4th August 2021Poor in customer service! Honestly this is not what we expected from Dyson!Repairing of hair dryer which took 10 days and after receiving a call from customer service that they are happy to replace it with “NEW” piece!When i went for collection, they gave me a used hair dryer, i found dusts around the filter, when i told them this is the used one, simply replied that these dusts are from box of hair dryer! Come on, customer is not dumb! Please be more professional!!!They supposed to check and get back to me, now 3 days left and no one replying my calls20th August 2021With regards to my above comment and concerns, want to thanking Mr Joe, a store manager, for following up my complaint, and fulfilling my request as a client. Got a complete new pack of hair dryer as they promised me.Wish the team of Dyson all the best and hope they serve their client in best possible way.Best of luck

My v11 has broken with the same issue - trigger malfunction - for the second time. The first time the repair took 2 1/2 months and the substitute machine they sent me was a V6. This time I asked for a replacement or refund as it is the same issue. I was promised by Jenny at your store I would receive a phone call within 2 days after the service department had looked at the machine. One week in & I’ve received no call. I called the helpline and they couldn’t give me any further information, just that it was being repaired. I just want my money back because this machine has been broken more than it’s worked. No replacement machine this time, I’ve had to buy a second machine because otherwise I wouldn’t be able to clean my house. I am so disappointed with a brand that is meant to be amazing.*UPDATE Thanks for your reply dyson. That’s great, but you’ve still had to repair the same problem twice on a machine that is 15 months old. I haven’t had a replacement machine or my money back & I’ve still been without a vacuum for over 20% of my ownership, meaning I had to buy a replacement. Very disappointing & definitely a recurring fault you guys know about given a quick google search - potential purchasers search trigger malfunction v11. What happens when I reach the end of my warranty?

Absolutely love how my hair turns out when I use the Dyson Corrale. Compared to other straighteners my hair burns less. My hair comes a lot softer. It feels like a hairdresser well versed in unruly hair just gave me a blow out.

I have visited the shop at Dubai mall afternoon to collect my reserved filter. I left the shop with a smile on my face thanks to the two ladies who served my request. Very nice sweet ladies who respect the customer and explain everything. They have even went to extra mule by offering me an explanation on how to change the filter. Where do I start? The service is just out of this world. Im so confident that Sir James would be extremely proud of having a retail expert like Haifa. She genuinely knows the products inside out. She gives customers time, attention and makes them feel really welcome. She doesnt force you to buy, she makes you want to buy because shes so passionate about what she does. Bought an airwrap last night with family and I can say that I dont think we have seen such great service anywhere!! Haifa, if you see this, thank you.

WE bought the Dyson cordless Vacuum V8 model but after 2 years warranty. the battery damaged. And the Jumbo electronics is sending us quotation of 450 dhs after special discount for battery.... very expensive , not value for money, expensive spare parts and never recommend to buy .

I was initially skeptical about Dyson products, I thought I will give it back within 14 days. The night that I first use humidifier+ purifier cool in my bedroom was one the night that I slept the best in my entire life! I am not suffered from coughing anymore, my skin improves and the quality of sleep just increased tremendously. What can I say? James Dyson is a genius!!Second product that I bought within the same day was hair airwrap styler which is a total game changer, I literally blew dry my hair in 2 mins and 1 minute of using smoothing brush for final touch..imagine the amount of time I saved by using Dyson. If you have the budget, I recommend Dyson products any day without a doubt.Please pay a visit to Dyson dubai mall and you will be serviced by an amazing team (Serina, Laik, Yulia and Jenny) - they will take care of you. The whole experience and service is a real class, keep it up!

UPDATE:So Dyson finally restocked the filter for the TP04. It brought back my trust to them. Updated to 5 star. Thanks DysonOLD REVIEW:No Filter Replacement Available.Too bad the tower fan was working for one year greatly and was satisfied but the lack of replacement filter availability ruined the good experience. Now the machine is just a glorified fan.Such a shame for a company.For anyone considering to buy Dyson product, please consider that you may not be able to use it after one year due to lack of spare parts.

I bought Dyson V11Absolute last year in July 2020.Registration number is D2X-SA-NCA0623A.Rarely used for only in Living rooms carpet.Stopped Charging all of sudden ,so got a new charger from Jumbo service center though it was started charging with the old Charger also.very funny ,as per service center stopped working because earlier charger was not working.Again stopped working and got to know after submitting at the Jumbo service center that now its motherboard has been damaged and for that I have to pay Aed 525 for fixing this.Why?? I even not used this Unit properly and damaged twice within a year.by the way its not a cheap product.Very Disappointed with a world known company Dyson for cleaning products.i cant expect this kind of poor quality product though price are so high.Very very Disappointed ☹️This is the update on 27th april 2021.After hearing my plight, Dyson and jumbo have got together and sorted my issue out. I am thankful to them for sorting this out. Happy to have my dyson back.

