Ive been a long time fan and user of bose products.I own more than 15 bluetooth headsets of various makes but mostly from bose.I use bose headsets for training 99% of the time since they have the best grip.The most recent I used was the sound sport free, a true wireless headset, and after a good 2 years of use the battery gives at about 45 minutes.Ive been going to the store and asking about the new releases, I knew they will have the new ones called earbuds 500.I got fed up of asking about when it would be released since I need headsets that go beyond 1 hour use, so I went ahead and bought a jabra elite, which lasts for 7 hours per charge.Only to find out that they released the new headset one week later, a huge bummer.I went to the store and checked it out, I fell in love honestly speaking, I told the staff there about my experience and all I got was aww too bad. I asked if I can get any discount on the top model that costs 1199aed. I think anything would have done it for me. Even if they said we tried calling our manager and there is nothing we can do. That would have been nice.But instead the guy told me we have people buying systems that cost 20,000aed we dont even do anything special for them.I dont think Ill be going back to bose anymore.It was nice while it lasted.

DO NOT BUY LIFESTYLE SERIES WHEN ON DISCOUNT/OFFER! They give you a used a piece! After delivery β€œAhmed” the store manager does not support you in anyway! He doesn’t answer calls, now my lifestyle does not work at all, I’ve tried to Whatsapp/phone several times with no answer!An international brand with 0 customer focus/support. This is my 3rd Bose purchase, and I bet would be my last.

I bought soundsport free earbuds and and Im suing only may 3 or 4 times a month and after one year the rubber case around bottoms gone and became pieces in very fast and bad... I checked in bose community all they suffer the same problem.. I went service center and I was ready to pay for rubber replacement they refused... And I went Nose store and I explain it is bad quality and bad design as there many complains for the same issue even within first few months for people poeple using daily... Salesman he was no profession in Dubai Mall and talk like he is smart.. And only gave 35% discount from origin price of AED 830 (same price 2 years ago) on replacement for the same product... I told but the this products has worng design therfore all Bose new models they cancelled rubber case and bottoms and Im not ready come again pay 500+AED for the same problem ... And I asked to give the same 35% discount on the new model AED1200..but he refused... I was unhappy and I was forced to pay AED 545 for same model replacement.... Today I search online and I found Bose sailing same produce online in NOON to any customer in AED 576 ( without giving the damaged product) so the bose salesman just fooled me when he said that he makes favour and give 35% discount as it was fake discount...It is totally no profession behavour and customers service and bad quality... Keep in mind we are buying expensive product almost 3 or 4 times price of other product I paid AED 830 and rubber is gone easly with very rear of use...Customer especting to have this product at least 3 to 4 years and especting there is replacement parts like rubber not to force people to buy new product when small issue like rubber case...I already paid AED545 and waiting for replacement as black color is not in stock but after I saw that bose selling in NOON AED579 for all customers and the salesman fooled me by saying that I got 35%discount Im going to cancel my order and return back my damaged earbud and though it in the garbage..In my car there is a rubber bottoms like Trunk exposed for sun and weather and heat and it stay for 10 years... And still we can get replacement for these parts

The best product with the worst employees in the world. Bose global should be ashamed they hire such incompetence at their Dubai Mall store. Lack of product knowledge, poor communication, totally inadequate for products of this caliber. Arrogant staff the store over. Their head office in Dubai is staffed by equally disappointing and unacceptably useless employees. Go see for yourself.

Bought a sound bar, the sound bar is faulty and defective the store refused to give me a refund. Talked to the area manager Rahul Kharbanda and he was very rude and did not help. It’s consumer law within the UAE to give a refund if the product is still within warranty (which my product is). I will be filing a complaint to the DED and Dubai consumer protection to get my refund. Terrible customer service and is disgusting the way they are handling this.

I went to your shop at Dubai Mall, had the worst customer service experience. My excitement to buy the s1pro turned into disappointment and disgusted by your staff’s behavior. Instead took a harman kardon. Bose must attend to their staffs and appraise them well

Have visited bose stores in many countries and the staff are always warm and friendly. Had a very different experience here. Interacted with a lady who wouldnt greet / smile. Even a Thank You from me was responded to with a nonchalant head nod. Certainly not returning. Get your act together, Bose!

Bought Bose Lifestyle 535 Series II along with Soundtouch 30 during Ramadan 2014- Excellent demo in this showroom. The guy name is Niraj. Till date excellent performance. The important factor is Audio input to be equivalent to BOSE quality. I made decision of purchase after second demo. Especially sounds like rain drops, storm and other sounds of nature are awesome. What next?? Bose wireless Headphones....βœ”

Lost trust in product. A known issue with qc35 worldwide that it is a hardware problem fromBose. They refuse to exchange or fix and only force you to buy a new one. Worst post sale service ever.
