Very poor customer service. Especially at the service center. Came in to service my faulty home appliance which is very heavy .Had to carry it myself from my car in the parking to the 2nd floor of the building.No porters , no helpers , not even a single person was even ready to give me a hand .Terribly dissappointed . If this is the way you treat customers , best of luck for your company . Thats all I have to say .

The place is okay with a large range of items. My only grouse was that Id gone for a corporate purchase and their scrolled invoices could neither print my company name, nor the complete VAT registration number. It was only because of some super efficient staff (Ms. April and Mr. Avishek) that I could get the manual invoice with the complete details. They should really rethink their invoicing policy for walk in customers, especially those who might be seeking a VAT set-off or refund.

To Whom so ever concern,I would like to notify the jumbo team that myself who bought a Apple Watch series SE from your Jumbo Al Fahidi branch.I am very disappointed about the service I received from the mentioned branch I myself got cheated for the wrong product sold to me, am actually using an Apple iPhone model 6 and I came across your branch for the Apple Watch series SE, I tried to ask the specifications of this watch series SE but no one even helped me about the specifications and without knowing that I bought the product and now am not able use that. When I contacted Apple care they informed that I got cheated and I will not be able to use the product on my phone. The sales persons on your branch did not care to show me the product while visiting nor given me any details about the product. When I asked them they said if u r buying the product only we will be able to show u the product piece and at last I ended up purchasing the same Nd not able to use it now. This is purely a disappointment Nd loss my money. The staffs should at least care for their customers choice.

I bought a laptop from Jumbo,they sold me a device worth 5999, after 6 months of buying the product,I faced issues when I, went back to the store. they said.Oh the sales person mustve given you the display piece.I cant do anything about it now cause the model is discontinued

It was ok in jumbo, but couldnt get a trusted business from them as one of the product I purchased found defective and was given wrong info by sales person. When I find the issue, I told jumbo to replace but they need approval from manufacturer. It wasted my two three day time which they cant give back. Jumbos customer service policies should be changed because its not in customer side and it doesnt support customer at all.

Horrible service! Bought AirPods from them and found them not working well! Had to give them back to replace them! They took almost 2 weeks and by the end of the day didn’t find them working well! “new ones”Again had to do the same process again! My colleague called and faced the same poor and rude call center service, after 2 days of hassle we had to handover the AirPods again and this time they took 3 weeks and by the end of the day gave me used AirPods not brand new!!We are going with these AirPods to dubai consumers rights department! To make sure such of company should be punished for such of scamming service

Had bought an Acer Laptop on 27th June which was defective. Returned this within 14 ours after purchase and they told me it would be replaced within a week. They dont answer the calls, have tried calling this number several times (043523555). Their service center dont answer the call at all ( 043550809 ).

Well, what can I say. The old charm has gone a little. Parking is a nightmare here most times. Prices are attractive as always but other big malls gives you variety of options and bundle offers. Jumbo used to have these options very often before as well.Overall location is a major hassle for drivers and I think price watch is essentially important when U visit. Youre better off at the mall where jumbo is active amongst other competitors to compare and U dont get fined by RTA🤣
