My experience- Jumbo Mirdif city center never again .

Worst experience ever! Jumbo salama is a big SCAM. I gave my phone for repair which is under jumbo salama scheme. Still the phone is not repaired neither replaced even after 20 days! This is not the kind of after sale service that they promised while buying the phone. Don’t fall for their salama scam. Definitely not going to deal with them for the rest of my life!

-After-Sale Service is very very bad.-Dont take Salama insurance for any device. its a trap, they will not give you the service like what they told to you at the time of purchasing.-they took more than 1.5 months for repairing my mobile device under Salama. It still showing complaints.- Dont buy anything from this shop. I am telling you from my experience

After sales service is just a trap be extremely careful .. and i would NOT suggest buying major devices like mobiles from Jumbo at all .. carrefour are way better and much more practical
