Worst customer service ever, they deceived and lie to us , don’t trust them, took our money and refused to exchange the faulty tablet, from the 3rd of September till now. They sold us a faulty lenovo tablet, returned it after few days (less than 7 days) as it keep shutting by itself and takes ages to open again, explained the issue and asked for an exchange for the item as per their policy, they refused to exchange it and kept making us going and coming to the store every 2 days, calling every day giving false promises and nothing happened till now, said we will try to fix it for you, why I pay full price and take a fixed opened device, their policy states if not satisfy with the purchase they will refund/exchange within 7 days, and till now am with no tablet, no refund or no exchange. How this is fair!!!!

One of the worst worst experiences with Sharaf dg (mall of the emirates)The store customer care are super unhelpful.I hd recently purchased a Nutri bullet with extended Warranty and within 1 year it stopped working. Now getting it replaced or fixed by the team is not poss and they suggest to buy a new one even if i have the warranty/ guarantee period intact.Even the store manger didn’t come to the front-end to discuss the problem.After visiting the store twice and not getting the issue fixed, now they are suggesting to go to the service center myself and get it fixed there. Is this what after sales service is all about??Definitely not going to recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

Never order from Sharaf DG. They will never deliver on time, never support you when you need an issue sorted, and they will make empty promised that they will never follow through on. If you value your time or your money, spend it elsewhere. Otherwise, youll waste both with no luck getting either back. Ive made several purchases, and each one has been a huge issue. Never, ever again.

Dont buy from this place.They know nothing about warranty, we bought home appliances from this place around 19000dhs, we were shocked when rust spots appeared on the Bertazzoni cooker surface in one week even before using it, we asked for support and technical guy saw that it was new but simply they refused to admit that this is aging stock and it was kept in their warehouse for longtime and thats a result of humidity.

The Store Incharge “Ahmer Arshad” is a brilliant person. The level of service I receive @ Sharaf DG by him makes me feel out of the world. I feel his presence in any SDG makes a lot of difference. The most important is not sales because at the time of Sale more or less everyone is kind enough but after sales service is something which makes one gage the quality of the place. And just because of after sales service by the gentle man I keep going to Sharaf DG and keeping buying more and more.Keep rocking.Before meeting Ahmer a year back at Sharaf DG in Mirdif City Center I had completely different opinion about Sharaf DG but this guy changes the entire dynamics of my views and because of him I recommend Sharaf DG to be one the best electronic stores in UAE to buy any and everything, that is not just because of the prices match but post sales service.

Poor Service. I bought a gopro 9 with free extra battery. I already paid the exact amount at the cashier she punched the item and print the receipt without even telling me that they dont have on-hand extra battery. Then fine. Okay, i understand. They said after two days.After 12 days i came back to the store to Claim the extra battery and yes the customer service gave me a extra battery i left the store without noticing that they gave me a BATTERY FOR HERO 8. I went to the store again to change the item and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT THEY WILL ORDER A BATTERY FOR HERO 9 AGAIN. HASSLE. NOT FRIENDLY.

First of all, I think this is the the store at the mall of the Emirates to buy gadgets and electronics for the least amount you could possibly imagine. They deliver to your doorstep but if you still want to see what to buy or you’re having troubles paying online, you could walk in to buy at their store. The attendants are friendly and the place is very well organized and detailed.

Dear Sharaf DG,We have bought a Laptop and we have received a different color, We have been calling you since Saturday for a replacement since we have received the wrong item and until now we dont get any definite update. We have spoken with you a lot of times since saturday they promise to change and solve the same day and expedite our request to received it. Then on Sunday the same experience we are getting, but days had passed and today as promised we were supposed to get the laptop and collect the wrong laptop that we have received, and again customer service informed us that we will receive it tomorrow which is on Tuesday. We are very upset with this kind of service and its causing us a lot of money just to rebook our ticket and the person who bought this item is catching a flight! We paid more to buy with Sharaf Dg because we know that your company is a trusted one, we can buy from another company but we chose your company. Also, our money is on hold with you and we cannot buy another one laptop. We are not getting any solution here. Also whenever we call and look for the manager, they dont transfer me to speak with the manager. Worst experience ever with sharaf dg online buying. They have 3rd party sellers who never respond and Sharaf dg just come up with lame excuse supplier ia not responding. Got fake used item, no action been taken, neither amount has been refunded. Made 20+ calls but no results.

