Between all shops in AlAin Center (Computer Plaza), this is my go to shop for almost everything in computers.The main reason being that the sales people, 1. Abdulqader and 2. Waqas give the best kind of customer service, they try their best at giving information about the product, they take credit if they did good or bad. So that kind of transparency is what brings me back everytime.They have a good broad selection is its laptops or PCs, and over time I have built a trust relation with them that I can send clients to them without any fear of losing face (something I encounter with other shops).In the end, I just would like to clarify that Im not saying they are the absolute best, Id be lying, but relatively they are one of the best as the service levels they offer are above par.

These people unironically sold me an ASUS ROG laptop without the GTX 3050 Ti and kept trying to persuade me its guaranteed there. DirectX showed that through some mysterious force, there was no NVIDIA Graphics card at all. Not even a 1050. Imagine my shock. Ill be returning this product today. Ridiculously unbelievable.

I made my custom PC in that shop and thanks to their employee Waqas I got a better price than any other shop. I am more than satisfied with the result and couldn’t have wished for a better PC.

Had an experience with this company. with regards to their capability for computer products is very good. But with their service most especially the way they handle speed of repairs and concerns I would say they need to improve this aspect as if they are not doing their job well. for more than 3 weeks no update and after a month they just gave feedback on what was the problem. overall this is just a fine company. try other computer shops with reliable team.

Probably the only shop in whole plaza where you feel welcomed as far as customer service is concerned, Vijesh, our sales advisor was not just courteous but very kowledgeable and guided us perfectly as per our needs , making our purchase easy, highly recommended and definitely our go to shop for future purchases.

I believe their product is good. But in terms of services, very not satisfactory. Brought my laptop and its been a month, still not repaired and the technician kept on lying. For one month, he was not able to fix and received no update and kept on ignoring calls. If he told after few days that he could not fixed it, probably I can accept itBut all of a sudden he referred me to one shop and still not fixed til now. Too much wasted time for going back and forth. Too disappointing for very unprofessional work.
