This company should appoint professional sales persons. Recently I had contacted this company and one lady, who introduced herself as senior sales personnel was totally unware about the product what they sell. We were looking for MOXA serial devices. The sales lady (Natasha) was very rude and couldnt answer for a single question. Not at all professional
