This is an unbelievable customer service. I bought a product in this store and it was faulty. This is the second time around it happens. After about 5 days I have return to the store and request for a replacement. I was told it has go to service canter and it has to be checked. Then I was told it will take about 4 working days and also I was told that after 2 days some from service center will contact me. No one contact me hence I have decided to call since it is almost a week. Then another person from the store told me you were given wrong informations this process will take 14 days. This is unbelievable. Then I have ask for call back from the store manager. I was told he is off today and no one is available to contact me today and wait for a call back from service, when I ask when, he had no idea. Is this the customer service of harms house???? Also this person is keep arguing with me when I said I will highlight this to the mall management. Again unbelievable customer service and he had forgotten that I’m the customer. With this kind of treatment I will never return to Harman house. Please guys watch out if you are heading to any of the Harman House outlets. 😢😢😢