Bought a Bose headphone and it had trouble retaining charge. When it went to service centre, they kept it for over 2 months and returned no trouble. When I asked for the test report, they had none to show. Feel very cheated!

I never write the review but today this store team and most important manager deserve this , I just come to buy gift to my wife new iPhone for the Christmas and choose this store because I purchase last year also in same place , but today this sales staff and manager try to do something I fell not legal first of all they say they need to open the item and activate because this is new policy of company which I things even not real and after that they try explain me that they do every year which already not tru and after all this explanation I decide to purchase the item ,but after that another sales person say without additional guaranty they cant sale me this item and after that I left the store , I have one big question this all management and training team of Sharaf dg :Guys if you want sale additional things for the customer which he dont need it even he cant used meaning you cant sale the items ? I suggest better change the rule and print all company policy which customer read before enter the your store , I hope this massage help for another customers and most important for Sharaf dg team .

It’s really the last time to buy in Sharf DGI have been client for 7 years . But yesterday it was surprising me the way they force the clients to get there own warranty just to get the IPhone 12 pro. u need to pay them extra approximately like 750 Aed for them warranty that I DONT WANT. The IPhone 12 pro was available but they refused to give me if I don’t pay Extra for something I don’t need .

I ordered a laptop online and the delivery date was on the 10th. I still have not received it. Customer support is absolutely useless! They dont even know why my order is still showing up as processing. The money has been conveniently taken from my account. I even emailed customer support and no answer as usual. Poor customer service I have 2 faulty apple products and was told to go to sharaf DG in Times Square so that they could check the product instantly. I drove all the way and wasted 40 minutes in store to be told that the products couldn’t be checked and needed to be sent off. Total waste of my time and didn’t solve anything.

Product range quality and price all are okay but my complain is for service many time I saw someone from perticular brand forcing you to buy that brand they represent. You are interested or not this is kind of embarrassment.

Horrible service the store clerk wrote my mobile number wrong for the home delivery and then they accuse me the customer as if it’s my fault. Secondly they promise 24 hours delivery and it’s been 3 days and no answer from them they just stole my money and nobody is giving me any answers. My advice please avoid at all costs.

I wonder that if only specific sharaf dg stores offer aftersale services than why they dont mention it clearly that for aftersale services customer needs to visit these specific stores...Its very disappointing that once you reach there... hardly find parking... go to sharf dg and at the end they tell you that if you proceed via us it will take 15-20 working days... if you want quick services visit that specific sharf dg... also i dont understand if 2 sharaf dg stores are 4-5 km apart... why it is so that 1 store takes 3-5 working days for aftersale services and the other needs 15-20 working days to solve the same issue...Same I experienced in sharfdg stores of abudhabi as well... just disappointing...Wish there were negative rating option too...

Great for techies. I spent hours checking gadgets and getting all my PC accessories and other stuff from it. Staff is well trained and if you dont get a clear answer try ask for help. Once bought a laptop and wanted one with no OS installed and they called another staff member who found one for me in no time. Their warranty is dependable. Not the cheapest in twon, but Keep an eye for promotions & special discounts for best value.

