Horrible experience, purchased 3 Air conditioner, one unit was defects & never worked, they sent their guys 3 times, and the dealer (takeef) twice. I had to give them my location 5 times. ( 8 days passes and the unit still not working ) The dealer wants to replace the Compressor of a unit that was never used.

I had bought an air conditioner from this spot and that was the greatest mix-up which I could possibly do. The air conditioner has a multi year guarantee. At the point when the air conditioner blower was not working then they supplanted the blower with a copy brand and they charged me the cash. Following one month the blower is again having issues and henceforth now they arent picking my calls. After one month the compressor is again having issues and hence now they arent picking my calls. The management is very irresponsible and they do not know how to operate the maintenance. They told me within 48 hours they will fix the problems and its now its been 60 hours ,helpless now as I invested a lot of money on this ac. Guys pls stay away from this people.
