This particular Jumbo showroom mainly deals in mobiles, accessories, camera equipment and smart home devices. Also has a Jumbo unwired counter, on site trade ins and in-store collection. Staff are friendly and provide honest answers with regards to product selection, cost and repairs.

As usual, a big store for everything you need with cheerful staff. Went there for a cartrdige, Russel was there who welcomed me and took me right away to that particular area and got what I required. He was friendly and helpful. Billing didnt even take a minute. So within 3 minutes I was out of the store.

They have good electronics like phones, laptops etc. but one of the workers there had scammed me because i asked for a gaming desktop and he had recommended me an old desktop and at the time I didnt know much about pcs so i beloved him. that desktop couldnt even run 2+ tabs without overheating and i could tell that desktop was first released years ago and it was old. the items there are good but a lot of the staff dont seem interested in youre needs and only care about selling an old product for a raise

Item missing in box!!so i bought the new MS pro 7 that comes with a surface pen. had them install all needed MS package as well for lifetime. came back home, when i opened the boxes, turned out that the surface pen box is empty, the pen is not inside of the box! dono what to say, i have been chasing them for week calling everyday now to give me a surface pen, and they go by saying well CCTV camera didnt show anybody opened the box! so if i dont have the pen and they didnt take it then what ? i know for a fact that i am not lying ! if you wana buy from them, make sure to see all items before u leave the shop. im lucky it was the pen which was missing and not the screen or the charger or the keyboard!

Helpful and knowleagable staff makes all the difference. I have been visiting this store for the last many years. They are consistent in their inventory in as much as they have all the major brands and their sales personnel are not there to make a sale but also guide you through their inventory si as to cater to your specific needs.

Staff were super helpful , patient and service was quite good. For tourists the store offers vat refund if you are looking to buy any electronics. Unlike other multi brand store, apple products are the same price as the apple store with vat refund which apple does not offet so would recommend you get your product here.

So I went to Dubai mall and MCC branch looking for smart home devices and I got to tell you something, the ones who are responsible of the smart home products know nothing about the products any question I ask they start looking at the product as if they have seen it for the first time they dont know any thing I had thank them and I did quick search on Google to find some answers and was easier and faster than asking them.

Had a very bad experience with jumbo moe, my sister got me iPhone 11 from them, since apple store was closed during pandemic, jumbo moe informed her that they are apple for the time being and they provide the same services, in the next few days I discovered the phone had lots if problems, lagging, swixh off by it self, rattling noise when volume is on also volume button loose. When back to jumbo moe hade the most horrific service ever especially when i asked to speak to the manager, whom was very rude and unhelpful, i was told “ we are not apple and we can only send it for a repair for 10 working days and not by apple service people. After arguing he took my mob no and promised to call back but never did till date i told him i will report him to the customer rights protection, he replied “you do that” i also told him i will complain to apple management, again “ he said “thats fine you do that” which i did instantly called apple and made the complained and they were very shocked for jumbo’s attitude

I bought the router device from jumbo and the sales person provide me the wrong information , he said it will meet my requirements but unfortunately it doesn’t.When I ask them to return the item within 24 hrs they said there is 15% deductions 😐

Take my word, trusting what Jumbo sales says, is a big question mark, i bought the master series of OLED from Jumbo the sales team was excellent, they promised me the best of all, so i paid and reached home. Once i received the TV there is no HDMI cable once i called to ask they said it was out of stock and asked to revisit the store, as i reach the store they gave me a normal HDMI, 4K Tv with normal cable all products that they add along are not upto the mark.Be careful this is what all my friends used to say still i went and got a bash for myself

Jumbo Electronics are the worse! I bought a Samsung tab S5e and they confirmed that Microsoft Office Mobile will be available with it for free and thats exactly why I bought the tab in the first place, for a tab/laptop experience in one device. Once I bought it, I was asked to pay $30/month for the subscription! I visited their stores many times and they said it should be there by default but if its not, then its Samsung fault. After checking with Samsungs local and internatonal Support Team, they both confirmed that the offer was not made from their side and if the reseller (Jumbo) said so then they need to provide it to me. Of course I came back to Jumbo but they didnt take responsibility blaming again Samsung for some updates done from their side once the Tab 6 was released therefore thats why the Microsoft subscrption is not free anymore. Dont buy any of their products, they only want your money and no more help or support!

The staff is fine. But the manager is quite foolish.He is pathetic in reasoning, he thinks like a kid.His English is also a mess.You should hire a new manager. I dont advise anyone to go the store, the manager will put you off, spendYour money elsewhere.

Bought an accessory to use with my note 9, I asked if I can return it if I am not happy with it before buying. I tried to return it and I was denied a return from a very rude senior /manager, when asked what his position is so I would know who I talked to he refused to tell me and said it didnt matter, he proceded in having an investigation with the staff and told me to wait 40 min to check . I never encountered such bad service. Very unhappy with the outcome and the way the situation was handled.
