TechFix are just wonderful. They went above and beyond to fix my Mac in 12 hours because I was flying the next morning and I wanted to take it with me. This has got to be the worst tech shop i dealt with!! They have such poor service! They take days to respond and also promise they will fix the issue and eventually they did nothing!! I gave them my laptop on march 3rd and still have not received it despite multiple attempts to contact them to receive my laptop. They diagnosed that there’s a motherboard issue and promised me they could back up my data , and every time i would ask they would tell me that they will confirm and let me know by the end of the day and they never did!!! I would have to call and follow up every time and always get the same vague response. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them , worst service ever and poor customer care. I would never trust them to do any kind of work. I wasted a whole month just contacting them and all i got were empty promises

Very professional and reliable company. I showed my MacBook to 2 companies before and they suggested a mother board replacement. Tech fix identified they it is a trackpad problem and They fixed my MacBook at a very reasonable price in just 1 day.Highly recommend this company.

They really helped me out. My MacBooks battery was end of life and became a safety hazard. They replaced the battery and returned my MacBook within 24 hours! Great service.I have a working machine again where Apple themselves didnt have time for a month!

I wouldnt recommend using their services because the quality of repair is on the lown down. There was an issue where my keyboard had to be replaced, they got a replacement at good price but it wasnt original, but the issue was they forgot to add the Arabic letters on the keyboard, I had to tell them to add this later. In addition,the cover of the laptops bottom has not been carefully secured in even after taking it back multiple times for them to fix. It is still exposed which would create an issue later. Essentially, had to take my laptop 3 times back and forth to fix this all, and there is this annoying sticker they add which spoils the surface of the laptop and charger. I wouldnt recommend if you are looking for professional service and a decent repair...only good thing was their delivery and pick up option.

Totally unaccpetable on what you did in my laptop. Waited for more than 2 weeks and yet you havent fix the issue and worst of all you ruined my laptop. I just came from vacation, i just have the time to check what you did inside my laptop and to my surprise there are wires that has been cut. The only issue with my laptop is the power which has been clearly explained to you beforehand. 1st time you returned my laptop, still not working.i paid 150dhs for that poor service and asked you to collect again my laptop because of the back job. This is the worst service ever. they had my laptop since december after 3 months of follow up, they said they dont have spare parts, they returned it without the charger. it has been another 2 months following up to get ny charger. this is very unprofessional and there is no integrity where to give back the parts as they were given. this matter till today is not solved yet. and i am wasting my time without my laptop just because if they delay and i am unable to fix it anywhere else.

Worst service centre in Dubai to repair your product, I gave my play station to them to get it repair, but didnt expect the worst service in y dream, they do call you update about the product issue and cost, you have to follow up them regarding your product, I had to dialled multiple of time to get an update regarding my playstation the guy who answer the call keep saying that it is under process for more than 10days what the hell !! 10 days to check the playstation and after that they will give you price almost 50% of new playstation and he you do not agree they took parts from it, worst service centre and people working, I will give them negative rating if possible.

I gave my sons Play Station to them for repair but they couldnt fix it, made it worse after I got my PlayStation back from them, I gave it to another service center, they told me asome parts are being missing from this playstation. What is this, if I dont agree with the price they gave for repair and I asked to return my PlayStation back in same condition but NO if you dont agree with the price and then they will make the PlayStation in worse condition so no one can repair it and they take some parts from it ( STEALING), I am in shock how these kind of people are working in Dubai, very bad service, very very bad service.

The service is really great. The team is super responsive and quick to both do pickup and repairs. Ive had a broken mac screen and a broken iphone screen and in each instance they picked up the same day. My iphone was ready in just 15 minutes and my mac was back the next day. They were great about keeping me informed and updated and I would highly recommend.

I needed some assistance woth my laptop. In 1 hour the pick-up was arranged and in one hour later they returned my laptop fixed. As well I had some cash issues and they were able to offer a discount. Overall I had 30 less to pay than if I used another shop and I waited less time as well. Great service 5 stars!

