Very nice confectionery area compared to other store, love the lighting and m&ms decoration, it brings a very enjoyable shopping experience. The beauty section is also very nice. Rest of the store is your typical Carrefour but this is not a huge store, about medium sized. Good enough for your weekly shopping trips and experience.

One stop shop for grocery shopping. Conveniently located inside the Madina Mall. Not too crowded usually. Though not too big but has almost all the required items.

This Carrefour is located inside the Madina mall Muhaisnah- situated on the second floor. The mall is not very crowded and quite at the end of a location. It has ample amount of parking at all times. Loads of parking on the outside. This Carrefour is as good as any large Carrefour outlets as it has all the items, deals and offers but only probably a smaller outlet compared to others. It has all the options plus bakery and flower shop options with many sections of cashiers and two express cashier counters. They have plenty amount of stock and staff to help with the shopping. The scan and go option is yet not working l guess. Only thing is its quite interior in the mall unless you go for leisure shopping. This outlet is not very crowded even on weekends. Like all the Carrefour options, this could be your go to place for a change for your grocery shopping.

Mostly they have almost mostly from grocery to garments. When we went their was an 90 percent offer on lot of things... other thing which i like visiting it is their in same mall we kid zone , food court and lot and lot of other shops and showroom like brand for less. Brands 4u max e.t.c so utilitu wose that place is good.

Extremely disappointed with customer service and sales team.went to carrefour in Madina mall yesterday to buy sure water dispenser. the price tag was 249 and the sales lady confirmed its 249. when i reached the cash counter, they werent able to process it and said we cant process the discount amount and you have to pay 299. even tho the price tag was 249. they made me wait half hour at the cash counter and asked me to either pay full amount or cancel the transaction and there is nothing they could do.

First visit:- You get all house hold at single place.Second visit :- as you see in photo confusion in pricing, if you’re are not careful while leaving the cash counter then you may loose money and if you find the wrong purchasing then it’s a big waste of time specially when you r with kids.Another problem, with manager will not ready to accept their mistakes( not all but exceptions are their)

The reason why I give a 4 star review is first of the dull atmosphere. In the rest, I would say that this store it is pretty much on the same standard like the other Carrefour stores in Dubai, some items here and there missing, in comparison with Mirdiff location, the nearest shopping center. Now, yes Madina Mall it is a quiet mall, therefore the 4 stars. Less options at the olives stand( no spicy olives for example), less options from the food around the world sector, also the organic corner. Now, on the plus side, you have less people shopping here, therefore less waiting in ques at the checkout, providing that there will be enough cashiers at counters. This feedback is done still during the pandemic, so thing might change in the future. The prices are the same with the other Carrefour outlets, except the small Carrefour Express where prices are higher.
