One would not miss this place as it is always busy with customers and their selection of electronic goods and their staff response and their recommendations are really very admirable.What makes this store unique is their wide range of electronic items they display and staff knowledgeable about their products and can offer great comparisons and recommendations.Meet Paul who is extremely helpful with the customers and keeps extensive knowledge about most items in the store.Staff a very good and the checking out was quick.My first preferred stop for my electronic purchases. Bought a Lenovo Laptop and it was restarting randomly when Im using it. After 3 days I went to the store to ask if they can replace it, they said it need to be sent to the Service center which I understand. But 15-20 days in the service center is too long for diagnostic for a 3 day old laptop! Seriously!?? And I will if refund they will deduct 13% from the payment. Seriously!?

This place is the best electronic shop in MOE. It is not only cheaper compared to other shops but they are having the best trained staff that are willing to help your every needs. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends and colleagues.

We bought Samsung s21+ ultra @ecity the staff are very accommodating specially to Paul and Marvin thank you for the good service and they explained all the details.

I dont trust this store and I will give a bad impression of this store as there is no respect for the customer in terms of treatment, no communication between the staff and no one knows anything. The responsible person is (Yogel). He does not know how to deal with the customer, and there is no use for him. I advise my friends not to visit this untrustworthy store. I bought a mobile from this store 4 months ago, the wifi and bluetooth stopped working, when I went to the store and presented the problem, I was supposed to take the mobile from me, and I sent someone from the store to the maintenance department where they work from the office to find out the reason for this. Trouble Supervisor (Yogel) told me to go to this office to find out the error as the customer is not allowed to go anywhere and I went and found out why it couldnt be fixed I came back and told him it would take 15 days and when I went to him again after 15 days no one knows anything but I received a mobile Without a mobile protection sticker, as I bought the phone and previously bought a protection sticker with the mobile phone the first time, and when she told him I want to protect a sticker, he told me I cant because Im not talking about paying money in the screen protection sticker, because Im talking about my right as a very bad service ,

I am a tourist guide from Israel, and I have passed by at Mall of The Emirates to check some phone since my cellphone is not working well but Im afraid I will lost my data because I dont know how to transfer files to new phone. One helpful guy assited me asking reliable question to distinguished my needs. I am not recommending to buy from this store, especially from Ecity DCC, they will cheat and trick you to buy from their discounted items that has hidden defects in which they will not refund. If you request them to change it with same model, they will say there is no other stocks. They will offer you to change to other model/items which has higher in price, so you will have to pay additional amount.I regret buying from this store, the laptop I bought was opened but their manager (I’m not sure if it was already opened) as I didn’t saw him open the box in front of me. He told me he will open to try, but when I got near him, its already open and he walk away from me after, he then refer me to the (pregnant) kabayan crew and give me the receipt. Out of delicadeza coz they open it for me (as they say) I pay it in cash. I know both of them knows the problem thats why I know the CHEAT on me.Better buy from other store.

When I came to change an item I bought because it didnt work properly, the - he said he was - outlet manager was rude and told me that their engineers have checked the item and it was fine and the fault was because of something Ive done. I was shocked to see that there were still these kind of businesses that still talk like that to their customers. Even more shocking was that when I left my receipt on the billing desk to check with their technician, I came later to pick it up , that same outlet manager made me believe that I have already picked it up. A while later another kind staff member working there brought it to me from behind the billing desk and that manager lied it was laying on the floor when it was found.A question to the business owners and after all these negative reviews, when will you investigate your employees conduct with your customers ?

My laptops been with them for over 45 days... Theyve given my laptop to a third party repair place outside Ecity. They never call to give updates. Ive called them 26 times today as the other service center said theyve sent the quote to Ecity and they were supposed to update me.. this is a 10,000 dirhem laptop and this is how Im treated by the company...

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been cheated years ago at another tech shop and they even had better customer service than E-City!I made the time to talk to the manager about the service but he simply didn’t care! Asked him if he knew about the reviews here and he knew, he just didn’t care. Good customer service starts with good management and this place has none of that and that includes product knowledge...

I have been looking for a laptop for the past couple months after experiencing some difficulties with my previous device, so I went to multiple electronic stores and checked E city. The guy that assisted me was Faizan Raza and he was not just friendly, but he was also honest and patient. Moreover, the prices were the same in most of the electronic stores that I checked. And I am completely satisfied with device that was recommended, and I would definitely recommend buying from this store with the great staff.

They pledge to match the price (As displayed on board). Looks like their staff dont want to sell anything and diverting me to other shop . Welldone.I think that was a good recommendation.Sharaf DG or Emax is much better .

Wrost shop and costumer service, refused to exchange an item purchased from them after 2 days, while similar process for similar item been done day before. They even dont spend few minutes to answer the feedbacks meaning dont come again.

Untrusted shop and stuff for electronics,

Probably not the retail outlet popping in mind, when one intent to go to an electronic store, however I ended up buying my Huawei Mate 20 Pro on pre-order basis from E City at Mall of Emirates. Somehow the high demand for this unit, made it really difficult to get the unit on the prescribed date, unless you placed the pre-order within couple of days when it was announced, which I did, and got my unit on the promised date including the pre-order gift pack i.e. the Huawei Watch GT, and the Huawei Wireless Charger. Was served by Mr. Yasir at E City, and he being a promoter of Huawei products, was well versed on what the product is offering, and when can the delivery be expected, and must say, it was very assuring. Suggest to go and check out this store...

Purchased a mobile and the FOCs are pending, they told me that it will be given the next day and they will call me, its been 4 days and no one calls. Trying to call the shop for several times but nobody is answering!!!! Poor customer service. Its a mistake to bought something in this shop