Do not use this company. It’s clear from all the negative reviews they don’t do quality work. And the “good reviews” are obviously fake.I sent my iPhone XR for a screen replacement and back glass replacement. The screen and glass was replaced, with the phone returned to me same day. On arrival the phone wouldn’t read the SIM card and wouldn’t work for calls or internet. The phone was then returned ( 24hrs later) and back to me fixed.The guy did come again to collect the phone, and fix The Problem, i Now have The Phone Back, The sim îs Noe fixed Buț they have left The screw Hanging out The Phone and The NFC chip nor Apple pat work anymore.Dont waste your Time with This Company. I liked the credibility of the place. My screen got changed and after couple of days i found new screen not working properly i called them again and they send another technician he changed the screen again with new one with so professional job i will definitely recommend to frnds.

If you love your Laptop, do not bring it here.They don’t know what they are doing and actually harm your device more then solving the problem.Had to wait for a week to get it back, problem was still there and they even returned it without my charger and bag (unprotected).Biggest shock was the moment an authorized Apple repair shop opened it and saw the way they treated it.Apple is the only way to go if you love your device, my Macbook Pro is 2 years old and was never opened.Apple told me they would’ve given me the repair for free if it was not opened.

I found Techfix home service for battery replacement extremely efficient. It was economical and good service. However i had another laptop with display issue and i didnt find the way the team handled my case as professional.First the guys who came to my apartment didnt have any receipt with them though i had told them in advance in WhatsApp chat that one laptop for battery replacement and another for diagnosis and repair.I went down to their car and took my receipt for the laptop they carried to their center. I was informed that within 48 hours we will get a message on the issue and way forward. for a week no message. then when i messaged them they said the laptop has no issues and we can collect them.It was absurd to get such reply when surely i gave them the laptop because we faced a problem and not to get a reply that too after one week.just collected the laptop and gave it to another center for repair.

I have had a very poor experience with this company. Gave my iPad for a battery replacement. They promised to return same day but went missing and would not respond when I chased for delivery. After numerous WhatsApp messages and calls all day, they delivered next evening with my iPad all taped up and the touch screen no longer working!!. No explanation given and just a WhatsApp message that they will check with technician and update me. Very unfortunate and the first such experience in my time here. After chasing the various people in the company for last one week, I have given up as they are not responding. The replaced battery is not working properly and in addition the Touch ID is no longer working because they supposedly changed the screen. I have paid them in full for replacing the battery.I repeat my comments and can confirm that the company’s very poor quality and my “replaced” battery is not working and they damaged my Touch ID and verbally told me they will fix it but did not. They try and ask the reviewers to change poor comments and they tried to do it with me also.

I had to call them multiple times to get a response that keyboard needs changing (why? no answer!) - I was promised my laptop to arrive on Tuesday - and after followups it came on Thursday (almost two weeks after pick up with an invoice of AED860). their pick up driver did not have ATM machine / change so ended up paying AED900!Verdict (not recommended):- Not professional: lacking on communication with customer & Take time to fix.- Over Priced: Cost is inflated with no explanation (one line invoice)

I have been looking to have an additional screen for my MacBook as I am working from home like most of the others. The challenge was to get in touch with the experts who can help me to buy the correct comparable adapters as my MacBook is 2013 version. My experience with this company is a wonderful one. My 15inch had a cracked screen. They came and picked up the machine on the 29th and delivered it on the 30th. They even straightened a bend on the side if the machine free of charge.Very helpful staff, very kind people and they do as they say. I recommend this company based on my experiences.

My computer was badly liquid damaged but the guys at TechFix brought it back to life and acually made it better than before it broke. Were very nice about it and though to screen replacement and logic card fixing the price was affordable. The only thing that maybe is worth to mention that was not so good was that the computer came back dirty and had a few marks but otherwise a good costumer experience and I would recommend TechFix further on.

I strongly believed that mac repair is time consuming and expensive, until I found TechFix, who are polite and experienced people. They have really good prices and service. My mac battery was replaced in one hour with no problems. They saved me from wasting money and time.

I had given my macbook to apple authorised service center and they diagnosed to find my mother board is faulty and charged me AED 2,700 (motherboard)+ 265(for diagnostics). I didnt change my mother board from there.Googled and foundout techfix, not only they collected and delivered on time, but they fixed at a very very reasonable price.Customer service was outstanding and coordination was impeccable.Highly recommend techfix for any tech related problems.