I have my worst experience buying from them online. I have made my order online for oneplus 8 pro and converted my purchase to installments, waited for 5 days and on 5 day they have cancelled my order becuase they didn’t have stock. Why in the first place you had availability on your website? Such a poor maintenance!!! I am extremely disappointed and will never in my life buy any thing from them. Please never ever attempt to buy stuff from sharaf DG . I have purchased a brand new Oppo A31 mobile on ( 06.07.2020 ) . Within a few days there was an issue , the new mobile automatically got switched off for no reason and I tried several times to switch it on but there was no use. I went directly to the shop in order to inquire about this on (17.07.2020), the Sharf DG customer care said they have to give it to the service center to fix the issue and I have given the mobile and came back. Few days later I received a message on (25.07.2020) that the mobile is ready to collect and I have received the same. Later two days the mobile got switched off automatically for the second time , I was surprised and I went again to the shop on (26.07.2020 ) and Again the Sharf Dg customer care said first theyll observe the mobile in the mall and in case of any issues they will send it again to the service center. The next day I went to know about the status of the mobile and they collected the mobile and they said there was no fault (27.07.2020) . Today (29.07.2020) my mobile went off automatically and I took it again to the mall and the response I received was so annoying , lethargically the  manager & the lady from the customer service service center  said: well again give it to the service center and there wont be a replacement. and If I wish I have to visit the service center and explain regarding the issue directly to the technician regarding the issue since the technicians and customer care might have a communication lag.First of all I dont understand one particular logic in this, I have to pay 700 Dhs for a product and if any trouble regards the product I have to spend my own personal time and money to get it sorted out due to your (sharaf dgs) shortcomings.. This is the kind of service the so-called reputed Sharf DG is providing.Moreover after buying a new mobile , why do I have to roam here and there to fix the issues which are something by default in the brand new mobile. So, I have kept the mobile on the table in front of the manager , with the charger set, headphones and the mobile cover box. In addition , I have also handed over the brand new headphone( without opening the pack - I havent even opened) which was given as a compliment. I have given everything back including the plastic cover of the Sharaf DG at the Mall of Emirates branch.It would be great if any responsible concerns from Sharaf DG would give me a clarification  one behalf of this , why does a consumer have to visit a service center directly to fix the errors after paying the money to Sharaf DG ? Does it mean Sharaf DG never cares after the consumers pays for his stuff?I have lost my 700dhs and time after purchasing from Sharaf DG. I purchased Apple TV 4k 64gb at the store on 16th its not available and i suggested by agent delivery at home date was on the 18th. I still have not received it. Customer support is absolutely useless keeping the call for 30m more! They dont even know why my order is still delayed. I even emailed customer support and no answer as usual. I am enraged and I urge potential customers to stop relying on Sharaf DG home delivery. Better to buy at the store get your product by hand.

On Apr 07/2020 I ordered HP 15S-EQ0001NE Laptop. I have made several phone calls, I have been told to wait every time I made a phone call but theres no progress and I am sick and tired of waiting for my order. I have never experienced such a service, your service is so unprofessional and I never wish to purchase anything from Sharaf DG. My kids are struggling to study online thats the reason I ordered the laptop and now I realise that I made a mistake for choosing Sharaf DG. Aa a man if you ever wondered why a woman has a craze for shopping what does she really likes to go shopping for, if this is a question in your mind? that means you have never gone to Sharaf DG at Times Square. it is a mens Paradise for shopping it has all the electronics and white goods that could be found under one roof, I simply love the ambience and the way the things have been arranged systematically such that one can get a view of every possible item with the comparison and select the best product.I should say, price is also good and comparative to the market.

Ordered a webcam online on 5th May and the order got cancelled on the 7th without any explanation. So called and asked why and when I will get my refund and they said it will take 5-6 working days. Today its the 18th May and I still have not received my refund from Sharaf DG. So I called their customer support center today - which is everything but supportive - to ask why I had not gotten my refund yet. The person I spoke to was not the least apologetic on behalf of Sharaf DG but instead had an attitude and claimed that I was wrong and said that Sharaf had until Thursday 21st to pay.... Mabye Sharaf and their customer service representative should learn how to count. Not shopping at Sharaf DG again, thats for sure.

Stay away from their extended warranty. Its a scam. I have a washing machine with a design flaw. It needs repair every 2-4 months which is costing me at least 500 dirhams to do laundry at the laundromat when its under repair. Reputable companies that give extended warranty usually replace machines if they fails multiple times. they are refusing to take action and eventually my extended warranty will fail and I will have to immediately throw away the washing machine in the garbage

Sharaf DG store in Mall of the Emirates is one of the best electronics store in Dubai offering products with great prices. I just bought gold IPhone XS Max mobile from Jumbo store with a very good price compared to other electronic stores in Dubai. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist.
