Bought an Item, returned. Customer service called you to blame you using 2 different numbers. Wow! What a service!They promised to return the money within 7-21 days. 2 months later no transaction has been done and they wont answer you!Why are you keeping my hard earned money? Pay me back!

Very helpful staff. Some products were not in stock so I had to go to another branch.

Poor Customer service.The bill mentions that we can return products within a period of 30 days. I bought an item and went for return the very next day and they told me it will not be accepted because the item was opened from the package. I do not know how i am supposed to use an item without opening it.So do take into consideration that all return requests will get rejected for one reason or the other.

Ive been to Ibn Battuta for many times more than I can remember. Very big mall with helpful security ready to answer your questions. There are signs to guide you around the mall and lots of stores to shop anything.

Its a simi Ace branch, they dont have all the products that are available in other main branches. So call and ask if what you want is available there before going, or go to festival city or Shaikh Zayed branch

The supervisor at the counter seemed to be nervous , liked the range of products available

My Order has been placed two months back and they claim it was delivered and it was not. And till this date, I have been following up on this issue and escalating it to get at least a timeframe of when to expect A resolution.It’s an internal issue that should be fixed without letting the customer suffer. At least process the refund and fix your internal issues later.Will never order online again. I am very frustrated from this experience.My order number is #AU00024208 if anyone is checking the reviews, which I doubt considering the poor customer experience.

Huge mall. Nice to walk in.

Youll find all hardware requirements varies from painting to planting, Electric condubes, wires, water bottles, swing doors etch. Price is bit expensive when compared to other places but good thing is youll find everything under one roof. Quality products. Conveniently located and easily accessible via Dubal metro. There is a terminal check and place orders via ACE online shop. Friendly staff are always ready to assist you.

Great store and huge selection. Unfortunately, pricing is extortionate in comparison to other markets and the delivery service is hit and miss.

We bought a shower pipe from ACE hardware ibn batuta mall. Within two weeks the pipe bursted and it was damaged completely. We took the material to the shop. Unfortunately we lost the bill as we didnt know this was of poor quality & it will get damaged so fast. Manager was not ready to replace the pipe and he was not even ready to believe us and give value to customer, instead he was talking about his job risk n all! We lost our 83aed. That wasnt a concern for us. But such reputed firms are selling such items for high price than its worth, no quality and apart from all this, not trusting customer! From that day onwards, we decided that, WILL BUY ONLY PRODUCT FROM SHOPS THAT GIVES VALUE TO CUSTOMERS. Even if the product was of cheap quality amd shop is not reputed. Customer should be viewed as the king in such businesses.

Staff arent available most times

After shopping at Ace Ibn Batuta, sat down to make a feed for the baby and we were shoed away. Moved off without saying a word.

Ace. The name is enough for garden and outdoor stuff.Lot of varieties and options available to choose. In ibn battuta mall the show room is smaller than ace dubai festival city. Staff are helpful to choose products.They accept you got a gift voucher.

Very poor online shopI dont reccomend buying in their online shop after you have selected the item and paid, it will just say order accepted after that no feedback at all.I order Dec 8, until now no feedback then when I call the customer service they say there is no stock of the item. But before I place the order online I ask the staff in IBN Batuta that they 7 Rockwell hand drill available but scattered in different branches and as per staff he told me pay it online and you can pick it up after 2 days. But no feedback at all for my order. When I ask for the refund CS said after 2 to 5 days they will refund but it took only 2 seconds for them to take my money the day I ordered.Please dont buy online. Very very poor service.

I bought AC from Plug ins online last year. That was in offer of 5 Year warranty, now it has some issues, so called for warranty, now they saying its not under warranty as 1 year has passed and I need to pay for repair.