Reasonable rates to fix issues with your laptops etc. I had to change my macbook battery and it was a hassle at Apple to get an appointment and other places were very pricey. These guys come to your place and fix it for you, Original parts, quick and good job done. Recommended for service at your office or home.

Called the team to fix my PC and they responded in no time, shared their map and even offered to pick it up. I managed to send them the PC and they managed to fix the glitch. I am a big fan of getting my mac book fixed by apple so i went to dubai mall at the apple store. After a 3hr wait i got my turn at the genius bar and they told me it will take a week to fix my computer. Then i messaged tech fix and i got an almost instant reply. They have a pickup service but i wanted to hand deliver my computer so i went and dropped my laptop at 3pm and it was fixed the very next day and shipped to my apartment by 11am.Thank you tech fix

One of the worst experiences i had , they never answer the calls and whatsapp.they will take your call if it is your first time to contact them , but once they collect the device they will never answer again.i gave them Arabic/English keyboard and they returned it back to me with English letters only !!!!you cant pay by credit card , it is only cash.the customer service representative is a liar and doesnt know what he is talking about.ABSOLUTE RUBBISH ...DONT RECOMMEND.

Great Guys, after my call they reached my office at the agreed time and managed to fix my laptop since my Macs screen stopped working. Took advantage of this experience and upgraded some parts, SSD and Rams, great pricing, original parts, quick and efficient communication, Highly recommend them.

TechFix is so committed and determined to fix issues no matter what.Also they update you with all challenges and their solutions as well.I like their quality of work and their convenient prices.I really appreciate what they have done to save my computer.They changed the motherboard, SSD hard disk and did the windows installation with around 1k AED although they took more than 10 days in troubleshooting and fixing things related to the old motherboard and didnt charge me for that.BTW, it took Lenovo a week to troubleshoot the issue and came back with a recommendation to change the motherboard only with 2.3K AED and didnt notice the Hard disk problem.Also they delivered it to me although they are far away from me.Thanks.

Its been more than a month or two, but I do remember the wonderful experience getting my MacbooKPro serviced @ TechFix. Apple @DubaiMall gave up saying they cant fix my Keyboard (both external and internal keyboard doesnt work, very weird issue) and I was suggested to go for the complete panel replacement which comes with a battery, keyboard, touchpad and palmrest which is almost half of the notebook, with NO Guarantee Fix.TechFix did a gr8 job of replacing only Keyboard at nominal charge and its literally gave a rebirth to my notebook.Mr.Faisal, You & Your Team are fantastic, concerned and approchable.Thanks again. :)

Tech fix did an exemplary job. After a late night Whatsapp message techfix had quick response, plus OEM equipment / spares. Plus competitive price and fast delivery with updates on delivery progress. Then when item was delivered they even provided the torx driver FOC what more does one want. Well done most impressed.

.Late delivery and pick up , EVERY TIME and sometimes even not coming. After the repair, there is always collateral damage done to the computer. . I have been having an issue for days, none of them can fix it, and if they do, it is short-term. . Now I have a blue screen and can’t do anything. Along with all this, the price is incompeting. However I like the staff. That is the reason for my 5 stars. Now, it’s not bad, it’s certainly good, however there is space for improvement.

Bad response and hardly return call , also when they get me my Mac back the forgot to install the mac cover screw . And as usual they promised to get them and fix at home and this is since a week, really the worst service

Pleasant service and good communication. It took some time to diagnose the real problem, but finally everything was fixed. Just make sure that you explain your problem in details and they find the root of the issue. Might take a bit longer time but eventually youll get your stuff repaired.

Very poor services, I am very disappointed with you guys i gave my MacBook from liquid spills but after 15days no solution and I was even the one putting them under pressure. They gave me so many fake programs and they never respected. I don’t really recommend

Very bad service , kept two days mac for service telling that OS got corrupted and it’s getting difficult to get the data recovered... in fact it was simple tat new os can be installed in external hard disk and then the data transferred very easily .. this was re commended by Apple support .. Techfix ... simply kept the system without doing anything and created the situation tat it will be difficult to get the data recovered and requires more time ...Simply wasted my two days ... will not recommend to anyone ... very bad services .. don’t get cheated with them ..
