I was looking forward to visit this shop after reading good reviews. I wanted to get my PS4 controller fixed but when I came last Thursday evening the technician had already left. I thought they closed at 10pm but came to know that they close at 9pm? Please update the shop hours here if possible.I would also recommended that you call the shop before visiting if you want to have anything repaired to make sure the technician is available (he appears to be unavailable most of the time). I called again on Saturday because I wanted to drop by in the morning but he wasnt there.I visited the shop again the second time on Saturday afternoon and he still wasnt there and I was asked to leave my controller to get that checked so I did. They called me that same night only to inform me they do not have the parts to get the controller fixed (my left analogue was having drift issues) and that their supplier didnt have the parts available at the moment which was disappointing to be honest.I also wanted to buy a PS4 controller but they do not have stock so best to really call them first before making any repairs or buying any PS4 accessories. Three trips to this shop, last to collect the controller and the journey was really pointless.Janice, the shop attendant, tried her best to be helpful and I appreciate her effort in answering and returning my calls.

Gave my xbox for repairing had e102 error and they said it was motherboard problem and I told them fix it than they said it cant be fixed and said there was disk drive problem and they didnt have it.Now I gave it to fixsquad and they said its only hard disk problem and they fixed it.Dont recommend this place stay away

Would stay well away!!Had an issue with my PS4 so I messaged this company to fix it, at first everything seemed to be fine communication was very good and seemed like a decent place. However fast forward just over 3 months later the console has the same problem that they supposedly fixed clearly this wasn’t the case as the issue is back. Yes this could be coincidence however for 375 aed they charged for the fix (1/3 of the cost of a new system) you’d expect it to last a lot longer than than 3 months and 17 days, the best part the system has been used 5 times since they fixed it due to my job I don’t have time to play on the system much. Rather than own any of the problem they’ve stated I should blame Sony for not making a better system, great comment 👏 maybe learn some customer relations skills.If you need your system fixed avoid this place at all cost as from my research they over charge especially for the quality of work clearly.

Stay away from this place, all i wanted was for them to clean my PS4 Pro, got it back, as soon as i tried turning it on the console would turn on for a second and then turn back off. Called several times to get this issue fixed and whatsapped them but no answer. called the guy who fixed it number is closed and the GM of the company keeps promising that hell call me later. still nothing up till now. I do not recommend this place at all! still facing this issue with them btw
