Not much staff to assist you. They have some deals too at very cheap price. They have a sit in food and kitchen too. They are located at ground floor but good thing is it’s never crowded. Fresh meat and chicken items shall be taken from other stores Atleast I was reluctant to buy.

I don’t know about carrefour other brach but i buy something from this Branch. and i see this is slow branch mean Their collection is not good they need to have a better Collection. the stuff are short. you can not find any help from Their. and cashier do sometime wrong. even they don’t have good collection in Cash for change.

Very convenient and close to our residence. I really like their valet trolley service. My groceries delivered at my doorstep. Reasonably priced goods. Always have good deals in store.

Nice and clean but we face a problem here.I bought two bottle of drinking water the price is 1.9 Durham. The counter person did not return the 10 file saying I dont have 10 fils. This is not good how can a big chain keep my money with out my consent.If they have difficulty to have 10 and 5 fils coins then they may increase the price little bit to round off the figure. But to keep money like this is not good.

The worst experience i had ever faced.Purchased a JBL wireless head phone from carrefour dragon mart. Its not working properly its show the duty manager on time. This same model i used and that one didn’t have this defect. After the two days i went to the branch for reporting the issues. I dont know how will appoint the duty manager to that position(22/07/2021). Very very bad experience from him.The head set has same quality as cheap quality product from Deira market.Please don’t be this much low level to handling you customers and your services.We had a belief in you, and you destroyed it.

It is the only hyper market near international city. The staff need lot of improvements. May be the staff attitude is because of their less experience with client engagement.I am not blaming every staff. But I face response issues from many staff many time. I am sure carrefour management is professional and overcome these issues . But until that I can rate only 3 stars for this place.

Yesterday my experience was again shocking- first no one to assist you at electronics area, when you call someone and ask for advice- they are starting to read from the description of the product- clueless. I can do the same. Finally we decided to by the product- the sales man start preparing the bill...well surprise surprise.....the promotion is actualy finished ...the person responsible is off, and prior to his off he forgot to remove the promo- really? You can see managers walk around constantly. I my opinion they only pretend working.

Dissapointed with the new club card system. Used to get cash back discounts. They now offer percentage discounts on things we dont buy. When we buy vegetables they offer toiletry discounts. When we buy toiletries they offer vegetable discounts. Preferrer cash backs and real deals.

Dont buy any Electronics from here......in case of any faults, getting replacement is very difficult....In the bills/ invoice, they mention as if there is fault found with in a week of purchase, it will be replaced or re-funded......But in my case, they dont do all these Things....They told me that they will help me to get it replaced...And they dont take any responsibility as mention in the invoice.....Also the help desk filipino staffs are rude..... They were behaving rude and told me take it or leave it, this is our procedure......I have asked for Manager, he came out and told me that they will send to manufacturer and after everything I will get the replacement in 30 days......F*****kCarrefour is just a grocery shop.....Nothing more than that....Please gentlemen, dont buy any Electronics from here.....You will be in problem....Go to Jumbo....Jackys Electronics....Or Sharafdg....Even LULU is better...
