The Service Centre , GThe worst service Centre ever , impolite service staff ( Mark ) , wearing Samsung logo When you talk to them they say we are third party, blaming the sales staff for any contract, asking silly questions , I guess as they control our mobile they think they have the right to insult you and act like boss

Dont waste your money on Note 20 Ultra 5g... After using it for 4 months: a bit heavy on one hand users. The internal screen is very fragile, I was surprised with a broken screen while I get it out of my pocket, after inspection Samsung told me it was external compression.. this is a stupid answer.. all wht I have is the phone and ID card.. they admit its gorilla glass only for scratch but very breakable.. now I have to pay 30% of the original price to change the screen!

Very bad experience. For my brand new A21S phone , from last two weeks running behind them to change the finger print sensor . Service centre told part booked against your phone and customer care till free says nothing booked yet. Every time DCC service centre says your part is arriving next day ... but not yet resolved...

Terrible customer service! I would give 0 stars if possible. The rudest store manager possible....a customer is desperately trying to retrieve his repaired phone and reached when the technician was not available. The store manager was so rude to the desperate customer ( who had a flight to catch). Instead of explaining as to why they were unable to help him he was just too rude...this store is a bad front for Samsung

Your services are very bad.I am staying in Ajman, I need my Samsung mobile spare parts, thats why I talked to Dera City Center customer care services, he told me we have spare you can come from 2pm to 10pm our technician available that time only, then the next day came in DCC customer care your The technicians told us there was no spare, and his response was very bad.

The map is OK and easy to find. But the Samsung Service Center is not user friendly. It takes many days for even simple glitch. No parking available. My Samsung S4 smart phone is defective from unpacking, but they are still repairing.

Purchased Note 10 last saturday from here, they gave wireless charger, power bank, and JBL Dive wireless headphones in offer. Everything worked except JBL Wireless headphones as it is not getting switched on. I went there today to get it fixed or replaced the store manger (who told his name Faisal Latif) said that its none of their concern and I need to go to harman service center. They gave me a dead headphone in the name of offer and now im clueless what wrong have i done so that i need to go to service center on the other end of Dubai, totally uncertain if they would accept to fix or replace it.In my experience - the manager was rude and adment and lacked professional behavior. Showed zero problem solving skills.I would not recommended to buy anything from this store unlesd they improve their after sales customer service.Hope it doesnt happen with anyone.

Long Ques, very long waiting time. The staff is good but the company has its own rules which has to be followed to get things done properly. I had bought a Samsung S6 which had problem I complaint to shop, they sent me to the Service Center and Service Center told me its not under warranty. I contact DED and they asked me to get a report from service center but they asked me to get them DEDs contact person with his mobile number and email address. I couldnt reach the guy same day so I left and in the same evening my 1 and half years old son broke the phone. Now I am in the middle of nowhere.

I have been calling this service centre and others (Barsha branch) for 2 weeks on a day to day basis and never did they once answer the calls. I tried mornings, afternoons and even late afternoons with no luck.Samsung products break so quickly, and now I am starting to think their service centers are as unreliable.

The staff is not trained well. Bought 2 new phones including samusng S10 with glass protector. They staff put protector in a bad way. It came off within 1 month and i lost 100 aed. When visited dubai mall branch was told that the protector is not suitable for S10 and finger sensor doesnot work with it. Had to spend 100 aed more to get a new one.

Just hate this place. Went to buy a back case for note 9. I thought since they are the authorized dealer, I will get good quality case from there. Case (Trands make) was ok but the cost was tooooo much high. They charged me aed.90 for the case. And guess what, I saw the same case of same brand in lulu for just aed.39. You are authorized dealer, that doesnt make any sense to sell anything for more than double the price.I could have bought the original back case with that money. But I wanted a transparent case, thats why went with that.

I read a few reviews which described the service as lousy / horrrendous. I wanted to have my tab fixed...it works but has issues with charging...takes for ever to charge and never seems to cross 50%...Thought to myself that people have a tendency to exaggerate and Samsung wouldnt be the samsung it is, if the after sale service was that bad... To my horror every negative review I read started to play out just the way people here have put it and worse. Charged AED 75 for diagnosis (not refundable), took over a week to tell me what is wrong and how much it would cost and when they finally did, quoted me close to AED 1100 to fix it! I guess they simply want you to buy a new product of theirs...and just are not interested to offer any explanation. On my way to Khalid bin Waleed st...am told it will be fixed under AED 150!!!

Call the Hotline number and TV Technicians came charging me for AED 300.00 during their 5 minutes visit of which okay because it will be deducted to the Spareparts that they will change to my 5 Years Old TV. Surprisingly, they quoted the spareparts expensive than buying new Smart LED TVs with same size and more latest one! I hope SAMSUNG will check other companies to represent them rather than damaging their brand theough these poor and ridiculously overpriced company when it comes to services... Bye AED 300.00! 😡

This is very unprofessional a samsung after-sales, because of the quality problem of product itself, I have been here for S7 edge mobile phone screen, they gave me a damaged screen. Within three days I went to the second, although changed a new screen, but the phone is no longer waterproof. Later, the phone into the water, samsung no longer warranty, this is obviously a replacement screen problem. The maintenance is not only waste our time to work, but also creates a new trouble. I wont use samsung again, really disappointing.

Make sure you back up your data on your sd card and factory reset your phone before handing it to them. They use token system and since there are a lot of Samsung users do the math. Parking is gonna be an issue so Park at the back. If you got warranty then the service is free! No need to bring the purchase invoice as the phones serial numbers are in the system. Be prepared with a spare android phone since its very easy to retrieve contacts, sd card backups, Google photo backups etc. Because they most likely are to keep the phone for 1-3 days.

I ask for a quotation for my s6 Edge and they told me 1350 AED (they wanted to replace everything and they said they couldnt recover the data in the phone). I brought to 5 minutes at Emirates Mall and they solve the problem with 150 AED....recovering the data.Or they are incapable or they are dishonest. Or both....
