We liked going back to this showroom, the Salesman provides us good service and has well knowledge about the product. We bought AC yesterday evening before closing time and requested them to deliver ASAP. Considering next day is Friday, they still able to deliver and installed the AC in the morning. Thumbs up to the delivery guys as well. 👏👏👏Initially, I’ve given the above comments with 5 star. But 2 weeks after that, I am totally upset. I can’t give them even single star. The AC we bought was not working, we raised the issue and technician came after 3 days. They checked and change the AC, but again 2nd AC is not working properly also. We demand for a stand by AC while waiting for the replacement. They gave us old AC but still ok than the new one they brought before. After 2weeks of follow up. Technician called up saying that they have to collect the stand by AC so that they can process the refund. We have no choice but to buy new AC again before they get the stand by AC as they will not refund the money without giving back it back. 23rd August they took the stand by AC and until now 7th September refund did not happen.WORST SERVICE. Even customer service also don’t know how to talk and update the customer. They don’t support when you faced issue with the product.Very bad, I can’t proceed without giving 1 star 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Excellent sales service, on time delivery and most importantly their after sales and repair service is tremendous, I never experienced same.I have 3 Gree appliances, my water dispenser bought from Carrefour after 9 month the tap started dripping one water drop every hour or so. I called their service number, next day someone came too it and after 2 day they returned it 100% fixed.Didnt have to take it to Carrefour and wait for 2 weeks like other brands.Excellent customer experience!

I bought the window ac from this showroom and brand name was Gree. I called to customer service, they explained about benefit of ac and shared the picture in WhatsApp as well.
