They have a lot of offers that you need to check before buying anything from the shelves .the team is friendly specially the cashiers 👏. They have a small bakery inside the supermarket.

A very big and spacious place for everything needed in a home; from gadgets to food stuff etc under various departments. Friendly staff and security personnel... I buy most of my tech items here. 👌🏾

Right opposite to IKEA, it has almost everything to fit everyones needs, has 40 billing counters and is one of the largest hypermarkets in the country.Has an impressive collection of sports and hiking stuff, but just sales and not service(unless theyre issues arising out of sales)They have a very good collection of sea food, which includes live crabs etcWide variety of fishes, crabs, oysters are available.Their dress section is also frequented by women of all ages.

Nice, well organized, and they have a great team. The only issue i have with it is that for some items, they dont keep them in the same place in all of there markets. Which makes it a bit difficult to find some items location in one store where you find them in other stores. Most items are located in the same place though.

My family and I love Carrefour not just for our weekly Grocery shopping but also for other things. We like to check there first when we need school supplies, homewares and other things. My kids always check Carrefour deals specially for snacks! I always wait for the 10,20,30 deals and stock up on our staples that are put on sale.Another thing we want to shop in Carrefour is their Valet service. We can do our grocery, have it scheduled for a little later delivery time and explore in the mall. No need to carry our heavy bags plus we save on travel time.Their team is always smiling and are very helpful when you need something. We buy our appliance from them too. There are some instances when we order online and received a damaged item, its easy to deal with them. They handle complaints very well and responds quickly. We have heard different story from other people but we are grateful we havent experienced anything disappointing with them.Another thing I appreciate that Carrefour did is having a designated counter for those with own or reusable bags. It encourages people to be more sustainable and bring their own bags specially on quick runs during weekend. No need to queue in a long line as long as you have your own bag. This way we help the planet.Keep up the good work that youre doing and thank you Carrefour!

Cleaning boucherie where people waiting on a Saturday rush, thats a really bad impression. 5 guys working inside but we had to wait that all of them finish cleaning, like 15 minutes to get some chicken...!

0 rating. Extremely poor after sales service. If you buy an item and want a refund later on for some reason then its your headache. Carrefour customer service team will keep fooling about. I am surprised to see that such a big company can give such a poor service. I am waiting for my refund and calling every day for refund but to end in vain and me feeling angry and frustrated. People really think before buying anything!!

Everybody knows about Carrefour but one thing that needs to tell them is Home Style store in this branch only which is worth visiting for home furniture and other stuff, you just visit and choose from their available stuff or you can order something else that you have in your mind and they will make and customize as per your choice and recommendations, I really like the idea and recommend it to everyone otherwise I didnt really need to comment this long just to appreciate them.

We always go here as its one stop shop with almost everything we need and there are a lot of offers and bargains.You have the option to shop and go, or take the traditional counter. Theres not much queues in the weekdays though, that is why we always avoid the weekend.Mostly, they enforce the Covid19 precautionary measures.And inside the mall, so before or after the grocery you can either spend money to any shops you want or just stroll around window shopping.

Today I have was there at Carrefour DFC , I have gone through a very bad experience from the Bakery section, First off all there is no supervisor to whom you ask and approach if something going wrong,Actually the Manakish Oven was under cleaning process though its weekend and Looking into customers footfall there is no proper planningWe waited there for 40minutes and later on when the Oven Get started to bake Manakish ,,,The Guy who was preparing the Manakish did not changed his gloves and he used same Gloves for Beef , cheese and olive ...Where earlier we had seen that the staff is keep on changing his gloves to prepare the Veg Manakish and Non veg Manakish ...he first put chicken on base ,then will the same gloves he used to put cheese ....which is so so hurtful to my family ,my kids came back without eating their delicious Manakish ....The Guy who made pizza for us was totally unprofessional , he made pizza but when he cooked there was water under the base and all the pizaa got soggy...taste less as well..Pls all the required KRA and look into quality aspects as well. Each and every customer is paying first and then enjoy his or her meal....And if later on he or she found the guy or the staff didnt put his efforts to make the dish , its worthless and tasteless.Just a way to get money from customer pocket ...Very bad experience today at Bakery section....

Prices missing from most of products, especially fruits and vegetables. Cheating with prices, one below the product another one above the product. Not enough staff so I was not able to buy pee cut pineapple, staff look very exhausted and dreamy, managers are walking around talking a lot but doing little. Instead of telling employees off they should help them in the morning to set up everything. Nothing worst then seeing them being important but actually not doing it. Lead by example and give a helping hand, anyone can talk, there is time for talk and time when we all need to roll out our sleaves and add value!

They got a good Selection of Fresh vegetables and Organic items. Good Ambience for Shopping and enjoy your evening. Almost every product available in this outlet. Carrefour is a part of festival city mall and there are other shopping options as well. IKEA also part of the complex.

Great deals at the carrefour at Dubai Festival City. One suggestion please explain properly to the butchery department when u have them over the meat selected to be cut. Not all of them have the skill and not all understand your requirement.

Easy to find the items you want with your budget.

I bought 2 hisense tvs from this store with delivery and installation. It was delivered but more than a week later not yet installed. Now I have a 70” and a 50” TV blocking my apartment due to the negligence of carrerour and hisense. I have called the call center 4 times and visited it in person and the answer is always it will be done in 2 days.

The best hypermarket in dubai for quality and stock. They are a little overpriced than lulu and other lower competitors but that what makes it special the quality is what defines Carrefour. The quality of their meat, breads, vegetables, fruits etc. makes me everytime want to go back to Carrefour. They have everything you need under one roof and you dont need to go somewhere else for your needs. Their share loyalty program is also really good and their ease of use app along with RFID scanning option for self use makes this an experience for a customer. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and will surely be looking for many more years of shopping in Carrefour. Keep up the good work.

This carrefour is to be avoided. We walked out and let 2 full Carts after a terrible service. We left and went to Lulu near Moe. Which was great. We normally use MOE carrefour. Which is great. But festival city Ive needs new management.

Carrefour Dubai Festival city. Finished shopping from ikea (again) next door and then hopped in here, for some Christmas cakes. This place looks like had some work done. Cakes baking is visible through glass panel. And they have a wonderful selection as compared to what they had before ( check pics for variety of cakes). They added a cafe too, and you can eat in. And the rest as always, a pleasure to shop at Carrefour.

I have raised a complaint twice nobody bothers to call back as I have requested.

This Carrefour needs lots of attention and work by its manager . Bakery is not as good as other’s - quality and even taste is different , not enough quantity of bread . Always lots of missing items of all types .. it’s sad how big it’s but you go and feel you won’t find what you’re looking for..!? Also I still don’t understand how come the parking lot is not at the same level to Carrefour ..!?

Clean environment and affordable prices

Carrefour Huper market in Festival city is very good.The best hyper market in terms arrangement of things inside market, good space for movement .You will fresh cooked foods direct from their oven. For our convenient seating arrangements also done there.Pizza, Zara.. etc served there.Areas for improvement I noticed there lack of veg and fruits weighing counter. I seen a big que there. All other things well managed.

Me and my wife had manakish today which was prepared right in front of us.The best thing I liked about the place was Mr Aziz, who was in the pasta section I believe. As I looked around, he understood I was looking for tissues and offered me some. He was quite far and I wouldnt even have noticed if he hadnt offered, but the extra effort he took to make a customer happy is commendable. 👏👏
