Really appreciate the service provided replacing my harddrive and laptop battery. I also was provided some mobile care services that I desperately needed, but have been putting off. They do same day or next day services and prices were a lot better than big name stores found in malls in Dubai, thanks again!!

Its the dragon mart of electronics. I checked 90% of the shops and with the exception of one or two shops you realize they all have the same products. So its basically 40 +/- shops providing 4 different services. Would be better if there were unique service providers with more modern technology.

What a waste of time !!!! Shop owners supporting the scalpers and crypto currency miners. Supposed to be a discounted mall for computers/laptops and accessories. When you support the scalpers, the real consumer will always loose. When this madness pops (mining) I can assure you that the real PC gamers will always remember. My advice to anyone looking to build a PC or buy a new gaming laptop, look elsewhere or order online. This mall is crazy.

Great place for laptop repairs but not so much for parts! What I mean is laptop repairs are great I’ve been to multiple laptop repair shops and this one is just on top for me as not only is it the fastest I’ve been to (4 days for complete repair and body change) it’s also the cheapest! That said I’ve built multiple PCs for friends and family and have sourced parts from a bunch of different shops and I say that instead of there go to the right corner of computer plaza aka Al ain center there’s a shop called gcc games would recommend there over here for solo parts!

To me personally, this place used to be “the place to go” to get any electronic device at good price kind of place but after a few recent visits; my mindset is changing about it. All shops offer pretty much the same basic products at the same prices online or from any other store outside Al Ain Computer Center. For example I went to get a basic camera car mount, it was not only they didn’t have it... they didn’t know it too! The same goes for some other products. The products I wanted and found; were offered at or a bit higher than other places I have been to. Save your time and money and get your stuff from Mall of The Emirates instead
