Dont buy any thing from this store , just run away , its like you throwing your money in the garbage , worst service worst customer service worst every thing .

Pathetic service by their customer service team. Their own sales, customer service and maintenance team is not aware of what exactly they are doing and which customer has complained for what. I have been calling them regarding my complain since 3 weeks and nothing has been done yet, they just keep on calling each other. Would never purchase anything from them again. Disappointed!!

It is one of the Worst Experience and i really do not know why the owners of the brands are not paying attention. I Purchased a Siemens cooking which i was dodged into the purchase stating there is absolutely no difference between the newer model, which i found to be false when checking specifications online. I demanded a catalog but was told that Head office doesnt provide any. Without much of choice since my mother wanted to go for Siemens i paid the cash. I was promised the delivery to be done the next day, but after the payment was made i was told it will be day after tomorrow. The second I never revived any call and upon my call was told that the Product Manager from the head office has yet to authorize sale. Beautiful brand like Siemens is being destroyed by horrendous service and i hope Siemens take the agency from the current dealer.

Another showroom shows that Siemens needs to change thier dealers.the minute i walked in the first staff ran away to the back!! Another staff assisted me after he finished his calls and was shouting at the first staff !! I asked for an stoking kit and the he didnt know what is it !!??? Again calling the 1st staff came and asked me for dryer and washing machine models. I gave him the brands but he said without looking he needs the full model number( wich turns out from betterlife customer service that its not needed) !! Such ignorant and unprofessional attitude.

I struggled with their Siemens service team , I paid almost the same price of my fridge and they could never fix it , I will never use them and I will never ever buy a fridge from Siemens

The worst deal I had was yahma. I took a machine from them and became a malfunction returned for repair and I stayed with them for 3 months without repairing them and returned Flusi after a long procrastination with the Egyptian, who the reception and who returned my right to consumer protection
