Just bought a new gas cooker (glem gas) from them through carrefour and after a one time use it was defected and they refused to refund. They charged me 600 just to take it back claiming it is now used. Be extra extra careful when dealing with them for home appliances

Very bad experience more than 5 times visit to repair my oven within 18 days and spend 1000 derhams for a parts and not repaired after that today he visit us and inform me must be to take it to work shop to check there!!! I have purchased an oven GlemGas the received appliance was not good I have logged two complaints, they have sent a technician and he stated the problem is common after checking in different location I found that it is not then I logged another complaint and no has responded since more than a week.Unfortunately, poor communications and customer service.

One of my worst experiences in buying AC split units. It took around 4 hours to fix the indoor unit, and when they did, there was a massive water leakage from the AC unit. They tried fixing the water leakage for more than 1 hour but they could not, and instead, they destroyed my home decoration because of that leakage. At the end, the delivery and installation team took back the unit to the company and I hope I can get a full refund because of that.
