I visited Merlins HQ to replace my earbuds which was under warranty, they did so as promised, without any questions or qualms. I really appreciate their customer service as they are a very experienced team, very helpful and friendly. All in all the best customer service I have experienced.

One of the best customer care experience. My 3D projector charging unit was collected with in 5 Mins as a replacement. Receptionist was very kind and greeting customer respectfully. Thanks for the Dubai team.

Had my Cube Projector falling and breaking and stopped working. I took it to the service centre, after 1 day, they call me to come pick it up. When I asked what they did, they said we’re replacing it with a new one, as it can’t be fixed... with no warranty (given it fell), they didn’t charge me a penny! WOW! Was super happy, not only about the speed, but also about the new device! Thank you team Merlin 🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Bought Virtuoso noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones after being shown this by the salesman at the DXB Duty Free. I never heard of this brand but was assured excellent product and company.Item bought 05 Oct 2019 and broke 06 Oct 2019.There are small screws holding plastic plate covers on both sides of the headphone swivel hinge. Both securing screws popped out on the upper plate on the right side during normal use. I confirmed that the headphones were extended and the right and left sides were on the correct ears.Attempted to call the company. I was told all technicians were busy but would call me back. After several hours this did not happen.This product is NOT recommended. Ease of connection and good sound and microphone quality dont make up for poor quality of product manufacture or customer support.

Had an issue with my screencast pro due to firmware update. Kudos to support team for helping me resolved the issue in a timely manner. I was able to update the device firmware myself. Excellent service you guys. 5stars!

Product degraded under sunlight. Its meant to be solar charged. Awaiting a reply from this company UPDATE -Post on this page with pictures were deleted. No reply after about a week. Great accountability guys . Stand by your product. Ill buy my stuff from China or Vietnam after this. At least it cant be worse than this . Utter rubbish .

I came to visit the showroom and it is awesome. They have their most awesome gadgets and I love the 3D Projector! I might need to visit a eye clinic because of the awesome 3D experience. Will buy one pretty soon.

Cheap products, bad support, they dont even reply on their support channels. They dont update their software. Things are completely outdated. Loss of Money.

I purchased Merlin Beat Master Lite. Me and my friends went on a beach party and we love it! The sound quality brings back memories and the device is portable. It lasts until the party ends. I am so likely to suggest this with others!

I recently had merlin mini quad copter it was too hard to controle and suddenly it stopped woking and when i charged it again the blue and red lights doesnt work and i cant connect it to its controller even the wifi cannot be connected . i used it nearly less than 10 times i dont know what happen i need help please !!

Very bad customer service. Whenever you call them or whatsapp message them they never reply. It becomes so inconvenient for a customer out of Dubai to solve their problem. There is absolute no help provided by the customer service people in Dubai. I want to get my mini projector hand delivered but again no help or response. It was a big mistake to buy their product.

They sell something called screencast. This is the WORSE piece of @#$@$ ever! Their support is great if you are willing to ride around spending more time and money for a product you already spend money on. If this thing worked even remotely with a glitch or two but no - I have not been able to cast anything except stills fro either windows or Android. Do not waste your money, rather get a chromecast. I gave one star since there is no option for 0.

Best Immersive Products and best service.With these VR glasses, I really enjoyed 3d movies and 3d games. It was the best experience. The display and sound quality is awesome.

Recently I have purchased many items fm MERLIN. Listening to good music and to listen to that particular song(s) in Good quality device is what impressed me. The new virtuoso head phones of MERLIN and the the beat master speaker made me to disconnect fm the world and to engage with some quality time. Wow what an experience!

So my dad bought Merlin smart glasses as a gift from Dubai to India , for some reason my glares stopped working and there is no customer support or service centre in India , coincidently I had a trip planned to Dubai the next month , when I went there the service centre was shut due to Eid and the next day I had my flight home , when I came the next day they told me they couldn’t repair my smart glares in time and needed a day or 2 to fix it , I told them my situation and they genuinely understood it and replaced the product with a new one the next day ! I really appreciated their great customer service

Disappointing and frustrating. Bought the QuadCopter UAV in Qatar and rotor broke in transit. Now have an unusable never-used QuadCopter. Merlin Digital have quoted almost US$60 to get a replacement and then US$40 delivery.Even superior drones from well-known company DJI only charges US$5 for replacements.So if you purchase something from Merlin Digital keep in mind that they dont offer spare parts on their website and when you enquire about them directly youll be paying extortionate amounts. Stick to better known companies with proven track records.Merlin Digital certainly didnt add a little magic to my life.
