I made a purchase at Sharaf DG Burjuman and due to improper and insufficient information provided by the sales attendant I purchased a wrong item which is not returnable or exchangeable. The basic principle to listen to the customer’s requirements and provide the appropriate product is lacking here. Do your research before you buy anything the team will not provide you proper information and before you know it the item will be billed.

The worst service ever received was from here. I bought an iPhone 12Pro on May 15th. Sales staff said the i phone 12pro is comes with a free wireless charger and backpack, as well as a phone case. 4 sales staffs was attending me(i dont know why 4 staffs for 1 customer). They all are giving different prices for same product and trying to confuse us by explaining their extra warranty package. If you are not alert surely tou will lose much amount there.I was forced to buy a C-type adapter as the charging adapter is not available with the iPhone 12Pro.I have asked for the adapter of apple company. A lady staff there lied to me that the Apple adapter is not available in their store. So that  I asked her to show me the adapters of other companies other than the adapter she was showing. Her reply was that they were selling only this brand.I was too busy so that i  was forced to buy that adapter with the phone by listening to their word.(no backpack received on the day of purchase as they said it is out of stock). The wireless charger is not working also.Later i came to know that the Apple adapter is available at Sharaf DG burjman store itself. i have called the customer care of Sharaf DG to confirm the same and they said the adapter is available there.Again i went there to exchange the adapter, and the customer care team told me that the charger is available. Why the company is keeping such staff?I have asked for the back pack 2-3 days and they said they will contact me once it is available. I know they will not contact me, bcz i saw many reviews in Google itself regarding their service. So that I was asking every day for the backpack to the customer care. I dont received any call or response from them till 29th May. Hence, i went to the store again and asked for it,finally they gave it.

The worst service center I have ever seen .buying oppo a93 after one month mobile was damage and i give to service center and they told me it will take time 10 to 15 days and when mobile was ready we will contact you by call or sms but they call me after 18 days and they lying to me they try to call me 3,4 time but Im not receive the Call .seriously ? after 18 days they call me just for asking i need to pay 10% percent . Are you kidding me ? i already signed the paper that Im agree to pay 10% percent when i give the mobile for repairing. You asking me again after 18 days ? this is sharaf dg one of biggest branch or name . Its not a road side shop . Dear Sharf Dg look your staaf they need to be loyal to your costumer.

Very worst experience ever.Even after reading a lot of negative reviews about sharaf dg in the internet i decided to try my luck at Sharaf DG store at Burjuman Centre.I planned to buy a xiaomi phone and visited the store.The sales guy who welcomed me and guided me to the xiaomi stall.Then he started explaining the drawbacks and offered me a better phone for the same price range.so i decided to have a look at it.He offered me an International warranty for that also.i repeatedly asked 3 times in different situations to reconfirm about the warranty and he told the same thing.after making the payment he doesnt process the warranty and I questioned him.then gave me a strange reply that he has to upload details to the server and he will do it after some time.to make me believe he tear off the imei label printed on the mobile box and I left the place.total i bought 3 items and after reaching home 1 is not working out of 3.Next day I went there to replace the defective item and again I asked about the warranty to the Duty manager.there it goes.he told me there is no international warranty for this phone and to confirm he asked with another person.he also told the same.and he advised me that ,To sell an item a sales person may say anything.i cannot do anything for that....Such a damn guy.misleading and lier people.

Worst customer service ever in my lifeMyself with my friend went to buy an Iphone xs charger adapter & cable day before yesterday and the saleslady has given me the wrong cable and the adapter which is not fit for my phone and I noticed it after reaching home. Again we came back to the store and asked for the refund/replace of the product in the customer service. But the response of the Mr. Mohamed Riswan Ahmed- Team Leader (10201984) in the customer service was arrogant. He asked us to come next day as his computer is showing some errors. we told we will come after some minutes and will see again. After some minutes we came back and waited in the customer service area, this man purposefully left the customer care area and he was roaming in the store for no reason. After long wait another guy (Aran- Team leader) came for the help and then suddenly this guy came to us and interfered and later on our problem was solved after waiting a long. This guy is having an attitude problem and I request Sharaf DG to never entertain such people in customer care areas.Thank You!

The Burjuman Sharaf branch is having different promotion with other branch. The staff whom I spoke with to verify why I did not get the gift box for Huawei smart watch I bought yesterday is rude and hang up the phone while I am trying to explain to him that there is promotion being given at Sharaf, Ajman City Centre with a gift box for the same smart watch. This guy should not work as salesman as he has no respect to customers. Burjuman Sharaf, please teach your staff to have some manners and phone etiquette.

