Dont get in touch with their service center nobody will take your call, it probably doesnt even exist. Try getting a warranty from another dealer.

Worst company every to work with. Sold me an expensive Bosch washing machine for 3500 Dhs with the argument that it was a good quality build. The machine broke after 15 months light use (family of 3) and they charge me 1300 Dhs more for spare part components. On top of this, they take forever to respond! Weve been without functioning washing machine for 2 weeks now - thanks to Homewide. Still no solution. Im never ever going to use this company again - and I warn everyone else to use it as well.

Homewide....located just about 200 Metres from the ABRA station at Baniyas, in Al Wasl Building and about 50 Metres from Jesco Supermarket and Shiraz Nights / Hatam Al Tai Restaurant, this establishment turned out to be a mind boggling visit. I was there to buy a coffee grinder and it turned out to be a BOSCH users paradise. Everything a person can contemplate of and relate to the brand was available at this store. Now whenever someone mentions, BOSCH, the correlating word to pop up in my mind shall be HOMEWIDE.

Worst service ever.1.Items delivered late without confirmation of delivery time with the client . They just assume you will be there!2. Not all items were delivered some are still missing!3. No one answering calls.These are just a few of the issues with themI’m going to complain about this amateur “company” to consumer rights.I dunno why Bosch have these unprofessional amateur guys as their dealer!

Purchae Bosch fridge from carrefour and Very bad experience promise delivery time is 2 days but even within 4 days didn’t able to get inspite of many follow ups. So cancelled the order.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY IRON FROM THIS COMPANY*****I bought a Bosch steam iron from them and the first day I tried to use it, all my electronics and electricity went off, destroying most of my electronics. I took the iron back to the store and explained to them. They could not offer any assistance to me. Instead, they were very rude and even asked me to give out the iron to someone who needs it. Their customer service is very bad and they are too rude. Farah and the guy in Al Barsha store are very rude. Please do not buy any product from this company as they sell bad products and the staffs don’t treat their customers right.

Homewide is the worst service supplier ever!! They dont know what they are doing, keep changing random pieces at extreme costs, but never fixing any issue for real. And they are super slow: count at least 1 month for a single small problem.Bosch is a terrible brand: always issues, no solution... Not reliable at all.

**DO NOT BUY A BOSCH TOP LOADER WASHING MACHINE**I bought a top loader washing machine from Bosch and it’s AWFUL! It’s damaging my clothes and bedding. Making the white clothes have yellow stains all over them and has lots of black bits on the clothes after a wash. I have sent it back for repair and in the mean time reconnected my old washer / dryer as currently only using it as a dryer because I bought this new Bosch washing machine and it was washing perfect so it can’t be the water. It was returned and two days later it’s damaging everything again. I have complained so many times and nothing is being done about it. I am so upset with the terrible machine and service. I strongly recommend you do not buy anything from BOSCH!!!! Bad bad machines - Trust me!!!
