Hi Guys,Be careful about the pricing when you are dealing with them, their prices are 100% higher than other suppliers.

We ordered some products from Cisco brand wall mount kit on 2018 last quarter and we paid 100% advance payment (AED 3043.95Cheque No. EIB-000425, Dated 07/11/2018) until now he didnt supply the product or refund the cash, we tried through mails and phone calls more than 50 times, but no favourable response, and later he blocked my 2 mobile numbers and our office number alsowe tried to locate his office, according to his address on the website, but there is no office,and recently two weeks back we have seen his new address on the website, we again tried to catch him directly, but no luck.... its a fake address and I called him from another number, he replied the office is closed and let me check with accounts so far no reply again he blocked all my numbersI have been 13 years of business experience in dubai this is my very worst experience in entire life !!!

Was trying to source a number of IT networking products for my business but could not find them anywhere in UAE. Techsouq was not able to supply them but their customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Surface Pro from them on february 20th and they promised delivery within 2 weeks, plus installation of skype room system on the device. Its now been over 3 months. They do not respond to my messages and when they do respond promise it will be done in a few days, but then never come. I have never experienced such bad service in my life.

I bought a PC from the shop which got some problem soon after the warranty expired. I was worried. But these guys worked hard to make sure that I get perfectly running PC. My interaction with this shop has earned them loyalty from me as customer. I will buy from them again.

I bought Garmin GPS on 22.03.2017 and received the device just within a day, it was so quick delivery!The product was very good and I was really satisfy with that Garmin device, I tried a day after by went to Abu Dhabi – Dubai round trip and that was amazing. Your great services is really appreciated.

خدمة سيئة جدا طلبت سماعة رأس ولم يكن هناك وسائل متوفرة للدفع حاولت التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في البداية طلبو مني الدفع والمنتج غير متوفر لديهم ، واخذ ردهم وقتا طويلا ولا يردون على رقم الموبايل ، ، وبعد ذلك لم يتم الرد مرة أخرى ، لا انصح بالتعامل معهم مطلقا ، سأترك صورة من المحادثةvery bad service and this is maybe a fake or scam shop, I dont recommend them at all
