I buy 3 ton AC all the time I need to fixed or call costumer service.Funny thing I remember one day I call them I ask them to come and check the AC he just hang the phone on my face 🤣.Really I feel so bad if that guy Infront of my he will remember his mom milk.

Bought a washing machine and it has too many problems since the day one, now its 6 months and extreme drum vibrations, burning smell and all. Are not resolved, the products are bad as u can see all the reviews. This has to be raised to consumer rights and case has to be put against to get our money back.

I bought a cooker from AFTRON and it started leaking gas from day 1, a small spark would have caused fire and killed everyone, I requested that they come and have a look, a technician came and he promised that he will send a report to the company and he never came back. Basically a scam company selling cheaply made products that dont last with a fake warranty.

Very very bad experience from aftron staffGave one warranty item and no follow up and he agreed he will send someone and after three days when i called he is not even answering the call and i will never buy any product of aftron because of these staffs

Terrible tv . Poorly made. Suppose be a smart tv . But u cannot access even a app for digital remote. Also u cannot use manually.Highly recommend u buy LG tv or Samsung.

They arent professional. They dont have idea how to treat customers. This brand is fake only available here not in any part of world. As I am look for TV remote Controls and I cant find not even alternative solutions.

Aftron product(I had purchased fridge)and its customer service is the worst ever.They never reply properly to our queries and they take days to solve the issue when we need the product repaired at the earliest. The customer care people just hung up calls.Very bad service..

Worst experience 😱. Trying to call customer service toll free number , 800 238 766 to raise compaliant about Aftron split Ac .No one is recieving call. Even-thoughmu AC not very old, time to change and go for a professional company and reputed brand ..

Bad quality , bad service , just 3 months new refrigerator not working , No body answer call , Even some one pick not able to answer , cheap and fraud Aftron,.Even Manager are sleeping beauty.

If the phone turns off, the line in your face is blocked by an uncivilized way that is the mistake of the shopkeepers. We were deluded that in Worny and Qaranty, it was all guaranteed by Akhtara
