There is no return policy here. Absolute unprofessionalism. When I mailed them that I would like to return /refund 1 set of book which I bought by mistake even before I got the parcel, they replied to get the set to the nearest outlet and exchange. So to exchange a 40 aed set of book I have to spend 150 dirhams in taxi as i live in Al barsha. When i asked can I send the book through the courier guy who is delivering the books they replied no policy of that sort, sorry for the inconvenience.We are in the world of online shopping were the company picks the products of return , here u need to go to the shop to return them. I am sure to not contact them again and buy books from somewer else

When you go to the store to purchase books you are forced to purchase them online for which they charge AED 12 for delivery. Then there is no sign of delivery for a week. No one replies to emails, no one answers the numbers mentioned on the website. When the books arrive its only half the set. The rest is mostly always out of stock. Now we are either forced to drive down to the store again or pay delivery charges again for the missing books. Highly unprofessional and this happens every year. There is absolutely no courtesy to respond to emails or call back.

Road is so narrow and parking will be difficult. This shop is very small shop but have many items for schools and children. I went for some name slips with school name printed on it.

Worst experience ever, the contact number which mentioned in their website never answered and one of them are not even working. They have a very wired banking as their bank accounts take ages to credit the online purchase transactions. They never properly answer the queries in Facebook messenger if you question them which related to any delays.

Good thing is that books from school syllabus are available or can be made Available. Its mostly takes care of the school book and supplies. As the name suggests it doesnt resale old books. Its has majorly school text books. Very few novels for teenagers or kids. Price they negotiate. Bargain as much u can but until not bought in bulk very less chances of discount. Bought eng grammar and few story books.

I have purchased a set of grade1 books, all printed in india and all having MRP mentioned on it.when i total all books MRP its coming 1700 onlyand i paid AED 255 for the set.its such a big difference in price, i dont understand how much they keep the profit only on books
