Rarely do you visit a store and leave with a positive feeling and a smile on your face and I think this is what sets virgin megastore than others, I mean sure its a tad more pricey than market average but then again retail and shopping has always been about the experience and your not actually paying for the product but that feeling I mentioned. To top it all up I love how friendly and helpful the staff are. They never bother you but once you ask them something they never leave you until you are helped. A True Mega store with tons of goodies. Basically a hub for every gamer and lover of technology. Shop is two yes bigger than most shops in the Mall and heavily stocked with products. You can even get lost here. I felt like buying every item my eyes fell on and really had to control myself from over spending. I spent minutes to an hour just browsing until I finally made up my mind. Support agents are very skilled and knowledgeable on the items in their department and will assist you in any way possible, really worth the visit 👌🏾

Excellent customer service. Purchased a pair of headphones from Virgin store MOE. Unfortunately headphones were broke when removed from packaging. Returned them to the store, without a receipt, and was fully expecting to be told nothing would be done without a receipt. However, staff could not have been more helpful and polite. I was offered a replacement without hesitation. Unfortunately they did not have the same pair in stock but a member of staff happily assisted me and took time to select/advise on an alternative. I truly believe after care service is just as important as the service you receive when purchasing goods and Virgin get a 5 out of 5 from me! Would not hesitate to buy from Virgin again.

Would strongly suggest everyone to never buy anything from Virgin megastore. All their products are higher priced than market and they offer the worst ever customer experience despite charging higher prices. I got a gift of apple iWatch which had some issue and it has taken them more than 2 weeks and still waiting for an update. I call their customer care everyday but even after waiting for 20-30 min for the last 3-4 days in a row nobody answers. I persisted and got through today they had no update after 2 weeks. Many other chains in UAE offer much better customer service and have more respect for customers time and experience.

Everything is extremely expensive and overpriced. Although the staff were helpful what I can find easily in the states for 4 dollars here youll find it for 60. For example the Mac book adapter is priced at 200 dhs! And its not even the original meanwhile on Amazon or even Walmart you can find it easily for 10-20 dollars

Unique shop however the stuff there can be purchased with much less price from other shops with the exception of minor things like PS games (prices are matching with other shops) but consoles and devices are much more expensive Vs other shops. Last week I got for my kids nintendo switch @ 1699 with 3 games (games free to choose)... @Virgin they are selling it at 1899 with 2 mandatory games.

Staff are very bored and really arent interested in the customers. TBH there really is not much of interest any more at virgin.few phones and iPads blah blah blah. They did at some stage have arcade games from back when arcade games were popular, for the oldies, the people that have money, now its just cheap rubbish or gimmicky. 2 buck shop has this, and lasts just as long!! Pity, it was good lost there way, meaning the consumer with cash. Buy online till they get it together again, hopefully, maybe, probably not, they have made there money!!!

She was extremely helpful and made sure we left happy without any potential issues that would make us come back for to fix.