Never received such a low-grade customer service and especially in this store. I’ve entered Dubai mall shop with my husband and daughter, since we had to check one thing regarding our lately bought dyson vacuum, and since i was there and am lately very interested in hair products (hair straightener especially), the female sales agent was just starting to preview the product to a couple, so i have approached to see/listen and show my interest as well as. And to my great “astonishment”, the sales agent just INGNORED me standing to review the product as if i was disturbing her and just meant that she is showcasing the product to the interested couple, literally almost showing her back. I just stepped back and lost my interest to entering the shop again or buying the product, especially that her presentation did not approve the price or media presentation of the same hair straightener. Meanwhile, the japanese girl who dealt with our vacuum cleaner issue was very appealing and nice, just like it should be.

1 month waiting on a new filter for pure cool fan and still no due date on DYSON website, nevermind all the retailers (sharaf, lulu etc). More than useless. Avoid these products, you cannot get timely spares and they make them very expensive since you are locked in. 6 months old machine requiring new filter. Humidifier has never once switched on (as humidity is always fine), pointless in my apartment.Imagine buying an Apple phone and 6 months later it stops working as spare part required and after 1 month Apple still has no stock, hard to imagine but thats what James Dyson has developed with his fans.

I had purchased a Dyson air purifier in 2019 and within a year the machine stopped functioning due to some technical fault which could not be rectified by the Dyson team. I was made to wait for more than a month with numerous follow ups and chases on the status of my machine, before I was given a new air purifier as it was still under the warrantee period. In less than 4 months since I received the new machine, it started giving some unknown error (!mark) and air flow has stopped completely. Inspite of hardly using this machine where the filters are still less than 10% utilized! When I spoke with the Dyson representative, I was told that it may take close to a month for repair!!!SERIOUSLY!!!!!!The quality of Dyson TP04 is questionable with the quality being disappointing and below average in terms of sturdiness and performance. In terms of after sales service, the quality is equally disappointing.1 month for checks and repair!!!!Please dont make the mistake of purchasing the Dyson Air purifier.

Worest company in term of customer service. i canty beleive that for more than 6 month this company cant provide us with filters for our old Machine just to force us to buy the new ones. althopugh filters are avalible on th US website but this one here are using unethical strategies just to sell more new unites.ive call, text but no one give clear answer. i would never ever buy your expensive product again if you are not going to support them in the fututre, does not make any sense to buy a 3000 dirham vacum machin when i know that after one year you will not be making new filter for that vaccum? its just waste of money.

Horrible experience so I purchased a vacuum cleaner V10 Absolute for 2,249 AED and it stopped working in less than a week. As they mention there is 14 days money back guaranteed. So i took it to the shop and the first impression was that this is something very normal and what they told me was that even if you buy an expensive phone like apple maybe it will not work also !! Anyways after they checked with the service centre they agreed to either fix it for us or replace it with a new one. So we decided to upgrade to V11 absolute and asked them to give us some discount on the V11 but they refused and they said the price as of now is already discounted. And all this time they were acting somehow as if they are doing such a great favor to us by changing it having in mind that at this price point this shouldn’t be the customer care and the respect that you give to your customer. Finally we payed the price difference of 550 AED to upgrade to the V11 absolute. Guess what after 3 days of using it they vacuum, everytime you turn on the vacuum even after being fully charged it shows a red sign to plug it in to charge and once you put it on charge it shows 90% battery level again !I really don’t recommend this shop with it’s products and poor customer service that hey have really sad and disappointed from my purchase and all that money that I wasted on this famous brand.

Absolutely worst service. Emailed them to try the Airwrap experience before purchasing it and it’s been 3 days since, never got any response. Passed by the store on the same day I sent the email and was given a WhatsApp number to message for a booking. You still can’t get a booking via WhatsApp and need to wait for a call from a stylist, which just eliminates the easiness of the process, they could have just asked for my number at the store and have the stylist call later. Finally got an appointment for Friday and arrived to find out that the stylist is not available. With such price tag for a styler having to chase Dyson is just ridiculous!

A special innovative brand that was originally the owner of the idea. I think an aeronautical engineer. Imagine some devices because of their strength and durability, but I have a hair dryer that has been tested, amazed and repairable, but a really distinctive brand.
