Worst after sales service.I have bought three pieces of Terim wine fridges just two years back and almost every alternate month there is an issue with either one of them.Firstly after logging a complaint it takes them three working days to come and check the issue, then another day for someone to come and collect the appliance and then another week before it is rectified.I don’t’t understand why the issue keeps on coming every time. The technicians are not able to identify and they seem to be doing a temporary job and sending the appliance back.Wish someone had advised that the after sales service and service centre is appalling.
