The service center is very good and staff. I saw some bad comment here but there is nothing like that i had very good experience from the service center i get the mobile with in one hour after changing my mobile display i happy and highly recommend ♥️♥️

I didnt go there guys personaly but I contact 2 of stuff and mail them to solve my proplem but its not , I bought one of Vivo device (((new)) one its 79 days from last fully charge befor I use it . And some leaked unsecured UNSAFE for use different name different IP for same device .

Such an amazing service and very very cooperative staff loved it superb

Just few pointsThey repaired loud speaker issues in just in time .The staff having good support to customersWhat required they are helping ..edited :customer team called back and asked the problem occurring or how is service, really required this kind of customer support . the team who managing i dont know really good work and great.

Dont buy this mobile it is one of the worst kind of mobile

All the Staffs are very good, But Supervisor (Jaffer) Is really very bad. He dont have any knowledge about Mobile.and he dont know how to treat customer with Poor language. Even he dont know english also. i had a bad experience in vivo service center.
