Whenever you enter the store, 3 to 4 salespersons pounce on you trying to selling something to you. They won’t let the customer browse on his own and see what’s on offer. Typical old school type of sales service offered on the shop floor. Very uncomfortable shopping experience with salespeople always trying to strike up a sales conversation when you want to browse on your own. You need to repeatedly tell each one “please let me have a look on my own”.

I went to buy an iPhone 12 mini. Very big and enhanced facilities available in the showroom like Sharaf DG. The staff was very friendly and he said that they have the item in stock, but they wont sell it if I buy only the phone .The staff insisted me to buy the phone with an Apple Care warranty (costing nearly 535 AED extra) for mandatory. I have told him that I dont need the Apple Care. Then the staff insisted me to buy some accessories for the phone (cables, covers etc...). I have conveyed that I am in need of phone not the accessories. So, the staff was not ready to sell the phone to me.Then I have move forwarded and met his manager. He told unless I buy the accessories or Apple Care + this phone is not going to be sold to me.I had to come back without buying it. I had no other choice.

Jumbo electronics generally are good in Dubai but this specific branch incity centre are not good ,. Staff are not much helpfull . I have to Waite slot for someone to answer my question regarding Samsung phone I was intent to buy.I wouldnt waste my time in this branch .The best branch is Jumbo in mall of emirate .

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!I purchased Dell Laptop last month on 18th July with high expectations regarding the product. Just the next day,I received a pop up msg and it got auto locked for which I had to take my new laptop to the Deira City Centre Jumbo Store and there I was told that it can occur sometimes since it is electronics so the staff said they will fix it by rebooting my new laptop. I asked for replacement which was within the time frame of date of purchase,but the staff said it is never going to give you any problem since its fixed now.Again after 2 days the same msg popped up & again it got auto locked. Second time I had to visit the same store and this time they said they cant replace my laptop since its more than 7 days and I dont have the box cover.Its been more than a week now that I am still waiting for the laptop to come from the Service centre.When I called and enquired about the status,staff said it has software issue and Even after calling them for multiple times,there is no response from the store representative and the behaviour was really rude and unprofessional.I would definitely not consider buying anything from this store ever again!

No actual solution was provided by the staff but to send it to the service centre where you would have to pay since it was promo item...Makes me wonder if the freebies were only given since theyre defective...not really free as youd have to pay for it to be serviced .

Worst service center I have ever saw.i have a new phone from honor & display was problematic. As I bought in Jumbo.i went to jumbo electronics service center in city centre deira. After 5 min of visual check. They informed in the bill that the mobile is having dents and scratches. We requested for an explanation of dents which was mentioned on the Bill. They cleaned the screen for 5 times and they are informing that this is dent.i asked to mark the dents on the mobile with sketch they informed that we cantdo that..they are copying and pasting the bills service center billing guys.. its a new phone I dont know how the dent was seen by the service center team.. we cleaned and visually & touch inspected the mobile. Remember that this is the main drawback from the Jumbo.. think twice while you purchase a gadget from jumbo. Previously I had a good impression on jumbo.. but now it is fully discharged.

I came here to try their noice cancelling headphones so I can make a purchase decision sooner. However, the customer service here are so annoying. While I was trying the headphones, he keeps on talking to me and the fact that What I was trying is a “noice Cancelling headphone, of course he must knows the that I wouldn’t hear anything at all and it disgusts me looking at them making fun of me and laughing just because I couldn’t hear any of the words this guy was saying. I felt really insulted in that moment. Shame on this guys really.

Good choice of electronics but I have very bad experience with my broken laptop! I brought to the store and give to the staff to be repaired they told me in 2 days max will be ready, till now pass 6 days the laptop is not yet ready! When I call today to check , the lady on the phone she told me wait one min Ill chek , so I was waiting on the line for 5 min and when she come back on the line she told me we have costumer in the store we will call u back once when we finish ! This just shocked me ! Ill just wait to collect the laptop from there and never go back !

A bad experience with services by the manager due to not facilitating the sale and purchase despite showing the invoice for receiving a new device that was paid in City Center Mirdif and I was surprised that the invoice was not accepted from the Jumbo City Mirdif branch.