One of the worst customer service I ever got from a sales executive Mohammed Rizwan from Burjuman branch. The staff never bothered to speak to me even though he noticed me walk in the store. I wanted to buy 5pcs of DJI mini drone and apparently it was not in stock and the staff was uninterested what so ever to order. Sharaf DG u really need to improve your staff to give better service to get better revenue. Really disappointed. Am doing my purchase from Amazon.

Very bad experience.. I bought a iPhone XS from Sharaf DG Burjmann store along with its DG+ Sheild(worth 700 dirham extra). Last month my back glass of my got damaged so I handed over to store under DG Sheild coverage.For 20days there was no response from store... such a unprofessional approach... I went to store then they informed since the cost is high they will replace the phone. But why as a customer I don’t need to know about the repairing cost as I took DG+ coverages .And they were not willing to return my old phone and I had no option left I had to go for new phone paying 10 percentage of service charge of DG Sheild +extra money of the new phone. While billing there were no cashier at your store and they made me wait around 20 minutes. They made a video call from the bill counter to the cashier to make my bill done.Mean while 2 sales girl staff were quarrelling with each other for some thing that too in front of customers..Are you kidding me!! Okay so finally after billing when I checked for the product which I looked for, they told me like it’s out of stock which is I checked twice before billing.. Then their attitude of your staff changed after billing . Mr Domathi Narayanan talked to very rude and no common courtesy.All these incidents are recorded in your store cctv camera dated 12 Oct 2020 time 4pm to 6pm if it is working means. Finally Mr Rizwan assured me he will arrange the phone by next day and I can come and collect. Thank god next day I got my new phone.I request Sharaf DG to refrain from employing unprofessional people like Mr. Narayanan which spoils the brand name and faith in Sharaf DG..I never had such a worst experience from any store not even from Sharaf DG before since I have been a customer of Sharaf DG for years but sorry to say not again.I wish there were negatives ratings.

I ordered a laptop online and the delivery date was on the 10th. I still have not received it. Customer support is absolutely useless! They dont even know why my order is still showing up as processing. The money has been conveniently taken from my account... I am enraged and I urge potential customers to stop relying on Sharaf DG. Poor quality and fake products they are selling in their shop specially in burjman mall.I have bought a handsfree of Samsung and they have given me the warranty of 6 months.Now after one month i found my handsfree wire is damaged and when i went for replacement they said its not covering the warranty but at the time of billing they told me that its covering the warranty. Such a poor quality product u can find in day to day type shops.Dont waste the money and time by purchasing it from sharf dg.

I called up their hotline for support🤬🤬🤬Worst telephone costumer service they will put you on hold for almost a hour wasting my mobile credits.. i was jumping from next inline to caller number 4 then 2 then 4 then 3 then 2 then back 4 you kidding me?? Poor customer service. Not sure if their warranty are legit since in my case I asked to replace my screen protector which happened I didnt have with me because my device was replaced by Apple. I also learned they will only exchange it when its dusty or not sticky. But not able to replace if it has been cracked. I have showed my receipt to them. They asked me to get the screen protector from the device which I submitted to Apple already. Not helpful at all even after explaining the circumstance.

Referring to Sharaf DG. Delivery of item (in my case AC) was disastrous. They don’t deliver on time. Kept me waiting full day for delivery.Also no one picks up phone on their any of the phone numbers given.Sharaf DG have grown big but looks like they have entered in to complacency mode. It does not take time to go down. But it takes years to reach at top.

Very very bad customer service. Sales person misguided me to buy a different earphone when I wanted to buy JBL saying that the options are similar. When I wanted to check the set she said I need to bill first. After billing the sales person unpacked the earphones for me and the found there was no volume control and there was delay in hearing. When I asked for a change initially she told 15% will be deducted. But when I agreed and the salesperson guided me to customer care the person in charge refused to exchange the earphones and spoke very rudely. This is the first time I have come across such miserable customer service in UAE.

Dont be fooled if the cashier will offer to process the 18months flexipay with emirates islamic. after 2 weeks I called my bank to check and found out they already charged my card with 2% interest but no request for the installmernt. Bought a mobile i paid it but when i open to insert my sim card it was not working .so i told them for exchange right away but they didnt give it because i have to go through their technical approval to be refunded or exchange .i paid to open and check the mobile but since i paid it then thats my problem now that i bought the defected product , i have to go through their process of filling up all the necessary form just because of their unnecessary defected product they are selling. THe worst part is that you have to wait for 15 DAYS to be approved by the technical . i prefer JUMBO Electronics if you want to purchase any electronics product.
