My bad, I brought a Terim fridge from them and cost me 800 dhs and I thought its a good deal at the timebut worst is yet to come after 2 1/2 year later there is some issues with the fridge and I called them for claiming the warranty and they told I have 1 year for fridge and 5 year for the compressor. I asked if they can send sombody to look into issue they told me it will cost me 200 dhs,then I asked them if its a compressor issue all will be done with in 200 dhd then to my surprise they told even if its in warrant there will be other costs like gas etc and all together I have to pay 650 .suming up i need to pay 650 DHS for the 800 dhs fridgeI wont make this mistake again and I am force to give them one star because of Google -you need to add black negative stars .

Looking for heavy German metal junk?PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.We Bought a top-of-the-range Siemens dishwasher for 4,000. Just out of warranty, 18 months later, it dies. The service technician comes and charges 200 just for the visit. The part was 850 and arrived just 4 MONTHS LATER. And now we have a bad display board for another 500.Cant expect better service.

They sold me new cordless phone Gigaset with dead batteries.

WORST SERVICE EVER.I bought a Siemens dishwasher that broke on the 18th month out of warranty. They say the main board has gone bad so I order one in May. Its 7th of July now and no news where my parts are.To make things easier for me they want to charge another AED 200 to install the circuit board in it.I am rising it myself once I get that board. And no more BITTER-LIFE for me.
