Unwelcoming. The store has no crowd, but yet theres a long queue just to get in. Apparently, people arent allowed to be standing by the railings (not inside of the Apple Store) since the security will just tell you to move - I also just learnt Apple rents half the floor! The guards arent very polite either. It seems like Apple wants you to purchase and leave ASAP, while trying to reduce the number of casual visitors to the store. They make entering the Apple Store itself an accomplishment with their long queues and tight security.

I had the worst experience at this store. Understand that it was the launch of the iPhone 13 and as expected the place was going to be crowded and apple staff are going to have a hard time because of the crowd. My phone reservation was at 3:00 pm and I requested the person standing at the entrance if it’s possible to provide the phones at 1:00 pm as I had a flight to catch at 7:00 pm and it was mandatory to be at the airport 5 hours before departure(covid testing at airport). The response given to me by the apple staff was very rude and he had so much attitude as if he is doing me some kind of a favour. This could have been addressed more nicely and in a more professional manner. Remember that the customer is the reason that you are here today and they are the reason that you are getting paid your respective salaries. You just lost a customer apple and I will probably go for other phones available in the market. Hope this is heard by the concerned team and addressed appropriately.Thanks,Vishal

Got transferred 8 times to 8 different apple personnel in support centre in internet land because they dont have a local number to transfer to... After half an hour of this phone musical chair, I asked to speak to the employee that I spent an hour talking to, only to be told by the person on the phone that he doesnt know which employee as there are 3 of them with the same name and hell pass on the message because maybe shes on the floor... So clearly they dont want my money or the sales.

My experience has been one of the worst among my Apple store visits to this date. I was advised to visit the Genius Bar by the apple phone support as they could not resolve the static & other connection issues with my brand new Airpods Pro. The ordeal of mistreatment and helplessness began when I reached the store for my appointment 10 minutes before my time. First the agent at the door had a problem for my arrival early and wanting to enter the store and he wouldnt allow me to enter the store even when the store was all empty. The attending Genius Bar service agent, I was assigned made things more embarrassing with his arrogance, and impatience. After he did the fix, when I tried to tell him that my right Airpod is not connecting and that the left is hurting me, he would argue that there is nothing wrong with the Air Pods and that I have to get used to it. The service manager too who got involved, kept lecturing me defending his staff and didnt bother to listen to the issue I was facing post their diagnosis & so called fixing. For my own sanity, I left the store and contacted the phone support for a recourse. Now, I decided to return the Airpods using my store purchase guarantee. This place perhaps dont even deserve 3 stars if not for the property.

Horrible and Worst Experience EverRight from the entry , the Security guard rudely stopped us to go inside the showroom despite showing him the appointment. Since it was as per him not in a regular format hence I need to get in Genius Bar line and speak to them . It took long for my turn to come and the Genius Bar staff told my appointment was perfectly fine and I can go inside. Really frustrating , due to uneducated or untrained staff I had to waste my time in the queue.Well the horror did not end here , I complained this to 2 staff and there attitude was so what and when told to them that since the guards are so rude that Apple can lose customers or they might prefer to go to another showroom, the staff reply was sure , they can go anywhere they want to . Amazing Customer Care Anyways, the horror continues still, I had a complain that my I pods which were under warranty, while charging it got heated like fire and even the top of the case painted melted N every since it gets switched on and off on its own . Now, here is the reply of the staff since the case paint did not melt from bottom and melted from top , hence we cannot do anything and when asked for the switching on and off issues , the reply was you can buy a new case for both the issues .Are we serious , is this really Apple ??? I got a faulty product and then I been given such absurd and lame excuses .I been an Apple customer from ages , and seeing the way they going down , both in terms of Product and Services , feels bad but guess its the time now to move to other mobile company . Apple , wont mind customers to go away as it was evident with the staff behaviour and their approach towards problem and their statement of saying that its fine if the customers want to go anywhere elseReally Sad

A big Mall in Dubai, it’s very huge and too much number of shops inside the mall, it’s located in Al-Barsha.I love to go carrefour because there’s wide range of varieties and lots of things on promotions price.Numbers of brands are there and the design of the mall is very good, parking space are too much from ground to roof top.It’s amazing mall.

