Unfortunately the procedure of showing a physical Student ID should not be one of the terms u have!! as for my sons School (EIS) they dont have A physical ID, wanted to buy the IPad and they refused to give me the Offer, its not about the offer ur giving but the fact that I have showed the staff, the Sesaw App, the school tuition which I paid but the answer is NO!!! we have to follow the terms, and many parents Complained already?!?So if parents complained of not having ID you should change the terms and be More flexible and understanding...

I came here for a sim card after waiting for 20min at Etisalat. Got a sim card within minutes. Staff was friendly and a skilled multi tasker (setting up 3 accounts at the same time). A+!

This is the only store in Dubai marina mall where you can find Most advance electronic items like Drons, PlayStations, Home App devices (Google home, Amazon Eco and Smart lights, Smart speakers) and more.. also Official Movie Accessories.... Books, DVD, Music CD and Turntables and LP.

Good collection of electronics items. This is the place if you want to buy authentic items at correct prices. They run sale and various offers from time to time. Do not compare with the prices you might get in Bur Dubai, in case, you come to this place with really cheap electronics.

Looking for a new phone or electronics device? This is a one stop shop for anything electronic. You can even buy electric scooters from this location. I had left my laptop cord in Canada and the staff was super friendly and managed to find me a free kettle plug for thier storage room.

I call to today around 30 times, always I came till press 0 for customers service or 1 for, what ever, but if you push the 0 then 2 times you listen the sound and then.... Surprise... Cut the line... Thats so annoying even friends trying this and some issues.... Wow Virgin thats amazing service!! PS,the word amazing was, sarcasm!

They need more than one month to fix the tire of Ixiaomi scooter, I bought It less than 5 months. I could buy it in other store cheaper than virgin but I trusted them, I told them I need it fast and no one inform me than will take this time to fix one tire, I requested back after 15 days I told them I can’t wait more so they returned unfixed and they had attitude and they said I should wait if I want it done, I called the customer care and they told me the manager will contact me but also the PROFESSIONAL manager didn’t have the courtesy to apologise or find a solution, he just told me it is ready to pickup but not fixed.you pay more and you pay the warranty for better service but unfortunately they are not up to the brand name.

Maybe virgin megastore dont pay the phone bill, i try to call already 4 days to catch some guys in the marina mall virgin store to ask when is my warranty item ready after 6 weeks ( what is already a very long time for a warranty items ) but , its not possible to catch any guys on the phone .....the stuff is nice and cool , but , this things is so annoying .....and last time i go directly with my bicycle to the mall to ask and i park my bicycle on the side and the security guy bring ( without my permission) to a other place and broke something on the wheel ...( cost for repairing 450 aed ) thanks marina mall , nice place to spent your nerve !

Having recently returned from a trip to Russia I had a problem with my watch. Damage to the screen and then it stopped working. I thought I would reach out to Virgin Dubai Marina Mall which is when the initial problems started... On dialing the branch number as available on the internet it goes through to an automated answering system that offered you two options; press one or two... whichever option you selected (many times) it would ring twice and then cut you off! Decided to reach out to the Dubai Mall branch; spoke with one member of staff in Customer Service described what had happened to my watch and was told that it should be covered for repair under warranty... Arranged for my driver to deliver the watch to Dubai Marina Mall to get it sorted and problems continued... They refused to give him a receipt for the watch (anything to say it was now in their possession rather than mine or my drivers) and kept him waiting there for almost an hour. Subsequently I spoke with the Manager who assured me that he would personally deal with the issue and email that afternoon with an update. It was only yesterday when I had the time to follow up and speak with the branch (phone seems to be sorted now).... I was disappointed that it was down to me to reach out to you to find out 1) that the cost of repair is 1000+AED and 2) that it was only after my call I received the email that had been promised to me the previous week. Having requested a POC I managed to track down the mobile number of someone in HR. Having spoken to Rachel she requested I email her details of my complaint and that it will be dealt with... Well after several ignored WhatsApp message and call I subsequently receive a call from someone in Customer Services who informs me that they cant help and the charge remains... He obviously wouldnt admit they have a problem with the training of there staff.. So in short will I utilize Virgin again; definitely not and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either. Oh and Im still waiting for the watch to be returned!!!

Not actually a Megastore but a small place with a handful of things. Overly priced stuff since its in the Marina Mall. Do not recommend.

While I initially had a terrible experience with a defaulted product, the team - namely Ash, turned the situation around and were super polite etc through out.

Staff do not listen and then try and sell you a product that does not meet the requirements.