Long lines to get into a shop when the shop looks empty inside is not the best way to attract customers.Apple takes the whole social distancing thing to a new level, not a even a hospital handling covid19 patients is this restrictive.No one should be kept standing in queue for 30 minutes when the store is empty like that. It was my first visit to The Apple store in MOE and I am greatly impressed by their customer service quality. I took service appointment for my iPhone 11 which was not detecting any sim card over last few days. The service advisor tried to update the software but issue pertains, she checked in the system to see if there is an option to issue the replacement cellphone. As I had apple care coverage active, accordingly I was provided with a new iPhone 11 by her. All the staff is courteous and they really know how to treat the customers. Hats off to Apple Mall of the Emirates.

One of the best aple stores in UAE, the staff is all aligned on the policies, they are all very helpful and go the extra mile to make your like simple. I am not happy with the service they provide. My new iPhone 12 Pro Max has been heating up and unusable. I have been spending 2 weeks back and forth with this branch and the online support. But they can not figure out what is wrong with it. And when I ask for a replacement phone they try to convince me they will fix some part of the phone and see if the problems keeps happening and then I go again and again to fix the phone. This does not make sense. If you know what is wrong with it then great, fix it. If you do not know then please give me a new phone replacement. If you are an apple support and reading this I want to say I have been always a fan of apple products but recently your customer service is so bad!

Apple store in mall of emirates is really good . the have made a good attractive display than other stores. the have arranged beautiful meeting areas, office kind of area, garden setup then as all other stores it is well arranged the display of mobile laptops, iMac, watches and accessories. staffs are very cooperative and supporting . the huge doors entrance gives a feel that we are entering in to a palace. there is no que at any time for consulting with any apple staff over there like if we visit Dubai mall, there is always a que to enter because of this pandemic protocols. and always you need to have a prior booking to visit there or you have to wait. but here i visited direct and i was able to get connected with team easily.

This store has actual heavy weight bouncers outside to ensure you have an appointment before entering otherwise queue up if you are genuinely there to shop. I waited a minute at the spot I was told, then decided I really didnt like the message they are sending. Going into an Apple store is challenging at the best of times (too crowded), now... Very Poor Customer service and no grant for Warranty.So I bought a 12proMax 256GB and I was having an issue with the FaceID, I waited for three hours in the Mall Of Emirates waiting for my appointment.They ran a test and telling no issue in the phone but they made a software reset.After 2 days my screen is having a issue plus the ID as usual. I booked again and they are telling me that they don’t have any solution for that and asked me to just leave out from the store ??Two of the people who visited me showed 0 interest in telling me that they can resolve it. Means the warranty which comes with apple doesn’t mean any thing to them.At the end don’t buy 12pro max, and don’t visit these guys at all very very poor customer service for reference you can see other reviews as well.

Went to the Apple Store 90 minutes before closing to purchase 1 item. There was a queue of about 10 people. Was told that the queue was closed now because there was only one person working the express counter for purchases, one person! Security could be better utilized by being trained how to use the cash counter and checking people out. Every other shop seems to be adapting to serving their customs during these times, except for the Apple Store.

The place is a joke! there is twice more staff than customers but none can help (or even have heard) about the most discussed iWatch 6 troubleshooting across Apple forums (inconsistent display).I waited 2 hours to see a technician who had the same knowledge as the others which means no clue. Finally my watch was sent to β€œengineering team” which likely means replacement.Though, on forums it seems other customers in other countries had better luck having the similar issue fixed by some sales guys from their local store.

Congratulations Apple u gave me the worst customer service experience ever.I have an airpod used mabe 20 times and started to disconnect after 1 minutes. When I visited to Emirates mall store and when I tried to explain that I have this issue the technician he said sir because you are using too much battery died and advice to buy new generation and I said I was going to tell you that I used it only around 20 time and he replied ah sir because u didnt use too much battery died hahahahahaha so I am confused now should I use or not or I just keep in safe box . It’s nice always as any other apple store. However, the arrangement for pandemic safety precautions and protocol is excellent with proper 2m social distancing. Very well organised and supportive staff and security. You can comfortably book an appointment online and get your query resolved. There is a waiting time despite of your appointment schedule say around 20min to 40 minutes. Separate waiting line for walk-in customers. Staff are good in diagnosis of the product and helpful in resolving the issues.

We queued for almoat 2 hours after having a conversation on the phone with their help desk only to find out that the information they gave us was wrong and they did not have the product available in store. I totally understand the times are different but we didnt have to wait for 2 hours in the queue if we were given the correct information. I even asked the lady at the door that before I queue up, can you tell me if you have this product in store amd she was the one who advised to call and then told me if they said we have it, that means we have it.
